I have rented a lot of properties before. But man, this one is different! The property is absolutely beautiful! But what makes this property even better is the host! Veronica and Dan are beyond amazing! I had my engagement party on their property and I arrived to see them buying a gift for me! Definitely coming back!

The villa was extremely clean, very spacious and comfortably accommodated all of our 50+ guests. The backyard space has different levels with a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and lake view which added to the elegance of my high-end event. The even better surprise were the hosts Danny & Veronica. They were extremely accommodating and made sure my guests felt right at home. They even found out it was my birthday and surprised me with the best cake in Miami, in my favorite flavor! Thank you Danny and Veronica for everything, I will definitely book again!
I absolutely loved this experience. Danny and his staff went above and beyond to help facilitate the shoot. When we arrived, they had signature dishes prepared for us. Wow and they were delicious 🤤. The space was Beautiful and perfect for natural light photography. So many cool spots to get great images. We were surprised to see that they had a rooftop with a awesome view as well. I originally scheduled the wrong day and while I’m sure this is not something to normalize their willingness to accommodate was a pleasant surprise. If I ever have another shoot in Miami I will definitely book here again.
In need of a mansion for a music video? Villa Vazquez is the place. The home has a beautiful front yard perfect for group shots or car scenes, with a stunning front yard that matches the back. Elegant triangular shape pool with an amazing deck for an awesome pool party shot. If you want the keep the party scene going, there's a lake in the back with private islands, perfect for drone shots encompassing the lovely location. Overall, a production spot. The property was super clean and welcoming. We had a crew of over 20 people and the house was super spacious. We were able to put all the equipment and even had a room for over 40 models to change. Danny, Veronica and Alex made the cast and crew feel so comfortable they even had appetizers and beverages for the whole crew on top of the dining table. This property is really modern and beautiful. Danny, Veronica and Alex are friendly, fun and professional. We were really pleased to have booked with them and we will book again for future shoots.
I had booked a yacht for my husband’s birthday to host his from all over the world.. when the weather shifted and rain was almost guaranteed, we scrambled to find a comparable alternative in order to not let our guests down.. thank goodness for Peerspace, we were able to find the BEAUTIFUL house belonging to Danny and Veronica. Most impressive is that our guests began to state “I hope it rains so that we can go to their house instead.” I think most would assume a yacht would be more fun than a house, but this was not the case. Danny and Veronica were sooo extremely hospitable, and even helped me to add some other exciting activities to our day to make the most of it. Veronica really took it a step further in making sure the event would be memorable, and accommodated all requests we had. The design of the house is second to none— the cleanliness was above par, there is an abundance of parking, the views and photo ops were so dreamy. I can’t say enough good things, and I’m confident we will be booking again in the future. Thank you Veronica and Danny for everything!
AMAZING!!! Danny was absolutely awesome from the first contact, the first phone call and to the last conversation we had. The house was absolutely stunning, perfect for our last-minute shoot. We only wish we had been able to use more of the space and have more time. Thanks Danny!
Danny and his family were absolutely wonderful hosts that I would definitely love to work with again. It was such a pleasure being welcomed into their home for our photoshoot event. They accommodated every one of our needs and even provided some extra props such as a speed boat that we had not been expecting. Their house is absolutely beautiful and I would 100% recommend to use this space for your next event!

I booked the space out for my birthday & it was more than what I could’ve asked for. The host was extremely responsive & accommodating throughout the whole process. When I first walked in they had balloons, a gift, coolers with ice/water, a cake, just everything to take the experience to the next level. It was a lovely surprise. The property is even better in person than it is in pictures! I definitely recommend everyone to book this lovely home. My friends and I had a fantastic time. I couldn’t have asked for anything better! Thank you so much.
