  On the way to wholeness

  I was recommended an appointment with Jo Mac today. As a Stage 4 cancer patient it's nigh on impossible to find a practitioner that is prepared to use complimentary therapies to support your clinical treatment pathway. But today, Jo used her many years of clinical experience to align and soothe my spiritual, emotional and physical state. I have benefitted so much from my first appointment and look forward to seeing her again. Thank you also to Sally for the suggestion I try Jo, and for all her care and kindness over the past year.

  Pregnancy massage

  I have an excellent pregnancy massage. Kaila is clearly very knowledgeable and worked on my problem areas. I feel so much better already. Kaila also gave lots of useful advice on how I can improve my symptoms. Would 100% recommend, I have already booked for the next one.

  I am a patient of Fabian, he is an amazing osteopath. I have a very complicated back (two herniated discs) and Fabian since the very first session completely understood all my conditions and give an incredible improvement each session I go! always say that my dream was if I could see him 3 times per week forever! strongly recommend him! and just to add all receptionists are adorable!

  Therapeutic massage for migraine

  I feel like this is the massage I have always been searching for! Migraines give me painful tension in my neck, shoulders and back and I've found that massages can help relieve the symptoms and stop further episodes. So far other massages have been hit and miss on whether they find the spots and there is a lot of time spent on generic relaxation. But Kaila was completely different, she immediately found all of the tension points and worked on them, every movement was targeted and eased the pain. It felt more like a personal treatment than a massage. Her knowledge and technique are outstanding.
  I'm also 33 weeks pregnant and this didn't effect the quality or experience at all :-) I would highly recommend.

  I went to see Kaila on recommendation from Brooke the Chiropractor, for some soft tissue manipulation, after a long standing leg injury. In just one session she massaged my leg so that my foot and knee became visibly realigned and therefore less painful. I have been back again for another massage, and will I plan regular massages to strengthen my leg in order that I can play sports without the worry of my leg/knee being injured. I have subsequently recommended my husband go and see her as well.

  Light at the end of the tunnel.

  I’ve suffered from anxiety for most of my life and depression for years. After a breakdown in 2014 I’ve been on medication and have had CBT on several occasions. Life became something that I only survived daily, not lived. Wakening in the morning was awful the only thing I looked forward to was getting back to sleep at night to hide from it all.
  After hearing about Andrew and his work, it took 6 or more weeks just to get my head around phoning him at Watson House. However, this has turned out to be the best thing I’ve done to help myself in 5 years. I was made to feel welcome by both Andrew and the receptionist the moment I arrived. I felt comfortable and safe during all my sessions. Andrew is professional, supportive, non-judgemental and very much cares.
  In the last few days something has changed in me, I have woken feeling normal! My days haven’t been a fight of feelings, emotions and stress. There’s light at the end of the tunnel.
