Dave was absolutely amazing! He was so patient and accommodating throughout our whole planning process. I needed to make quite a few changes to our song choices and timeline along the way and I felt like I was being so annoying and difficult, but Dave was so professional and kind and never made me feel like I was bothersome. At our wedding, he read the crowds mood throughout the night and seamlessly played the perfect songs to keep the party going. Our dance floor was filled the entire night! I would highly recommended Encore Sounds to anyone in the future. Thanks, Dave, for making our wedding so much fun! :)

We highly recommend this vendor as a DJ to any event. We had Dave Ruffo DJ our wedding. He was very professional and took care of our whole day. He followed our schedule and made sure to announce specific events coming up to our guests. He discussed any concerns with us directly and provided solutions to any issues that could potentially occur. We did not have to worry about a thing the entire day! Dave knew exactly what to play to keep guests on the dance floor. He also always played guest requests. We had so many guests come up to us and compliment the DJ on the music choices. Everyone had a blast and danced until the night was over! It is 3 days later and our guests are still talking about it! We are so thankful for Dave for making our night so memorable!

I strongly recommend Encore Sounds for both your wedding ceremony and reception. Dave is the ultimate professional. He spent several hours working on the playlist for both our wedding ceremony and reception. We asked him to make changes several times and he gladly [accommodated] every one of our requests. He checked with us several times during the reception to make sure he was playing what we wanted or if there was anything else he could be doing. His fee was reasonable and he gave us a 10% discount when we signed with him and another discount a month later. I was extremely satisfied with his performance.

My advice - BOOK HIM! Dave Ruffo was simply awesome. He was professional, accommodating, and relaxed yet organized and efficient. What I loved most is that he checked in with myself (bride) and my immediate family during the evening to see if there was anything we needed. I appreciated his expertise with Weller's as well - everything went smoothly because he's had so much experience with DJing there and I knew I could count on him to keep things going perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about Dave and Encore sounds. If you are looking for a DJ, stop looking and book right now. Dave far surpassed any expectations I had for a DJ. As soon as we had our initial meeting, Dave started reaching out to all our other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page and that the reception timeline was outlined. He gave suggestions for the timeline and songs. Everything he did paid off as I have never seen a dance floor packed for the entire night like we had at our wedding. He was able to read the crowd and had an excellent mix of music. I received countless compliments from guests about him. We also used his photo booth. It accommodates large groups of people and EVERY person gets a copy of the picture...including us! We got a jump drive with all the pictures as well as a personalized scrapbook of the prints. The guests loved the props! Honestly I have recommended him to everyone I know who is getting married or even just having an event. You can't go wrong with Dave! Our wedding was a few months ago so I have had time to reflect on the day and I am still extremely thrilled with the DJ service. Very professional, great communication and flexibility. While this was our first wedding, Dave has had ample experience and was very helpful in helping us finalizing the program flow, taking initiative and working with the photographer, and even offering to bring out the champagne to our guests at the right time. Good music selection (for a multi cultural guest list) and good equipment. Last minute we needed a projector and screen and he provided at no charge. Highly recommend.

We got married July 8, 2016 and Dave was fantastic to work with. He was always great about getting back to me as quick as possible and had helpful suggestions for us as well. He made the planning stress free. During the wedding, he was very professional and friendly and my whole wedding party enjoyed working with him. He played the songs that we requested but also took requests from guests. I have nothing negative to say about our experience and you couldn't beat the price!
