I’ve been training with dalton for a little over two months. He is a great source of support and has an excellent training program. He works around your goals and helps you meet them. I’ve had trainers in the past but I really like his style of training. He is also a very kind and likable person and I would recommend him to anyone interested in fitness / training.
I've been training with Dalton virtually for @ 2 months and I'm happy with my results so far. Based on the way my clothes are fitting and comments I receive from people noticing a change in my physique, DALTON KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING! He's personable, motivating and encouraging. I Have been working with Dalton for 2 weeks now and I must say he’s AMAZING! He took the time to ask and listen to me about why I want to make this change in my life and what my body goals are and his excitement to help is what makes me grateful that I found him. This was my first time working with a personal trainer. I am not going to lie and say I was not terrified. After a suggestion from a close friend I decided to go with Trained By Dalton. I had my son 7 months ago and before i got pregnant my weight and body image was perfect to me. After having my son, i severely struggled with my increase in weight and body image. Since starting to work out with dalton I’ve felt the best I ever had in life, not only physically but mentally as well. If you are looking for someone to baby you and tell you that you are perfect the way you are DONT use him. However, if you are looking for someone to push you, motivate you, and drastically change your body then GET WITH THIS GUY! He is crazy, I’ll never deny that but he knows what he is taking about and the transformations speak for themself. I’m pushing my body harder than I ever thought it could go. Meal plans, supplements, customized workouts, he has it all.
Before I met Dalton, I tried many workout and diet regimens on my own. Some were successful but most were not. After some self reflection, I discovered that in order for me to be truly successful and create a lifestyle for myself, I needed to find someone knowledgeable and who would hold me accountable for my actions. I started training with Dalton about four months prior to my wedding in hopes of it being that “extra push” to get me to where I wanted to be. I’ve spent the last year or so dieting and training on my own seeing pretty good results, but then hit a plateau and was ready to give up. Being a division one scholarship athlete for 4 years of college, I am no stranger to the gym or personal trainers. I can legitimately say that Dalton’s workouts put to shame any training I have done in my life. He will push you to your limit. He will push you farther than you mentally feel you can go. Dalton is a great trainer. He is my first trainer that I have ever worked with and I wouldn't go to another one. It has been about two years now and I am still working with him. I started training with Dalton about a year ago. It's one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had tried going to the gym, crazy diets, DVDs..you name it! And nothing stuck til I met him. I've been working out with Dalton for about 3 months now going on 4 and I must say this is one of the best decisions I have made ever in my life. I've tried the personal training twice before & never stayed motivated with them because I felt as though I was not seeing any results. (" I know this sounds cliché but if I can do it you Definitely can! Before I met Dalton I tried so many things to lose weight like cross fit classes, weight watchers, T25 and several other Beachbody DVDs , shakeolgy, gym personal trainers, etc. I would lose 5-10lbs but could never stay consistent enough to keep it off or lose more weight. Being over weight my entire life convinced me that I could never be fit. Dalton brought something different to the table with his ability to make working out entertaining. His sarcasm and energy is like nothing I've ever experienced in the fitness field. He also has this weird way of getting in your head. For instance, if he is no where around you and you are about to eat something bad it's like he is Watching You! Lol I highly recommend him as a Trainer, not only because he is my husband, but because he is an amazing person and he honestly cares about people and getting them healthier. Even though I Hate him during my training sessions, there is such a great sense of accomplishment after you've made it through a "Dalton workout." I'm sure that anyone he's trained before agrees and can attest to that!

I have worked with other personal trainers before and I thought that they were all the same (arrogant, generic, predictable, and only cared the money). DALTON has COMPLETELY changed my view on Trainers!!!!! HE IS A ACTUALLY REAL PERSON! He listens to me and really cares about me reaching my goals. The best trainer I have ever had!! And I used to be a competitive figure skater so I have trained with the toughest Russians, and tons of different types of trainers across the country. Dalton pushes you to limits you didn't even know existed. It's all mental in your mind and Dalton retrains not only your body but your mind because you are capable of a lot more than your mind thinks you are. I've gotten great results and am in the best shape of my life! Every workout is different and targets a lot of muscles you didn't even know you had. My overall lifestyle is healthier and everyday activities are easier like carrying a 50 pound bag of dog food around the store! Functional exercise! I would highly recommend him to any level of fitness because I was so weak after having my first child and coming in to workout and I have gained a lot of strength so far and have a lot more to go!
