Fantastic experience buying a trike. Larry and Zane treated me like I was family. I went there looking for a CaTrike, which unfortunately was backordered 7-8 months due to the pandemic. I am 72, and went in there limping, walking with a cane due to hip surgery, and worried that the young guys would just ignore me. However, Larry, the owner, patiently showed me the Stein, which is what he rides. It was more expensive than what I had in mind, but when I saw the suspension design, which looks to be lifted from a Maclaren or Lamborghini, I decided I had to have it. Zane did a LOT of extra work setting it up for me, since I had some limitations due to my hip surgery. 9 years ago, I injured my back and did not think I could ever ride a bike again, but the suspension on the Stein provides a uniquely cushioned ride. I had not ridden a bike for 9 years, and did not have a helmet, proper lighting, and a lot of other accessories, but Sun Cyclery had everything I needed and eagerly set everything up. Totally fantastic experience plus I am now enjoying riding pain free. Thanks again, guys!

Loved the great selection, especially the large number of recumbent trikes. Salesman Josh was super knowledgeable (and I mean super knowledgeable.) After reviewing all the options I chose the best trike for me, a TerraTrike All Road and I have been happily "riding the wheels off it" for four years. (I sold it recently due to an international move, but that is another story.)

I recently purchased a bike during COVID and couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service and friendliness of the staff. It was very busy but Zane took extra time to help me find the perfect bike for a Mother’s Day gift. His recommendation was spot on and she has ridden almost daily and loves it! Zane even assisted me with getting the bike into my smaller vehicle. I had gone to several other stores before Sun Cyclery and the customer service was terrible. I understand things are tough right now but I want to commend Zane for his outstanding customer service!

I just purchased an electric Catrike 5.5.9. I put 13 miles on it the first day. I've been to 25 mph sustained. I'm beyond ecstatic. Now I can throw away my car and all the expenses that go along with it except on those days it rains. But I'm working on a plan for that too.

I bought my first bike from this store in 1983 and still remember it as a wonderful happy experience. Today I went in to purchase a new bike. Joe johnson patiently helped me pick a bike out of their hugely awesome selection, then he helped me personalize it with everything from a bell, basket and cup holder. He was so patient and knowledgeable. Best shopping experience ever. They quickly put my bike together and I was able to take my accessorized, individualized cruiser home within an hour. It’s rare to get such attention, and sincere interest when shopping. But man does this place deliver! I highly recommend and will be one a multi generational shopper for sure! Love my new bike, loved my experience! Go local they’re the best!

Joe, thank-you! Helpful advice when I purchased my 29 yr old daughter's tires a few Christmases back, and today great service when I had a "cranky" bike. Called a more convenient bike shop at first, but was unimpressed with their ability to understand or give clear answers. A friend reminded me of Sun Cyclery, and BAM, I'm glad he did.
