Going above and beyond in customer service is rare nowadays and these guys at Stereo depot on El Cajon Blvd really deserve the recognition they deserve . And that’s why I’m writing this review. Also I’d like to thank the young man in the car audio installation area of the store sorry I forgot your name I do apologize . He did a wonderful job, very professional and very nice. he did an outstanding job on my vehicle. I’m very impressed by them all. I will definitely do business here again and I will recommend this to friends and family and anybody that’s reading this. Please go check them out. You will be glad you did.

Poor customer service, clerk preferred to talk to his buddy instead of me a potential customer, this place is extremely expensive but I was ok with the $600 installation fee for my own stereo and wanted to buy alloy wheels, I am sure that that guy was the owner because of his arrogance, an employee has decency and manners.

BRUH! What a shop. Don't waste your time at the "Big Box Stores" or Amazon. They price match anything (that's legit), are insanely knowledgeable. Great group of people. Highly recommend them over any other in SD.
Came here to get a second opinion on my stereo and they gave me such a better price for such a better quality system then anywhere else I looked, and it was some of the best service I’ve ever received in my life! Adrian helped me out personally and was so ridiculously helpful and understanding of my situation and financial limits and did his best to find a solution and I could not be happier with my experience! I recently got my system done at another place in Chula Vista. They charged me a ridiculous amount of money and the work was garbage. Wires were garbage, components were garbage. So I had to get it redone, I stopped by Stereo Depot, they took a look at it and made some recommendations, I ended up going with their recommendations and they re-did my wiring, sold me a premium amp for a great price, and did some extras at no charge. Customer service was tremendously helpful and informative. Now My car sounds the way it should. I recommend Stereo Depot to anyone looking to upgrade their audio system.
