These guys are awesome! I dropped my laptop and shattered the screen on a Saturday afternoon and was freaking out as I was sure no where would be able to fix it until Monday. Luckily, I found i carecente Repairs and they were open and fixed my laptop screen in under 20 minute and for half the price that Apple would have charged me. These guys are super friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommend to anyone who finds themselves in the same desperate situation I was in!

The most fraudulent shop I have ever encountered. They stole all the good parts from my iPad and replaced it with faulty parts. When I took my iPad to other shop, they said all the original parts were replaced. All the reviews are fake and paid reviews. Pls check very old reviews before coming to this shop. had a freak accident with my 1year old ipad , the charger end broke off deep in the charger posit. I contacted iCareCentre , and they told me to come right over to discuss what i needed done. after meeting with shiva’s, I was given a 50/50 chance it could be fixed, and i could possibly have to get a new one, well low and behold they did it. these guys can really think outside the box. they are the best, very professional and friendly. and quite fast at getting the job done.

My experience with this iCare is too good. Customer executives are really professional and well behaved. Almost 30 days I was running behind iCare, HSR branch with my brand new AirPod Pro Gen 2 battery draining issue and they returned the device doing nothing. Then I visited iCare, 80 Feet Road, Koramangala. They fixed the issue in just 4 to 5 days. Kudos! to Kuldeep and team. Based on my experience I recommend this store.

My Mac broke and wouldn't turn on, I took it to a different Mac specialist place who told me it was not possible to fix it and I needed to get a new one. I took it to ICareCentre just to double check there really was no way to fix it and they had it turned on in honestly 30 seconds! A very honest and knowledgeable Apple repair center. They literally brought my laptop back to life when the iplanet center had said that it was going to cost me 69k to fix . ICareCentre repaired it for me and helped me transfer certain important documents for only Rs 2250.

I was one of the first clients at Apple Repair. I randomly went into the store to get my phone fixed and that was my lucky day. I met the owner and an artist who was great at what he does. He is passionate, attentive, and straightforward with his work. He is a very respectful guy and I was very pleased with the work done on my phone. Since then I only go to him for my apple products. I highly recommend the artist because he is a genius at what he does. You just have to be patient and let him work his magic.

I needed a battery for my iphone badly. I found this place online, called and made an appointment. After I made the appointment, I started reading the reviews and almost called and cancelled. But I needed a battery. I arrived at my appointed time and was greeted professionally. I filled out a form, the young man took my phone to a technician in the back and I sat and waited. It took about 20-30 minutes. The place is a little quirky but it's tech. I'm guessing if you treat them professionally and with respect, you'll receive the same from them. I would go back. It's convenient and alot less expensive than the apple store. And they were pretty nice.

Amazing staff who are super friendly and INCREDIBLY patient! Had an issue with both my AirPods and my iPhone, and shiva was awesome throughout the entire process. He worked me through all of my issues and was both fast and patient when it came to other matters. Ultimately, I was in the store for nearly three hours due to having issues with my bank, and due to this, he had to assign another employee to help me (I didn't get his name :(), but this employee was equally as patient and made the overall process more bearable and sooo much less frustrating!

I feel so lucky to get help from shiva who works at the icare. I came to the store super stressed out because an important video of mine that was recorded for graduate school application malfunctioned and was nearly lost. I called the Apple customer service line and they couldn't figure it out, and it was at that time that I nearly lost my hope. I had an amazing experience with Shiva and the Apple Repair . I attempted to change the battery in my 2017 13" MacBook Pro and almost destroyed the laptop in the process. Lesson: don't do this! Bring it to Shiva before you do any work, he is amazing and will take care of you for a very reasonable price. You will get much better support here for your Apple computer than at one of the larger repair shops which I have also used. I should also add he has a really nice selection of refurnished apple laptops for sale, I plan to buy my next one through him. I took my laptop to shiva to check it because another repair service had told me that it had a problem with the battery. So, I thought it needed a new battery. However, Siva was very honest and professional and after he did the diagnostics he realised that there was actually nothing wrong with the laptop nor the battery. We also checked whether my charger was faulty but that wasn’t the case either. Even though he did open it to check everything works ok and he ran the diagnostics he didn’t charge me anything which is very rare and generous. My daughter’s iPhone 13 has never properly charged from its wire port, so I took it in to icarecentre assuming it would need a couple of days looking at. Shiva (I think) served us, and with a pair of tweezers and some delicate tinkering resolved that issue in about 5 minutes flat! This is our second time of going in to them, and both times they have been really helpful, knowledgeable and resolved the issue. Would definitely recommend!

I went in with a Mac SSD that would not boot up, losing all my programmes and data. They attended to it straight away. When the problem turned out to be overheating, which had wrecked the SSD, they came up with imaginative ways to not only copy the data, but get all the programmes onto another SSD which I could then use as a bootable start drive. Take your tech l to icare ! When I brought my MacBook there with water damage, I was treated with honesty and patience. They performed an assessment to conclude that my laptop could likely be fixed, and then they took me through the steps and the associated expenses.I would pay the repair cost ONLY IF THEY SUCCEEDED in repairing it. They would also keep me updated and wouldn't do anything that would cost extra without first getting my permission. I was delighted to learn that there would be NO UP-FRONT COST when I decided to begin the process! Great experience here with Simply ICareCentre recently. Went to get an iPhone lens cover repair, and it was done quickly and for a competitive price. The camera is back in working order, and hopefully will be for many more months. My laptop decided to call it quits 3 days before my wedding. Of course, I had nothing backed up, my honeymoon itinerary, and wedding lists were on my laptop and it wouldn’t even turn on. Exception service! Siva was amazing helping to troubleshoot my MacBook which suddenly stopped working that day. He spent time to try a few options before having to leave it for service, and he was able to get it back and running (thank you, siva!). He gave great advice and I haven’t had any issues since (it’s been 2 weeks). I booked online on Apple’s website for service and got a same day appointment as well. I had a great experience with this service Center. If you face any challenges to service your apple products you should directly go here and ask help from Siva . He guided me through each step and also provided me recommendations around what would be the best step based on my budget and requirements. Extremely kind and patient personality. My iphone had a broken screen and it was replaced within 2 days. I had to wait for an extra day since the screen was not readily available with them but they arranged it the next day and asked me to get my phone. I just had to visit them the next day and the screen was replaced within an hour with all the quality diagnostics and tests. I am happy that my cellphone is working very well.

Brought our Mac Book pro in for service work before Diwali. It was freezing up and shutting down becoming very frustrating and unreliable. The service advisor listened carefully to the issues happening with the laptop and discussed possible repair solutions and costs. Had to make multiple calls to ensure that their co-workers are on the same page about the laptop if its fixed or not. Staff doing fraud .. I have replaced iPhone XS battery and they charged rs.11500 .No bill given and front desk guy by name shiva told there is problem in server and once battery is registered in apple site (after server problems fixed) then only we can give bill through email. Asked me to come any time later so that this process will be completed in a hour time.

Later when I went after 3weeks he told he needs old battery to do the registration process. Initially after replacement when I asked to give old battery he told we dispose battery and it’s good if you yourself dispose.

Since he didn’t told me to keep old battery I have disposed it and after lot of argument he told will replace with one more new battery and register in Apple and will give bill.

But so far from 1 month he is not able to do so replacement and not picking calls .
I will see for few days and lodge complaint in consumer court .

I came for a screen issue as I put my phone in water. The executive took care of my phone and promptly advised how they will check the phone and carry over the diagnosis process. Fortunately, they tested it properly and performed deep clean instead of normal clean and they cleaned the phone without the need of screen replacement and saved a my money. I'm not really one for writing reviews online but I make an exception for MR Siva.They are brilliant. My Mac was making some very unhealthy noises so I took it to MR siva on the recommendation of two other friends. I'm so glad I did. They were superb. Within 40 mins they had fixed the problem and my machine was running perfectly. I was expecting to pay for this but was told that it was free of charge as it wasn't a major issue. They even replaced a part for me. I couldn't quite believe I got such quality service so quickly at no charge. I will 100% be using them again and recommending them to others. I've used various computer/IT services over the years but nothing comes close to the friendly and professional and trustworthy service I got from the guys at MR. I highly recommend them.

Gave them my iMac for repair. They first take Rs.4,300 for inspection. After 2 days said the SMPS is spoilt and asked me to pay 19,000 plus GST. Took the machine home and discovered fan is always running and Mike not working.

Went to another Apple centre where they opened the machine in front of me. SMPS has so much dust and is the old one.Mike was lying disconnected.. Looks like they are cheats.
I spoke with Shiva their Service advisor who says they replaced the part with one from an old machine. But they charged the full market rate of a new one.

My 5 years old Mac Book Pro was damaged by liquid. Apple iStore said they do not do repairs but could change the motherboard for 68000. They suggested it would be better to buy a new one as my MacBook is "getting old". A friend recommended them. icare centre koramangala acted with great professional integrity. I was advised that they would check my Mac Book and would not charge me if unable to mend it. icare centre was in contact with me and consulted me at all stages of the repair. They repaired my computer for 15k including new ports and sent it back to me. I am very grateful for the magic and professionalism of shiva and icare centre. I highly recommend them. Really good service, they fixed my macbook 16" killed by liquid damage.

The staff was friendly & technically proficient, the website has a handy button for tracking progress, and the total price including fixing logic board was good(considering the amount of work and apple imagine store ~82000 for similar damage).

Another great point is how quick and responsive they were: brought the laptop in the morning - by lunch received an email with results of diagnostic; confirmed final price and after one more day they notified that everything is done.

This place is pathetic. To start with they claim to be apple authorized service centre and they will play the part to convince you that they really are apple authorized service center. However, they are not. I went to them with a macbook pro that had some water damage. They charged 2200 rupees upfront for the diagnosis. After a couple of hours, they gave me a call saying there is motherboard damage and it needs to be replaced and quoted 58,000 plus gst for the same. I refused to get it replaced and asked them to return my laptop. This is when it started getting interesting. I received a counter offer - get free replacement of battery and speakers if I opt to replace the motherboard. I was surprised to hear this counter offer and a little tempted, though I decided to take my time to make any decision and get the laptop back without getting the motherboard replaced. At this point, I received another counter offer, we can repair the motherboard for half the cost of the new motherboard. I was shocked to see the type of bargaining I was encountering at an apple authorized service center and asked them to just return my laptop. It took them 4 hours to reassemble the laptop for some reason. I patiently waited and collected the laptop. It turns out they have stolen some components from my laptop. It's extremely astonishing the level of cheating that is going on here.

Bottomline is be aware of this store, the actual apple authorized service center is located at 80feet road in koramangala. Shame on such business practices.

Took a long time to repair an iPhone XR screen. Then the screen they fixed came out from one corner without doing anything. It is still not fixed properly. Very weird to know that a genuine Apple product can not be fixed properly. Disappointed. The people here are confused and don’t know what’s in the store and what not.
Ultimately, spent a bomb of amount and the screen still feels like a first copy, misses touches sometimes. Very bad.

Pathetic attitude of the staff. I went for a USB replacement that is under warranty. They simply told me there is no stock, you go find a stock in some other service centre. When I asked them that where all should I go to check and if there is any other way out, the answer was “everything can’t be as per your convenience”. Very knowledgeable service engineer. Didn't try to replace a part of my iPhone 6s which I thought was faulty because he assessed correctly that it wasn't. Rectified it promptly.
Charges were very reasonable.
This is not an authorised Apple repair centre but my recent experiences with authorised Apple repair centres (even those in metros) have always left me dismayed. The jump to replacing parts rather than repairing them and they cost a bomb. Worse, in a few years they stop supporting older models.

I visited this place for my MacBook pro's keyboard replacement under the Apple quality program. They were very welcoming and explained everything before taking the laptop and returned the serviced laptop one day before the agreed date of delivery. They were also vey kind to fix a connectivity issue the very next day which I found after picking up the device on the previous day. Most importantly, it was a Sunday and they still agreed to look into the new issue that had cropped up after picking the laptop on the first day. While they did their due diligence of thoroughly checking the device the first time, the diagnostics tool did not report the connectivity issues. So another visit to this center solved the issues. I realized not all Apple service centers are equally good. But this one at Koramangala is very professional and I had a good service for my Macbook pro when I went to replace the battery. They were very prompt and replaced the battery in less than 45mins time. For the same service, HSR Layout service center was charging me 3 times more and 3 weeks time.

Had booked appointment on their website on 22-08-2020 between 7 30 to 8pm for which I received the confirmation mail. Shockingly bad behaviour infront of another 3 more customers faced by me from the so called Apple Pros in front office. I gave my MacBook for service. They charged me 2.2k for diagnosing it with NO BILL. They got back to me with an exorbitant quote for what seemed like a small issue. In fact they returned it in worse condition than when I gave it. On top of that they were showing a lot of aggression and attitude when I questioned them.

I later realised this was a ploy to get me to spend extra money fixing an issue that they created!

They lied to me about my motherboard of my Mac and said it would cost me 52k when the motherboard was working perfectly fine! I doubt if these guys are even authorised. The other reviews are probably fake since I have never before seen such incompetency and unprofessionalism from a service centre before.

I went there to get an old macbook air repaired because the software kept hanging, fans were making a LOT of noise and activity monitor showed 90% CPU usage (which is crazy) and they said it just needs to be formatted and it'll run fine for some time.

They promised that it'll be done in 2 hrs MAX. When I call after 2 hrs the customer care executive told me they would check and get back. I waited for 20 mins but there was no call back, called them again and the executive was extremely rude. They got annoyed that "we said we would call" and asked me to wait for another 15 mins. I get a call after 15 mins saying they will call after 2 hrs to let us know when to pick it up, with no real explanation for the unexpected delay. At this point I was frustrated but thought as long as I get it back the same day its fine because all my work depends on it and I really cant afford to waste any more time.

After desperately waiting for another 2 hrs for their call, I ended up calling them at the end to ask for an update. At this point the executive says that there is an error that keeps popping up and it'll get done by 11am, next morning only. I ask them why couldn't someone ATLEAST inform us regarding the timeline, to which there was no response. When I confirmed the time again for 11am, they said 11:30am confirmed. they hung up on me.

I go the next morning to pick up the laptop and they were very unresponsive. They just give me the laptop which is open and ask me to check. Without wifi or any of the softwares I need I couldn't really check much so I took it home. When I asked him what the issue was, he just curtly replies "software". This didn't answer anything but I was just glad that my laptop would work properly again.

At home when I open the laptop, the user image was that of a kiss and it had a password. It was really unsettling because I had set it to something else. Not to mention they hadn't mentioned anything about the password. After trying some possible password options, the laptop fans started making noise again! I hadn't even logged in! Fuming I give them a call because clearly nothing was fixed and they were just toying with us. On the call, I ask for a refund because I was charged for nothing and didnt want anything to do with the service centre anymore. They just tell me that refund can only be processed once I come to the service centre.

SO WE GO BACK THERE! The person was clearly waiting for us to come because the moment we entered he didn't let us speak. He was super defensive about what he had done without listening to our problem. When I still try to debate that nothing is fixed and the laptop is worse than before because in idle condition the activity monitor says 60% CPU usage! He refused to acknowledge his mistake and then after 10 minuted of arguing he says but I told you yesterday itself the problem wont be fixed. He then goes to system report and shows us that its a battery problem. To change the battery would be an additional 15k.
After charging us 2k+ for REFORMATTING THE SOFTWARE he expected to get away with telling us that its a BATTERY PROBLEM. Till the time we came to pick up the laptop the issue was supposedly a "SOFTWARE ISSUE" which magically turned into a BATTERY ISSUE after the payment was processed.
Not the mention the absolutely unprofessional attitude of not giving the password when there was one and changing the profile image to an obscene kiss image. When confronted with it he had the audacity to tell us that this is default image of apple products.

I wasted 2k+ bucks on NOTHING and an entire day running around for this nonsense just to end up with a laptop that still cant be used. He could have checked this the first time. Unnecessarily charged me for a reformat that I didn't even need and then kept trying to sell more expensive options that isn't even an actual solution.

The lockdown is a difficult time and an unfortunate time for a hard drive crash. After a week of trying various vendors I sent a note to Icare and got an immediate response from Fais. The diagnosis happened the same day after I dunzoed my machine, he sent me pictures of the diagnosis and was in constant touch.

I decided to get a new machine and Fais facilitated the purchase and delivery within one day. I was completely taken by surprise at how organised he was during this time. If they can provide this feedback during a lockdown I am looking forward to their service when things get back.

Icare will be my preferred Apple vendor for a while. I strongly recommend them.

My Mac Book pro wouldnt turn on this morning which is about the most stressful thing that could happen to me. I showed up at 10am and a friendly and welcoming store rep named Krishna, immediately fixed my computer on the spot pro bono (free of cost) in less than 5 minutes and said in the future I can just call before coming down. I had given them my macbook pro to get the flex cable changed.
Seems like they put in refurbished part, but my systems performance went down considerably.
To which I had to visit them thrice to get it fixed.
All my visits were futile.
On my first visit I was told this is hardware issue and asked to update the system.
On my second visit, they told they will replace the cable. Took the system in and did nothing. On me constantly trying to explain them the issue, they sometime told it is hardware issue, sometime incompatible software this and that. No clarity on the reasoning what so ever, just shooting arrows in the air.
As the problem was not getting resolved Mr. Faizal offered me a refund. That is a whole different story all together now. I was interested in the resolution more than the refund. So he said he will do the diagnosis and send me the device to my place.
TO MY SURPRISE THERE WAS DENT ON THE LAPTOP when I received it. I got to notice it when the technician told me about the dent on the fourth visit.

As the device was not rectified in the third visit I was told that I will get my refund in 5-7 business days which never happened. On enquiry I was told by Mr. Shiva that I will NEVER get the refund come may what. On further discussion, we agreed on fourth visit of technician.

In short
1. The help desk people are polite but don't know a thing about diagnosis.
2. They will change the treatment and services as per their liking. Offer you something today and then revert saying it will never happen.
3. Technicians don't know a thing.
4. Mishandling of the device. Do not I repeat Do not ask them to deliver the device to you if you want your device to come home as send to the service center.
5. They will make you run for the services and your money, to get a thing sorted.

This is not an authorised service centre. It’s chinese version of original icare which is located at sony signal. My friend got iphone screen replaced here and they charged for original (which authorised service centers charge) but applied chinese version (ifixindia charges half for the same) which got insensitive very next day. So if you want genuine apple service go for iCARE Imagine at Sony signal and not this fake icare center. And if you are looking for cheap service go to ifixindia (they will charge almost half).

And if you look at reviews these are either too good or too bad. You know which one to trust.

I seriously suggest all apple product users not to go here...they are not at all a service experts they have opened just to make money I feel.

I went today to the service center because I was not able to hear the voice properly in my iPhone, the expert over there checked within 2sec and asked me to change the speaker and told me it will cost 4900k since it was not coming under warranty.
Just to check with someone I went to normal mobile service shop ,he just cleaned the phone with brush and after that I am able to hear perfectly fine.

I really don’t think I can stress to anyone reading this review how great iCare are. I had been having problems with my old MacBook Pro. Harish diagnosed the problem, gave me possible options in terms of costings or purchasing a refurbished machine from themselves. I decided to go down the repair route and was delighted at the speed of the repair. It’s like I have a brand new computer. harish even exchanged my old apple charger for a brand new higher wattage one for free as that’s what this old machine needed. There are many shops/ repair “specialists” out there that firstly, don’t really know what they are doing and secondly, just want to make a quick buck out of you. I’m talking from experience here. If you have any issues whatsoever with your Mac then do not hesitate to come here first. You will not be disappointed with this family run business. Thank you harish.

Brought it in here and it was sorted in two day at a fraction of the price. They even send over photos from the diagnostic report showing what is wrong with your computer. An amazing job. I phoned the shop. Got a straight forward answer to if my laptop screen could be repaired. I bought it in. He gave me a price within 40 seconds. Told me to come back the next day. I did and it was done. Took it home and it was working impeccably.

I typically don't write reviews, but this service deserves recognition. Stan is understanding and extremely accommodating. My MacBook had a healthy serving of iced coffee to the keyboard and I thought better of it and brought it in, despite it still working post-spill. They provided excellent service in just over 2 hours, and helped set me up with a loaner device in the meantime. I'd highly recommend icarecentre to anyone in the neighborhood.

I took my MacBook Air after I spilled coffee and milk on it. They were really good at responding and did a fine job repairing it. They have a basic charge if no part needs to be changed, but if they change something they obviously charge you. That was clear from the beginning. The problem was that I only came to the knowledge they had changed a part when I went to pick up my computer, and of course the basic charge went to double the price. When I pointed out no one call me to tell me this, they said they had forgotten to call me and let me know. In the end they were really nice about it, and only charged me for the basic service. The computer works perfectly and the job was done in really good time. Other than that little bump in the road,it was perfect. Highly recommend.

I did some research about upgrading the SSD Hard drive for my 15" 2013 MacBook Pro. I am very stringent with parts and dealers for my apple products but I decided it was time to upgrade the storage. Apple Repairs was close to my house and the reviews were very good - deservingly. Their pricing was the best I found in Koramangala with also the most promising Warranty Policy. I've now rebooted all of my data and did a disk check on the SSD with the Apple Disk Utility - everything verified and disk is working perfectly so far. The guys at the shop might not always seem to be, but they are skilled, knowledgeable and can be trusted for price and authenticity.

Update:
New hard drive on the Laptop is working perfectly and just had my iphone 7+ screen repaired. The guys showed me the screen was apple original and the quality is very good so far. Will continue to recommend him.

I am very happy with the service I received from AppleRepairs. When I took my Macbook Pro for repair as it was not starting or charging, I was attended by Harish. I thought the issue was with the logic board. he made sure to thoroughly check my laptop and diagnosed a problem in the display and in the battery. She got my the vital parts of my Mac replaced under warranty. It feels like I got a new Mac.
harish has been very cooperative and polite. he kept me posted about the status of my Macbook Pro till the day it was ready for pickup.
I really appreciate AppleRepairs for for the attention they give to every customer's product. Once a product is repaired, it goes through a thorough check to diagnose any other problem which could potentially get worse with time.

Please stay away from this place. This place is no better than any other apple service center. These guys tag themself "authorized" but there is no difference. I took my ipad and they told me 3 problems. When i told then that i had it checked with other service center in the same street, but they told only 2. Then he saying may be they created the 3rd problem now. They simple blamed that they took some internal part. So this ipad is no use without fixing the 3rd problem. A heavy charge they quoted me. When i asked why, they were rude to reply me that you paid so much money to buy ipad so does the repair. So this is what the problem with apple products in india. Since its higly priced, to troubleshoot i had to pay 1k. And if you say you dont want to fix the problems that they tell you, they will take/replace internal parts and give it back to you. This "internal part replacing story" i heard it here in this shop only. When i was telling there was no 3rd issue they simply blamed this is what service centers do, if you do troubleshooting and not ready to fix the issue. So now my question is which internal part now that you guys replaced as i am fixing the issues reported by you? They asked me to leave if not ready to spend 15k to fix my ipad. I left quitely as i know my ipad is not really having those problems these guys reported to me. My ipad is still dead as i just lost faith in apple service centers and not just this place. Here the mantra is that If you have apple product then you should just pay what we tell you because only rich buy apple products. During my conversation i was even shown another customer 60k bill for apple laptop repair bill and compare to me. As I recently got replaced my iPhone Lcd from ifix center they assured me that the lcd which they are using is apple genuine & it’s carry 1yr wrnty.
Next day itself Lcd stop responding when I visited saying the issue they denied to agree issue instead of they started blaming on me Lcd has been pressured by me so it’s happen & warranty does not cover.

Instead of understanding the query he was more into argument and claims that online products are refurbished, hence denied my warranty claim even though the device was bought 8 days back. My mac had a display issue , I showed them recently, they immediately declared its physical damage, without even looking at the product.
Although it was as good as brand new.
Better goto a premium apple service center like maple or icare, they handle it much more professionally than these people.
