Wir sind ca. 10 Minuten aufs offene Meer hinausgefahren und wurden dort einfach abgestellt. Beworben wurde ein Sprung ins kristallklare Wasser, wir hatten daher mit einer schönen Bucht und einem tollen Badeerlebnis gerechnet. Pustekuchen… Ins Wasser durfte niemand.
Der angebliche Grund: Jemand war von der Seite ins Wasser gesprungen… lächerlich, es wurde nicht mal gesagt, dass man es nicht darf. Also mussten wir bei Hitze 2,5 Stunden auf dem Boot ausharren und warten, bis es endlich wieder zurückging. Von Organisation keine Spur, alles wirkte völlig chaotisch.
Dazu 10 € für ein Bier…völlig überzogen. Und der groß angekündigte Fotograf? Fehlanzeige! Keine Spur von ihm.
Wir waren als größere Gruppe dort.. Das war sein Geld absolut nicht wert und 1 Stern sind schon zuviel.

Due to the weather, the tour ultimately had to be moved forward by one day. This was extremely unfortunate for us, but no one was to blame. Even then, I tried my best to organize everything so that my father's birthday would still be a wonderful experience.
What awaited us, however, was a massive disappointment.
We booked a party venue where we expected to be able to really celebrate, dance, and have a lively birthday party with our group of seven couples. Instead, at the end of the day, there were only about 40 people on the boat, 14 of whom were from our group. There was no lively party atmosphere whatsoever. There was hardly any dancing; people mostly just lay around, and the atmosphere we had anticipated never materialized.
That alone would have been disappointing enough. However, I found the drink prices particularly outrageous.
With the extremely high temperatures, we naturally wanted to enjoy drinks. When we were then told that, for example, a 0.3-liter beer in a plastic cup would cost 10 euros, I initially thought I had misheard.

Even more incomprehensible to me is that my subsequent comments regarding this pricing policy were completely ignored. A tour operator should take customer complaints seriously and at least provide a comprehensible explanation.
And that's not all: Upon pickup, we then had to wait for about 30 minutes in the blazing sun in extreme heat in front of the closed bus. We were told that we could only board once all passengers were gathered outside.
I find this approach completely incomprehensible and simply outrageous. Why must an air-conditioned bus remain closed while the waiting passengers stand outside in the sweltering heat? There was no discernible reason why we couldn't have been allowed to board and wait for the other passengers inside the air-conditioned bus.
I also inquired beforehand about the music, specifically whether German pop and party music would be played, as this was an important consideration for us. Unfortunately, none of that was audible on the ship.

Ich habe diese Tour Monate im Voraus als besondere Überraschung zum 60. Geburtstag meines Vaters ausgesucht. Es sollte ein ganz besonderer Tag werden, den wir mit 7 Paaren gemeinsam verbringen und gebührend feiern wollten. Im Vorfeld habe ich unzählige E-Mails mit dem Veranstalter geführt. Rückmeldungen erfolgten stets freundlich und zeitnah. Dabei wurde mir immer wieder der Eindruck vermittelt, dass wir einen großartigen Tag mit ausgelassener Stimmung, Party und entsprechendem Erlebnis vor uns haben würden.
Für 14 Personen habe ich insgesamt 1.050 Euro bezahlt.
Aufgrund der Wetterlage musste die Tour schließlich um einen Tag vorverlegt werden. Was für uns schon äußerst unglücklich war aber keinem die schuld zu geben ist. Auch hier war ich bemüht, alles entsprechend zu organisieren, damit der Geburtstag meines Vaters trotzdem zu einem schönen Erlebnis wird.
Was uns dann allerdings erwartet hat, war eine massive Enttäuschung.
Wir hatten eine Partylocation gebucht, bei der wir davon ausgegangen sind, dass wir mit unseren 7 Paaren richtig feiern, tanzen und einen ausgelassenen Geburtstag erleben können. Stattdessen befanden sich am Ende des Tages insgesamt gerade einmal etwa 40 Personen auf dem Boot, davon bereits 14 Personen aus unserer Gruppe. Von einer ausgelassenen Party konnte überhaupt keine Rede sein. Es wurde kaum getanzt, die Menschen lagen überwiegend herum und die von uns erwartete Stimmung kam zu keinem Zeitpunkt auf.
Das alleine wäre schon enttäuschend genug gewesen. Besonders dreist empfand ich jedoch die Getränkepreise.
Bei den extrem hohen Temperaturen wollten wir selbstverständlich Getränke genießen. Als uns dann mitgeteilt wurde, dass beispielsweise ein 0,3-Liter-Bier im Plastikbecher 10 Euro kosten soll, dachte ich zunächst, ich hätte mich verhört.
10 Euro für ein 0,3-Liter-Bier in einem Plastikbecher sind aus meiner Sicht schlichtweg unverschämt und völlig überzogen – insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund, dass ich bereits 1.050 Euro für 14 Personen bezahlt hatte.
Ich habe mich noch vor Ort ausdrücklich über diese Preise beschwert und auch gegenüber dem Reiseveranstalter deutlich gemacht, wie unangemessen ich diese Preisgestaltung finde. Leider wurde meine Beschwerde nicht ernsthaft aufgegriffen. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass der Veranstalter im Vorfeld wusste, dass ich diesen Tag für meinen Vater zu dessen 60. Geburtstag bezahle und organisiere. Gerade deshalb wäre es aus meiner Sicht eine Selbstverständlichkeit gewesen, mich vorab über derart außergewöhnlich hohe Getränkepreise zu informieren.
Stattdessen wurde man mit diesen Preisen erst vor Ort konfrontiert – zu einem Zeitpunkt, an dem man praktisch keine Möglichkeit mehr hatte, sich anders zu entscheiden.
Noch unverständlicher ist für mich, dass auf meine anschließenden Bemerkungen zu dieser Preispolitik überhaupt nicht mehr reagiert wurde. Ein Reiseveranstalter sollte Beschwerden seiner Kunden ernst nehmen und zumindest eine nachvollziehbare Stellungnahme dazu abgeben.
Und damit nicht genug:
Bei der Abholung mussten wir anschließend bei extremer Hitze rund 30 Minuten vor dem geschlossenen Bus in der prallen Sonne warten. Uns wurde erklärt, dass wir erst einsteigen dürften, wenn alle Fahrgäste vor der Tür versammelt seien.
Auch dieses Vorgehen empfinde ich als völlig unverständlich und schlichtweg unverschämt. Warum muss ein klimatisierter Bus geschlossen bleiben, während die bereits wartenden Fahrgäste bei großer Hitze draußen stehen? Es gab keinen erkennbaren Grund, weshalb man uns nicht hätte einsteigen lassen können, um im klimatisierten Bus auf die übrigen Fahrgäste zu warten.
Ebenfalls erkundigte ich mich im Vorfeld über die Musik, ob auch deutsche Schlager und Ballermann Musik laufen würde, da das für uns ein wichtiger Punkt war. Auch davon war auf dem Schiff leider nichts zu hören.

Es wurde nicht zu einer Bucht mit kristallklarem Wasser zum Baden gefahren, sondern das „Partyschiff“ blieb gefühlte 500 Meter vom Strand entfernt für 2 Std stehen. Dadurch das sich EIN Gast nicht an die Regeln gehalten hat, durfte schlussendlich im Namen des Kapitain, keiner mehr ins Wasser springen.
Die Getränke an Bord total überteuert(10 Euro für alkoholische Getränke, 5 Euro für antialkoholische und es sind kleine Becher)
Die angekündigte Animation war einfach lächerlich und war auch höchstens für 20 Minuten vorhanden.
Das Buffet, bestand aus Reis, paniertem Hähnchen, Wassermelone und Brot (in meinem Essen waren Haare, wodurch einem dann noch der Appetit vergangen ist)
Angekündigte professionelle Fotos haben wir auch keine erhalten
Dies ist jedoch auch nicht tragisch, da nicht wie angekündigt, ein professioneller Fotograf an Bord war, sondern die Fotos mit Handys gemacht wurden.
Also im Großen und Ganzen definitiv keine 80 Euro wert und eine totale Abzocke!!!!!

The advertised tapas were okay, but definitely nothing special. Furthermore, free shots in a water pistol were promised, but they never materialized.
Overall, the price-performance ratio was completely off for us. A party boat tour for €70 is fine, but then the whole package should be good. On this tour, we unfortunately paid mainly for an overcrowded, swaying dance floor in the sun.
It's a shame, because the beginning was actually very promising. For that price, we definitely wouldn't do the tour again and unfortunately can't recommend it.

Nachdem zwei Personen sich nicht an die Regeln gehalten und an einer falschen Stelle vom Boot ins Wasser gesprungen sind, durfte anschließend das gesamte Boot nicht mehr ins Wasser.
Das bedeutet: Wir haben 70 € pro Person für eine schwankende Tanzfläche in der prallen Sonne bezahlt – ohne Möglichkeit, uns abzukühlen. Gerade bei einer Partyboottour ist das für uns ein absolutes No-Go. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass das Personal diesbezüglich überhaupt nicht kooperativ oder lösungsorientiert war.
Die angepriesenen Tapas waren okay, aber definitiv nichts Besonderes. Außerdem wurden kostenlose Shots in einer Wasserpistole angekündigt, die es ebenfalls nicht gab.
Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns überhaupt nicht gegeben. Eine Partyboottour für 70 € kann gerne etwas kosten, dann sollte aber auch das Gesamtpaket stimmen. Bei dieser Tour haben wir leider hauptsächlich für eine überfüllte, schwankende Tanzfläche in der Sonne bezahlt.
Schade, denn der Anfang hat eigentlich vielversprechend gestartet. Für den Preis würden wir die Tour definitiv nicht noch einmal machen und können sie leider auch nicht weiterempfehlen.
