Working for a US technology company, my pay structure is a little complex. I've previously had challenges getting banks and brokers to understand how I actually get paid and that my loan serviceability far exceeds what their calculators are telling them. Brittany understood this dilemma very quickly and worked diligently to help educate the lenders on my situation. She worked tirelessly to build a picture of my circumstances to the lenders so they could get the right data into the right parts of their calculators to tick off their requirements. Getting a bank to listen and be flexible is no mean feat!
The end result was the right loan for our newly constructed house with a great rate and the features that we need. The icing on the cake is that the initial upfront commission and our first monthly commission have been seamlessly paid straight into our offset account - and they have covered the advice fee, so we're already ahead!
