I've been training with Nathan since 2017, in preparation for my wedding in 2018. Nathan is highly motivated to achieve success and as a result enabled me to reach my goals for my wedding day. I had intended to give up on personal training due to the cost after the wedding, however not only has Nathan helped me change my body, but also my mindset and I came to the conclusion that prioritising and investing in health really should come high up in the list. Nathan has continued to offered a lot of support, both in terms of growing my confidence in the gym and instilling some really valuable fundamentals (e.g. gratitude is so important for mental health and sugar is the devil haha)! He takes the time to understand individual needs, is very patient and always pushes you just the right amount. On a personal note Nathan is always positive, accommodating and kind, you'd never know if he's had a bad day!
I've felt so much healthier the past few years, and have managed to maintain about half my wedding weight loss with ease. I wouldn't have been able to do this without Nathan's one on one coaching. He is an excellent PT and also now a friend! I would highly recommend him!
I’ve been training with Nathan for over 3 years and wish that I had started much sooner than I actually did. What makes Nathan special, in addition his expertise and knowledge as a trainer, is his ability to motivate; you want to do well for him, as a friend ! He has the ability to encourage, push and challenge to just the right level; he never bullies and quickly works out what works best for you. I strongly recommend him.
