He had arranged a warm welcome to us by leaving a lovely basket at the dining table with some wine, croissants, aperol, bisquits, coffee capsules, juice, jam and all you actually could need for a good beginning of a trip. The apartment was very moderen. Secured with alarms, and for electricity. New apartment and very neat and clean. Kitchen, bathroom and livingroom tv is downstairs. Very good kitchen with all the necessities met. Nice bathroom with possibility to wash clothes. The bedroom is upstairs, so this apartment is good for a couple or two friends. The bedroom has a view you would love to fall asleep watching the citylights, and a view you would definitely love to wake up to. There is also a bubblebath in the bedroom which must be perfect to use with the oceanview. Good lighting and aircondition system in the whole apartment. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this apartment. The location is awesome. With a small beach nearby, and Oritiga at walking distance.

La casa è nuovissima ed in perfette condizioni, la zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa la cosa più sorprendente è che l’appartamento e’ organizzatissimo ed attrezzato con qualsiasi gadget

Alverio e’ stato disponibilissimo per tutto, dandomi anche la possibilità di anticipare il mio check in. Devo dire un soggiorno impeccabile.

Appartement très bien situé, à 10min à pieds d’Ortigia et à 15min de la gare avec vue sur le port. Alverio nous a réservé un très bon accueil, l’appartement était très propre et correspond exactement aux photos. Le petit plus : le jacuzzi dans la chambre! On recommande!
