From our first meeting with Brad(GOODWIN DIGITAL) i was confident i had a technician who thoroughly knew his industry.
He spent a considerable amount of his valuable time evaluating and suggesting the most suitable setup for our needs
We needed to relocate electrical outlets and tv points to better positions
and this was completed by Brad in tidy non fuss manner.
We purchased a new 65 inch Samsung TV and all necessary equipment through Brad at a price that beat all big name retailers.

Fantastic Service

Goodwin Digital has provided us with absolutely fantastic service.
We initially received a quote from Brad for installation only of in ceiling speakers & also in wall mounting our existing TV in our new home under construction.
Our initial requirement was very much updated once we realised the extra services that Brad could offer us.
We soon realised that Goodwin Digital was very competitive in also supplying equipment at very competitive pricing.
At every stage of the supply and installation Brad communicated really well & achieved every deadline required.
Our new system is a significant upgrade and involves a new Yamaha 7.1 system and a new Samsung 65" 4K TV.
I could not be more happier with the system as installed as it has turned our new homes living area into a real showpiece of which I am very proud.
Another really pleasing aspect of this is that Brad's passion for his work meant that he seemed to take as much pleasure and enjoyment as I did in seeing the finished product.
I know that Brad is a dedicated family man & small business man & I have been very happy to support him & his growing business.
I would highly recommend Brad Goodwin & Goodwin Digital to anyone requiring both quality products and excellent customer service.

We had Brad over after other people could not resolve the reception issues with the televisions. Brad has the equipment to figure out what went on and resolved the issue promptly. I was worried since I was not provided a quote upfront as I was hurt by trade's people in the past but Brad charged fairly. would ask him in again if needed. Also the check up post fix is great service

Prompt, professional and fairly priced.
I've used Brad for 2x wall mountings (fixed and swivel) and a full antenna, aerial run installation. His workmanship is impeccable and I can't speak highly enough of his post-install service if there is a minor glitch. Can't recommend enough.

Only too happy to post a review on Brad and Goodwin Digital AV. Brad recommended, sold and installed out sound bar and all I can say is "bloody great job, Brad". When we had teething problems (of our own makings), a phone call to Brad and he was on our doorstop to help iron out the problem. It's not the first time we have called on Brad for help and have to recommend him for his pleasant. helpful attitude, his explanations to us "oldies who are not tech savvy". his promptness . One instance stands out for me. Brad had made a 2,00pm appointment with us and at 10 minutes to 2 the phone rang. It was Brad, apologising that he might be a few minutes late. He was --- about 3 minutes. Now, in my mind. that is what service is all about. Thank you, Brad.

When we saw all the great reviews about Brads service and that he was local,he was the first person we called. I'm glad we did cause the reviews are right. He provided a great service for a very old antenna set up that needed total replacement. He explained everything, got it all fixed quickly and took away all the old parts. The new one even looks much better than the old antenna. Will happily use Brads antenna service again.

Hey Brad, thanks for taking the time to come out to Banksia Beach and install our Yamaha system! Great job, everything is running well. I had a few concerns about setup of the system especially with a 11month old baby and having cords running everywhere. I highly recommend Brad to anyone considering making any changes to the AV setup in their home. Brad did an awesome job from start to finish and it really was an end-to-end job. He helped us figure out what would best suit our particular media room, he helped us sort out positioning and making sure everything would look ok, and then he did an awesome job of doing the actual installation.

Brad gave us an honest quote and even though the job ran a bit longer he still honored it. Again, I highly recommend Brad to anyone doing AV changes or upgrades, you will not regret it! It's not everyday that you find someone with integrity so when you do, you stick with them and spread the word. Not quite sure when I'll be doing any upgrades again but for everyone I know who does I will be putting in a good word for Brad.

I would recommend any person to Brad because an urgent call to him and he was at my home on time. Thought I would get a quote but when he decided to fix the TV where I really wanted it, I was so excited because my TV which another two guys said they could not install where I wanted it, drilled holes up into the roof to hang the TV, made a mess BUT Brad did what took them four hours, in 45 minutes which pleased me to tears. Thanks!

Fantastic service! Every effort was made to get me an appointment as soon as possible and also recieved an ETA text before arrival. Service was so proffesional and quick, Brad even brought his own vacuum! Gave Brad a call to check and quote to fix our tv reception Friday arvo. He rang to confirm a booking for Sat am, was on time and courteous. He checked the signal etc, gave an instant quote, which I could not say no to, tested and repostioned the original aerial, fitted a new mounting plate and pole, fitted new joiners and checked the whole system. All done within a small time frame.
Bloody good professional service at an affordable price.

I was given Brad's business card when I bought my smart TV. I was impressed by Brad's quick response. Brad was able to explain that the bracket I was sold was not right for my TV. He took time with the explanation. He asked me to measure several things in my house to determine what bracket I would need. He immediately impressed me with his overall knowledge. Brad then went ahead and ordered the correct bracket. My job was a little different. Brad persevered, made suggestions and solved each problem in a very professional manner. Overall my contact with Brad was positive. He mounted My smart TV , installed my Fetch TV box and hid all the cables all at a good price. Brad confirmed when he was arriving and was on time. I have no hesitation in recommending Brad as an installer.

Brad arrived at time booked. Friendly and efficient. I was expecting we'd need to update our antenna and possibly the wiring also. But no, Brad was honest thankfully, and lack of digital reception was simply due to one faulty socket, which he replaced on the spot. After testing reception was working for all 3 outlets, the job was done. We were very happy with his service and will recommend him with confidence.

Brad replaced our old antenna, amplifier, splitter and power injector. There was a small issue that prevented the power injector working immediately, but Brad tracked it very systematically to the new amplifier, which appeared to be not 100% reliable, so he switched it to ensure there were no long-term issues.

Brad is a true professional. There are many good tradesmen, and they do a perfectly adequate job. Professionalism, on the other hand, can be learned to a degree, but it is obvious when it is a natural part of a person's personality. Brad has professionalism in abundance. His actions from road to roof and back again displayed all the hallmarks of a naturally professional, highly capable, customer-focused expert ... as well as being a fine gentleman.

I have absolutely no hesitation in giving Brad the highest recommendation.

Brad adjusted a set top box so we could get SBS. (needed to be reset). He adjusted an Antenna that I had mounted upside down and installed a better wiring connection. Tested everything to ensure good signal strength. A great bloke, friendly, honest and he explained everything.

Hi Mick. When analogue was being turned off last year, the government was running these Roy the remote adds telling you how to retune your TV/STB. Brad contacted me with 30mins of my expression of interest in obtaining a quote. He was accommodating with my time frame and was happy to answer any questions.

Brad replaced and old antenna and installed a new. He made sure that reception was fine on all our Tv's and explained everything to my wife and I. He spent time helping me set a set top box (which he did not have to) and made sure that both my wife and I were satisfied with the job that was done.

We would definitely use Brad again and recommend him to others.

I initially contacted Brad to install an antenna in our new house. I wanted to use a local business and was impressed with Brads webpage and information. My first contact with Brad was positive. This wasn't only a job for Brad, this was his passion. His knowledge about the digital age was impressive and most importantly comforting to know that Brad was able to do everything I needed.
Brad confirmed our appointment and on the day he called to confirm his arrival time. When he arrived he was very professional and he discussed what he would do. He confirmed why he was putting an aerial in a particular place and confirmed the quality or reception with his electronic reader. (No guess work)!

I needed to mount a TV and sort out cabling to hide all the cords and connect to my AV reciever. Brad could do this! Brad mounted my TV, connected the aerials and HDMI cables, wired up my speakers etc all for a very reasonable price. Brad even got the TV and AV receiver to 'talk' to each other.

As I mentioned, Brads passion for electronics is a great thing for customers. He answered all my questions and I'm already planning to get Brad back for more work. Thanks Brad!

Fixed the reception and cable's to the main lounge room, which had no reception and pix-elated reception. Very easy going bloke and very professional, found the problem, explained the how to fix and the cost to fix. Brad found and fixed the problem quickly and made sure it was fixed befor departing.
