Friendly and professional service that makes life easier and solves problems. Thank you for your help, and I recommend this service. Once again, I could count on solid support.

Unfortunately, I disagree with the previous reviewers. As a warning to others planning to spend several thousand on unreliable equipment at this service center: A year ago, I bought an iPhone 15 Pro. While using it, a spot started appearing on the screen. Since the phone belonged to a child, I was in no hurry to file a warranty claim, and I admit my mistake. Today, exactly a week after the warranty expired, I had the opportunity to go to Tortores. I immediately admitted that I had missed the one-year deadline, thinking the service center would somehow be understanding, hoping to build a positive reputation. Before even looking at the phone, the service center employee stated: "Mechanical damage," and that even if it were under warranty, they wouldn't cover it. OK. He suggested a replacement: 1000 PLN, or 1500 PLN, or 1xxx something. A lot. I thought he'd finally get over it and, to improve his image, offer a discount, a rebate, whatever. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. He said that if the phone were under warranty, they would consider the case, but not now. That's when I decided there was no point in arguing. I concluded that the screen wasn't mechanically damaged and that it was a screen defect. As it happens, I'm an electronics engineer by training and an engineer by profession, so I can distinguish mechanical damage from a defect. This defect occurred spontaneously because the screen is 99% not original to this phone. I think that's how this service operates: they repair phones using aftermarket parts, offer them at slightly lower prices, and if the customer returns with a problem, they claim it's mechanical damage. This wouldn't be a problem if their approach was even customer-friendly. This is an example of the so-called "Janusz-style" approach. It's a shame. It's better to spend the extra money and buy a device from the original source, where stains won't appear. To be clear, as most online reviews can be taken as fact, I'm posting a photo of the supposedly mechanically damaged screen. I encourage the service to improve customer relations, as good reviews take a long time to build and can be lost quickly.
Dobre podejście do klienta, polecam
