Idk how Maria does it but I gave her 3 reference pictures and said this is what I wanted and SHE DELIVERED. She is professional, flexible, personable, experienced and I 1000% recommened her. Maria was so great dealing with our family to achieve my goal of getting a family portrait. Our family includes 18 month old twins. Maria worked great with all of us and clearly knows what she's doing with the little ones. Though it was very tough to keep the babies still and happy enough to get all the extra shots it would have been nice to have, my mission was accomplished of getting a beautiful family portrait that I have displayed proudly in our home, along with plenty of bonus pictures I hadn't expected. I had an amazing photo shoot and highly recommend Villanueva Portraits. From start to finish the experience was great. Maria was very professional and showed up earlier to help setup a secret proposal photo shoot for my now fiancé and I. The photos came out beautifully and within an app so I can easily share them. All in all I would say the secret engagement proposal came out great and Villanueva Portraits helped capture a moment for a lifetime. 10/10 photographer and highly recommend them for your photos.

I was looking for a photographer to take my maternity pictures. One of my friends recommended Maria , I booked with her and It was one of the best decisions I made. My boy friend and I are beyond happy with the pictures. Best quality and clear pictures. This was our first time taking pictures with a photographer and She made us really comfortable and good about ourselves. This experience was so much fun we really enjoyed everything. We got one of her packages and we’re excited to continue taking more pictures with her.
We had a great experience taking our first family photos with Maria in her adorable studio. Maria was great with our kids and made it a fun experience for all. We met in her studio before the day of the photoshoot which helped the kids feel comfortable the day we took photos. We love and will forever cherish our photos!

I took my 1 year old for an Easter photo shoot. Maria was super patient, my daughter thought it was a play area when she saw the colorful setup and I can honestly say she had so much fun while getting her pictures taken.
Maria made it such a fun time for her as well and played with her, earning my daughters smiles. As a parent, these are kinds of personalities I enjoy working with my children and I am so thankful to find that in Maria. I will definitely be ordering her portraits and booking her again!
