As my first time importing into the Port of Seattle, I received an early Arrival Notice on our container and had to find a warehouse quick.  From the 10 other inquiries sent, Terminal Transfer was the only company to respond with a reasonable quote.  Getting set up as a first time customer was simple and non-complicated.  Before the container was even Customs cleared, I received daily updates from their Drayage team...more than from our own Customs Broker.  Most of the other port warehouses I've dealt with pick up on the last free day costing extra money in Demurrage fees but Terminal Transfer had the container back at the Port Terminal with 2 days to spare.  When the pallets of my goods left the warehouse, the staff even took photos of the truck carriers license plate to insure I knew which truck had the shipment.  In all, I would strongly recomend Terminal Transfer to any company who is concerned about maximum efficiency, promptness, and professional customer service.  Keep up the good work I'll be back!
