  Troy is an ideal life coach and overall......

  Most will say we are always going through transition. I'll say that's true but one of the most pivotal transitions takes place between the ages of 18 to 25. At that age most are lost impressionable and are seeking guidance. While working at Year Up , I saw first hand Troy coach countless of youth during that critical time to success. His unorthodox techniques are what makes him relate-able when conveying ways to make better life choices. He shares advice and tips from his own past to help individuals look at life with a realistic and open mind. He listens and assess his coachees strengths and weaknesses. With that information he takes his time to personalize a development plan for their success. He pushes and provides the necessary social tools needed to go out into the world and interact one's peers and people of all ages.   From HOPELESS to HOPEFUL....

  Mr. Taylor helped me go from hopeless to hopeful. I spent 12 months under the wings of Troy, as a student and mentee. His ability to connect with me and keep my attention focused on what my end goal was made it easy for me to come to him with anything that distracted me from that. Mr. Taylor always listened first, which in-turn helped him actually give the proper feedback for the situation.
