Bought a Salvi Una harp from harp essentials. Found robin to be extremely helpful, knowledgable and professional. Very happy with this harp and feel if I need further advice I’d be able to contact harp essentials without hesitation. Would highly recommend them!
We arranged an appointment one Saturday with Dearbhail and Robin for my daughter to audition a Salvi Mia harp. On arrival, there were three (all different finishes) lined up perfectly, ready for demonstration and audition.
Robin and Dearbhail talked us through the harp and gave a demo. We were then left alone to discuss the harps and allow my daughter to audition further.
The buying experience was an absolute pleasure without any hard sell, although their vast experience was obvious and was most valuable when forming our buying decision.
After the harp was chosen it was wiped down to ensure it was spotless, then tuned and finally carefully packed into its case. Finally we were offered plenty of important advice to send us on our way.
If you are looking for a quality harp by a reputable manufacturer with excellent support here in Ireland then I can’t recommend Harp Essentials enough, we will be back.
We were looking to buy a harp for our daughter without much knowledge of the whys and wherefores of harps. We were very satisfied from first contact with Robin to final purchase of a Salvi Mia. He sent us photos of the harp to look at after our initial inquiry, traveled half way across the country with Dearbhail to meet us, and they both shared very useful information about looking after the harp and such info as contact for insurance - brought us into their harping world for a little while. i'm confident that if i have questions or need new supplies that Robin and Dearbhail will be there to sort me out or point me in the right direction, and great that they are based in Ireland.

I bought a salvi Mia from Robin back in 2016 had a great experience with getting it the staff explained everything I needed to know and delivered a lovely harp that my daughter is still using everyday with out any issues it is a top quality product and I would recommend dealing with this company all day long
We ordered strings but they never arrived, unfortunately.
Harpessentials Reply: We can not be responsible for the An Post service you requested (Standard Post) It is clearly stated on the website that by not choosing registered mail goods are posted at buyers risk. I provided receipt of postage and made an enquiry to An Post. I'm sorry your strings did not arrive.
I contacted Harp Essentials to buy a full sized Salvi Harp
for my daughter. Our whole family went to the showroom and Robin and Derbahail
could not have been more generous with their time. We got loads of great advice
and when we ordered a harp, they were very good in keeping us aware of it’s
progress while it was being made and shipped. The harp arrived on time as
promised and my daughter is delighted with it.

On behalf of my daughter Chloe Michelle, I want to thank you sincerely for your help, advice and wonderful friendly and knowlegable service which you provided to us last Thursday, when on the eve of her Graduation rehersals a string broke on her harp creating utter panic and stress beyond belief.
