I know I am a bit late in posting my experience but here it is. I do not have enough words or praise to describe the exceptional level of service I received from Lea when I needed help the most. Back in late August 2021, I was offered a new position in Texas that required me to relocate within a few days. Lea is just FANTASTIC!!!  If I was in any position to give her a job, I would hire her right today!!!  The level of customer service that she gives is totally unbelievable!! You don't find people like her in today's world.  It was like she was a family member.  Lea is a jewel and so informative!  Not only did she give me listings, she even took it a step further and got contact names, fees, and how many units were available, etc.  Lea even called for me to let the property management know I was coming to look!!  You don't get this kind of service anymore.  This is not the first apartment locator company that I contacted, this is the second one.  The first company acted like they were too busy to return emails, calls, etc.  I sent Lea an email on Saturday (the day the Royal wedding was on TV) and she responded!!!  Totally unreal!!  It was so easy dealing with her, because she truly cares.  Lea even pointed me in the right direction to clean up the issue I had on my credit...........who does that.............Lea Simpkins does!!!
