I was impressed with Ms. Nunneley’s stellar credentials and she did not disappoint. Professional. Thorough. Thoughtful. Considerate. Prior to the estate valuation report she compiled, the appraisal process was clearly defined, multiple questions were answered and she promptly addressed any and all concerns. The ensuing report Ms. Nunneley furnished was within the parameters of industry standards which was clearly delineated. Further, the key structures of excellent reportage was adhered to as follows: introduction, findings substantiated with precise data, including photographs, and a summation. Further still, it was concise, objective and timely. Ms. Nunneley is a consummate professional. Should you hire her, prepare for the remarkable!

The services provided by Ashley Nunneley and the Nunneley Estates team far exceeded our expectations. As Executor to my mother’s estate, I sought out several estate liquidators and was very disappointed with their initial responses, except for Ashley. From the first moment of contacting Ashley, I was treated as a valued customer with a high degree of professionalism. Ashley’s knowledge and expertise are amazing. When she wasn’t sure about the value of an item she did research or brought in an expert to evaluate it. All I had to do was give her the keys and she and her team did all the work of setting up and conducting a VERY Successful sale. My two experiences with Nunneley Estates and Appraisals were outstanding. I used them to appraise my art collection for resale. The work was completed in a very professional manner, on time and on budget. And, they referred me to a very reputable source for consignment. I also participated in a "pop-up" Estate Sale they hosted. The venue was very well managed and I ended up selling many more items than I had anticipated. My experience with Ashley Nunneley was fantastic! She arrived right on time with a big smile, and then the magic happened! She had such knowledge in SO many areas. I had a QUITE a bit of crystal and she knew just what each individual piece was, who made it and how much the item was worth. She appraised my antique dolls, furniture, a carved Hong Kong camphor wood chest, Barbie's and accessories, pottery, sculptures, silver plated serving set from the 1800's, Pfaltzgraff platters, china and paintings. She also eyed a watercolor I had laying around in my back patio. It turned out to be an Ethel Spears Watercolor worth upwards of $1,000!...I can't say enough about Ashley and would more than highly recommend the services offered by Nunneley Estates & Appraisals!

Very professional, organized, safe, and clean, and the items are incredible! If you've ever been to an estate sale, sometimes things do get out of hand and people can become pushy and rude. One person tried escalating an argument, but the professionals who run these sales handled the situation so well and with such respect and professionalism, all that he could do was reply in kind. I will definitely be attending their future estate sales.

Ashley Nunneley handled the sale for my mom's estate. From the first meeting to the final check, I'd give her 5 stars for every step along the way. She's personable, professional, and easy to work with. When a high value item remained after the sale, she worked diligently to help find another venue for us to sell it - and never charged for her time to do that. I shopped around quite a bit and interviewed a number of estate sale companies before I decided on Ashley; it was absolutely the right decision.

We attended the Estate sale on November 5, 2019 in Campus Commons. We were very impressed by the way the Estate sale was organized and displayed. We purchased a very nice china set at a very reasonable price. Ashley herself was very attentive and helpful to us. She even diligently helped us to wrap numerous items of this large china set for 15 people! It was especially nice of her since I was recovering from hand surgery and could not do it myself! Prices of many items were very reasonable and items were presented at their best. They even helped me to deal with some items I wanted to purchase after the Estate sale was over and quickly answered my email about it.

I was recently pleasantly surprised to find an estate sales company in Sacramento, Ca., Nunneley Estates and Appraisals Company who listed an estate sale complete with very good pictures and descriptions. I happen to be a retired musician in Charlottesville, Va. that was interested in an antique trumpet that I was very interested in purchasing and ultimately play in a seniors big band ensemble in Charlottesville. I spoke with Ashley Nunneley who went out of her way to provide me with addtional pictures of the trumpet and allowed me to purchase the horn via credit card over the phone. Not only did the company allow me to participate and purchase the instrument they even offered and ultimately packaged the fine horn safely and dropped it off at their nearby FedEx store. I had a question about one of my receipts when I got home and they had instant access to their records which gave me the explanation I needed. Very good record keeping. Ashley Nunneley was indispensable in helping with our parents estate sale. She handled an overwhelming amount of items (our mother was a hoarder) with respect and good will. Both of the executors lived out of state, yet we felt we had good communication with Ms. Nunneley and were informed of all critical decisions that needed to be handled in a timely manner.
