Many congratulation must go to Andy today for passing his Part 3 on his first attempt. It is a huge achievement, so well done you! It is also a reflection of the hard work and dedication you’ve put into the learning process, along with following the Tri Coaching Instructor Training Course (TCIT). Enjoy the continued journey of developing as a fully fledged ADI. It is very clear that your teaching days are not over, as your classroom is now on wheels 🤣🤣. #valleysom #Instructor Training
I have found this Module quite interesting. It's really tapped in to my own beliefs and behaviour when I'm teaching my clients on how to make learning fun in a safe environment. The tutors on the online session were very helpful and were always there when needed help. I can personally vouch for Tri-Coaching is the best place to learn and enhance your CPD as a driving instructor. Thank you and I'm looking forward to completing this course in due time. 😊
Really enjoyed going in to groups and managing risks a goals . I've been told about goals but being coached in to how to make them more specific really made the penny drop for me and made me realise a lot going forward. I would really love to do the btec 4 but I'm teaching for free at the moment . Once I'm qualified I'll definitely be signing up!
Troy Russell recommends Tri Coaching Partnership: "Would like to say thank you to Graham Hooper for his training with me. I’ve only done a couple but today I passed my standards check on my first attempt with the highest score I’ve achieved so far. Just shy of an A, but onwards and upwards and I’m looking forward to continued training and development.
I found the Standards check & part 3 workshop helpful, in particular I have a better understanding of what the examiner expects and I feel more confident in preparation for my next standards check and hopefully receiving a higher grade.
Just finished day 2 of train the trainer … What can I say…. Graham (the guru of trainers) is a legend and brilliant at what he does. The content and pace of delivery was spot on… challenging and thoughtful. Have I learnt a lot… have I progressed …. The proof will be what I take forwards from the course and what I do to improve … its down to me now.. Did I get value for money … YES! Would I go back to Tri coaching for more training … YES! 5 stars from me!
Just completed the two day train the trainer course. Really loved it. It was full of useful information and helped me to further my own ability to provide great training. At the end I was left with plenty to think about and lots to look at . WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS COURSE.
Well my journey from PDI to ADI has successfully ended today - it's taken an age, despite passing everything first time, thanks to a pandemic and a postponed Part 3. I had my first in-car training session more than 2 years ago, back in March 2020! Anyway - I'd very much like to thank my trainer, Terry Lefteri, who has supported me all the way through, patiently dealing with my inability to role play during my lessons with him. I'm just not that good at pretending he can't drive! The Tri Coaching method and all the materials, videos and audio lessons that were sent out during the lockdowns back in 2020 gave me a great foundation to build on - and Terry's feedback and advice kept me on track. The group coaching I signed up to with Graham Hooper, during the dark days of the pandemic, was also interesting and enjoyable - and helped me keep up my motivation when everything had ground to a virtual halt. So thanks a lot - it's been a long but worthwhile journey, and I am now able to move forward without the Part 3 shadow hanging over me. So thanks a lot Terry and everyone at Tri Coaching!
I passed all 3 parts first time after doing tri coaching instructor training with Ian Lavell then achieved grade A on my first standards check after completing btec 4, all of the above in 1 year. Fantastic product with fantastic coaches, Ian and Phil were superb as were the rest of the team. Highly recommend this to anybody looking to improve what they do
I feel that working with Tri-Coaching Partnership was the beginning to properly considering learning needs and motivations. By working with Graham and Sue my career has progressed and I'm now training ambulance drivers. What an amazing and fulfilling change to my life!
I have been working with tri-coaching for a long time now, And completed many courses all suscessfully giving me more confidence and knowledge to improve me as an instructor. Today’s course STANDARDS CHECK/ PART 3,Route 51 by Terry was a nice booster ,I’ve never been a confident person Tri -Coaching has helped me.Thank You All
I have just completed the two day online train the trainer course with tri-coaching and I’m buzzing with moving forward with growing my driving school. It’s a clear organised course that has greatly improved my understanding of the driving instructor training and testing system that is current in the UK. The Tri-coaching system looks like it’s streets ahead of other training courses I have looked at.
Great course, fully enjoyed it. It's surprising what you learn from it and how you change your way of teaching. Neil was a great host, and made the course worth while. Fully recommend it to anyone nearing a Standarda Check. And of course a Big thank you to Sue.
Where do I begin?! I signed up for the Tri-Coaching Excellence in Coaching course with previous experience of other courses that Tri-Coaching run, so my expectations were high as I know the quality they provide is like no other, my expectations were met and surpassed in ways I could never have imagined, it lives up to its name!! In a non-judgemental, safe space, with a supportive team of trainers and colleagues, we explored, investigated and discovered a new understanding of coaching, the skills required, how to market and run a coaching business, a deeper understanding of ourselves and SO much more!!! Although I loved coaching before attending this course, Tri-Coaching have lit a fire in me that I didn’t expect, where I now feel confident that with a lot of hard work and support from everyone on the team I will succeed with this and I can’t thank them enough 100% recommend!!! :)
I've just completed the train the trainer course. I would recommend it to any driving instructor who wants to train PDIs or just wants to improve their own knowledge. Excellent informative Susan and Graham made it fun and very professional. Excellent course. Looking forward to the follow up sessions.
‘Through my career I have spent a lot of time and money on improving my skills through training. A large portion of this in later years has been with the excellent courses that I have done with Tri-coaching. In creating a course that can change my career path so dramatically however, Tri-coaching have managed to surpass any training that I have ever done before. This coaching excellence course really is something very special! I have come away from it with an absolute belief in my future success as a coach. The accredited course has all the nuts and bolts required to build the coach, but more importantly provokes the self-awareness required to be fantastic at it. The unparalleled ability of Susan, Graham, Sara and Di to garner a safe, fun and non-judgemental learning environment also allowed me to learn from and teach my fellow students, who have now become my coaching family. We are all delightfully and enthusiastically invested in each other’s success and growth. I now have a very clear idea of the potential career opportunities available to me and am very excited about it. But this is not the best part; the best part is that I am so at peace with who I am! The growth that has occurred over the progression of this course has been nothing short of astonishing. I find myself going through my days thinking in a completely different way – a positive way – a spiritual way – constantly seeing the brilliance in others and being so grateful for the privilege of having the skills to make that brilliance shine for all to see! Don’t procrastinate about signing up for this course. It will be the best thing you could ever do to invest in your own success and happiness. Do it now!’
I’m attending the ‘Excellence in Coaching’ course right now with the Tri-Coaching Partnership. The course content is brilliantly written and presented in a way that would appeal to any level. From those who have not yet explored coaching to those who have experience already, it is perfectly balanced for any level of development. Throughout the first half of this course, I have experienced massive shifts in my own development and as a group, we have bonded well to learn in such a safe and supportive environment that only exists because of the brilliance of the Tri-Coaching team. The course has filled me with excitement and energy coupled with the self-belief that I can go for my goals and dreams and help people to achieve theirs too! This brings me so much joy!!! Already, I have the confidence to move forwards in developing a coaching business and I’m now identifying which steps I need to set out for myself in achieving that. The course takes you clearly and effectively through the steps required to deliver a high standard of coaching with plenty of opportunity to develop those skills with practical sessions where you can experience being the coach and coachee, and as an observer delivering feedback that helps to get a perspective on the dynamics of a coaching environment. I would certainly recommend this course to anyone who is looking for a well-structured coaching programme that hits all of the criteria needed to coach with confidence that also leads to accreditation. Samantha Taylor
Attending this course has been a game changer for me. Delving deeper than I have ever been before into the power of coaching and the knowledge and skills required to help coaching clients unlock their growth potential. Susan and Graham take you by the hand and guide you through what at first might seem a daunting prospect of holding a powerful coaching conversation. They help you discover your inner strengths, reflect, and set personal goals for your own development into and around the subject. Their enthusiasm for your success is always on show. Supporting you and bringing you to a point of deeper understanding and excitement about your own personal options for the future. You will get the most from the course if you are open minded to new ideas and conceots, open to learning and prepared to be challenged to grow knowledge and understanding on a number of levels. If your passion is helping with the personal development of others and seek a deeper knowledge and understanding of the coaching process then this course is for you. You will make some great like minded friends on the course that support you and your development. You will also achieve some personal challeges along the way and become excited, positive and re-energised with new goals set around your future in coaching. I highly recommend this course for those with a real interest in coaching for a living or developing their current coaching skills up a number of levels. Ray Seagrave
Wow, what a decision I made to sign up for the excellence in coaching course with Tri-coaching. It has surpassed all of my expectations, fuelled my desire to become an accredited coach even more and ignited my thirsty for learning. The confidence gained already excites me. I feel I'm on the path to unlocking my potential as a certified coach. Recommend to everyone total value for money. Neil Wightman
I am approaching day 6 of the Tri-Coaching ‘Excellence in Coaching’ course. I would like to let people know what a great course this is. I feel sad when I think about not attending it any more. I have learnt so much already, more than I realised I would! Yes, the course focuses on skills needed to be a great coach, structuring and delivering coaching conversations and powerful questions, but there is also so much more. It gets you thinking and feeling like a coach. It prepares you for setting up your coaching business. And it leaves you enthusiastic about growing and developing as a coach. If you’ve got any inkling about wanting to develop yourself as a coach then I can highly recommend this course. I can see it helping me just in everyday situations at home and work already. Can’t wait for the next 3 days of training and to get started with my new career! 🤩 Suzie Cokayne
'Simply a brilliant course for the budding coach. If you want to take your coaching to the next level, actually a few levels, this is ideal. The content is delivered perfectly by two experts in their field. It doesn't matter where you are with your coaching skills, you can't help but be amazed about what you will uncover about yourself and discover about coaching. You'll be encouraged to dig deeper into the subject and unearth techniques that will only help you on the journey to being the coach you want to be. Best thing I have ever done....but then I say that about each new Tri Coaching Partnership course I complete! Can't say enough great things about it. 10/10' Terry Lefteri
I recently complete the ADI training the trainer course and that was fantastic. it has literally changed my life because I've improved so much in my coaching style and has made me think outside of the box. GREAT course and GREAT TUTORS. I've enjoyed every single session. Really thank you and would highly recommend Tri-coaching paternership
I recently attended the Tri-Coaching accelerate course to develop my coaching skills, I found the course has given me a clear idea on how to implement coaching into my driving lessons and it has motivated me to sign up to the BTEC Level 4 later this month. I couldn't fault my trainer Neil who was really helpful and approachable throughout the 2 day course, I would highly recommend to anyone!
Over the years I have wasted a fair amount of money on lots of things, but this course was not one that was a waste of money. It was definitely money well spent. Zoom was a new experience for me and even a coffin dodger like myself did not find it difficult to use. The course itself was fun, enjoyable, helpful and above all educational. Yes I actually learnt something rather than being bored of the whole experience. I am pretty sure that we may all know of courses or trainers who do not do what it says on the tin. This course did all of that. It could not of happened without the support of the Tri-Coaching team behind it all. Many Thanks to all the participants, (those in front of the camera as well as those hidden) A well recommended course *****
I took part in the standards check/part 3 Zoom workshop. And today, nearly 4 weeks after the course I passed my standards check. Found the course very informative and it definitely helped with my understanding of what to expect on the day. Would highly recommend.
As an instructor trainer the TCIT course gave me an outline to deliver a fully-integrated (training that isn’t split into 3 parts) course to deliver to my PDI’s. It also gave my PDI’s a comprehensive training and guidance programme to follow with online webinars and advice on lesson plans and what to practise for themselves between lessons. Additionally they received a thorough resource pack. For the cost of the course, that alone is value for money. As for the course itself, I believe it to be the best on the market for CCL instructor training. It doesn’t pay lip service to CCL and coaching techniques, it delivers training to PDI’s centred around the five essential coaching skills, the standards and the 17 competencies. What I like best about TCIT is that it builds the skills in stages through the sessions and with the online webinars, it focusses on development through practise and reflection. It also does exactly what the EU MERIT project recommended that we must do in 2005, which is to take a top down approach to training instructors, from level 4 of the GDE Matrix working downwards through all the levels and across all columns. The very first area that the training focuses the PDI on is the role of emotions in their own driving. From the very beginning the PDI recognises the need to address emotions in their training to Learner drivers…This before they have even passed their part one! It truly turns the instructor training industry on its head.
Recommended for anybody looking to strengthen their coaching skills, adding more tools to the box. Excellent presentation. FLAWLESS delivery by Susan. Shame the time seemed to go so quick. It's true what they say time flies when your having fun!
Just finished re visiting the TCIT course and as always I’ve walked away having learnt something new and always adding tools to my tool box. Looking forward to the 12 sessions to understand even more! Thanks again for a great couple of zoom sessions! Becky ADI carlisle
Highly recommend this course for anyone in this industry. I think it should be standard part of training! Its challenging at times but I have learnt so much and have used all of it during lessons. I feel like a stronger, more knowledgeable ADI. My confidence has grown enormously and I’m looking forward to the next challenge! Terri and Sally were brilliant and always delivered the course in a fun, simple structure. I hate role play but I actually enjoyed it during this course as it was non judgmental, friendly and done in a comfortable manner. Can’t sing your praises enough 👏🏻
Thoroughly enjoyed the group coaching course and feel a lot more motivated to attain my goals and also feel I have tools in place to follow in which to help if those pesky negative thoughts get in the way. Thank you to Graham and my fellow group students. Just wish there had been more sessions!
Feeling very confident after my group coaching course. Graham is very personable and relaxed whilst allowing you time to explore your own demons, without judgement. There are plenty of tools and books recommended as well as group discussions. The course flowed well and I now have the confidence to achieve my goals. I would highly recommend this course. I am Wonder Woman!
Having just attended the Group Coaching course with Graham, my confidence has improved no end. Graham is non judgemental, relaxed and makes you feel very much at ease. He has given me the tools to stop procrastinating and move forward with my goals. Thanks Graham, I am Wonder Woman.
Now feeling empowered to make change happen, it allowed me to structure my days . You are given time to express yourself and create some of your own answers to the questions through increased confidence and analytical /coping frameworks and exercises to help you. Money well spent , would totally recommend it to everyone . Also it never felt like any us were judged more encouraged to achieve . Don’t delay get on the next one today .
I've really felt empowered to make change happen as the weeks have gone by in this course. Graham puts you at ease and gives you time to express yourself and find some of your own answers through increased confidence and analytical /coping frameworks. Money well spent!
Ive been doing CPD with Tri-Coaching Partnership for 7 years now, I thoroughly enjoyed each course I've enrolled on, all courses are structured to the highest of standards. Yesterday I completed their most recent course Transpersonal Coaching Advanced Coaching Skills delivered first class by Susan McCormack, this course will take my coaching to another level anyone wishing to do the same I recommend this course you will not be disappointed.
Amazingly thought provoking course presented brilliantly. Adding these approaches to my coaching toolkit will help me take a more holistic approach to support people not just professionally, but personally and offer a completely holistic approach towards self awareness and developing as a whole person. It’s also great for some much needed self insight in a personal level. Thanks Sue!!
The 4 sessions of group coaching were really interesting - they were thought provoking and also motivating. The course has helped me to reassess various aspects of my life and has reinvigorated me - something I really needed as we head towards the lifting of lockdown. Very worthwhile - thank you to Graham, and also to my fellow students!
A well thought out course. It really helped motivate me to start things and feel as though things like the to do list were not getting on top of me. Thoughtful questions from Graham helped me start things and see where extra thought was needed why clashes come in goal setting. I found the last 2 sessions more helpful as I felt more connected to the group at the half way point and the confidence session really spoke to me. Thanks so much Graham. Hoping to continue in a thoughtful direction.

Adding these approaches to my coaching toolkit will help me take a more holistic approach to support people not just professionally, but personally and offer a completely holistic approach towards self awareness and developing as a whole person. It’s also great for some much needed self insight in a personal level. Thanks Sue!!
Susan delivered a high standard and professional course that was fully engaging throughout. It’s inspired me to continue on a coaching journey and explore wider aspects. I think a course in “setting up a coaching business’ would be helpful and I would like to do more from a spiritual aspect too. I’m not a driving instructor but I loved that this course was suitable for those outside of the driving industry and I hope to do more courses with tri coaching in the future.
I completed the Transpersonal Coaching Course on 8/4/20 ... I can’t rate it highly enough , it was fantastic from start to finish , 5 stars doesn’t do it justice , if there is anyone out there who is contemplating attending then my advice would be go for it you won’t be disappointed that’s for sure !!!
just completed the group coaching, 4 great sessions looking at myself, giving me the motivation to activ8 and change my mindset. bringing a new found happiness & confidence within. very well structured by Graham, kick starting me into action! lots of helpful bits to take away and use to maintain the change. looking in the mirror will never be the same again! a must do for anyone looking to treat themselves to a bit of TLC & self improvement.
Group Coaching is another 5 star course from Tri-Coaching. Expertly delivered by Graham Hooper with his professional, knowledgeable & charming style. He makes changing your life & achieving your goals seem effortless and within your reach. He instils confidence just being in his company. Thank you for helping me bring structure & planning into my life, whilst also realising what is important to me & what it is that I’m actually working towards. I highly recommend this course!
At the beginning of the group coaching course I really didn't know what to expect and assumed it was just a number of people talking to each other with no structured objectives. Graham, set objectives for each zoom session and I quickly saw the purpose of each of the sessions and their relevance. Thank you, Graham for running a positive and awareness raising course!
I have just spent the last 2 days revisiting my BTEC level 4 course. Some people might say why, as I have already completed it, but part of my learning is to reflect back on what I do when I give my training and I felt I needed to start where my coaching journey began. Do I really know this coaching or client centred way of teaching? I feel it's necessary to make sure I know the answers I don't think I have had any light bulb moments but more that the dimmer switch has been turned up and the lights are now brighter. I had tried to look at my previous notes and assignments, but for me there is no better type of learning than being in a class, listening to Sue, Graham and the other attendees. What did I get out of attending these last 2 days? Confirmation that the journey I have taken, and still on, is going to be ongoing. I need to keep learning and that learning is never going to stop. Communication module 1 and feedback module 2, I do on a daily basis but hearing people phrase questions differently gave me a different insight into how other people think, feel or behave rather than just using my clients to practice on. I could relax and actually listen and watch other people in a non moving environment which gave me the opportunity for learning/reflecting to take place. The course has changed or should I say evolved rather than changed, more demonstrations from Sue and Graham, which I felt made it easier to reinforce what had just been discussed. The assignments seemed to be easier now or is that I have already completed them and I don't need to do them again? Or should I? I would recommend this course not just for ADIs looking at a coaching course but for anyone who has completed the course sometime ago and now looking for that reinforcement in what you do everyday. If you're planning on delivering the accelerate course this would also help you enormously. As people say, everyday is a learning day and you might just have that lightbulb moment again.
What a course! I have a keen interest in the subject already but the course blew me away and really fuelled my passion even further! It's left me wanting to explore this path so much more and really developed me as a coach. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting a deeper understanding of coaching and the role NLP plays within it.
The Tri - Coaching Course is a must for any one who is looking to make their goals become a reality. I am truly amazed how only four times one and half hour sessions has helped change my mindset. The course is full of great information ,ideas and really showed me how to develop more confidence and self belief in myself. I have already experienced positive changes by applying the knowledge I have taken away from this course. I would like to thank Mr Graham Hooper who did a really great job delivering the coaching sessions and also all the participants you are a great bunch of people to meet.
I have done quite a few courses with Tri Coaching. They really know how to deliver great training courses. Graham Hooper delivered a superb course spread over 4 weeks. This course is cleverly constructed to look at yourself and what you want to achieve in your life. It doesn’t have to be work related. This course gives you a lot of ideas on how to build your own self confidence. For me I would definitely re visit this course in the future. I would strongly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to improve themselves. Book on the next available course. You won’t regret it.
This was another great coaching course from Tri-Coaching Partnership delivered by Graham Hooper. It was a course that concentrated on the ‘self’. Our perceptions of ourselves and our feelings toward ourselves. It also made me look at what I do, and, am I getting the best out of myself? With it being spread over four weeks, each session left plenty of time for reflection and action, or at least planning action. I would thoroughly recommend this course for great content, great thought provocation and a great way to self analyse. It was all very relaxed and non judgemental. Thank you Graham for great presentation of a great course.
I am so glad I attended the Tri-Coaching Transpersonal Coaching Skills Course recently. I have worked hard on my coaching skills since attending and this was a great way to develop the bigger picture. The afternoon I found to be the best for me. Though the morning did highlight all the additional factors that make up a great coaching session. Many people ask me "I have completed the BTEC Level 4 in Coaching for Driver Development... so what can I do next?"... consider this course if you are looking for a development of your coaching skills especially if you plan to move on to coaching in a new environment.
Another great course by Tri Coaching. Over the last four weeks I have been on a journey of discovery. It has really given me the confidence to push on with my Goals. This is a great course, delivered over four weekly sessions, and I would highly recommend it.
Hi Graham. A massive thank you for the great zoom coaching course. Firstly a great reason to get out of bed on a Monday morning during lockdown and a great way to help me and others to become better focused and driven in what we wish to achieve, not just with my business but with life in general. It was great too to meet like minded instructors who I'll stay in touch with and I'm sure we will continue to motivate each other :)
I had the absolute pleasure of attending Tri-Coaching Partnerships inaugural “Transpersonal Coaching” course recently. Never has the phrase, "The more you learn, the less you know" been more apt following a course I have attended. As a BTEC 4 Alumnus, I am used to the market-leading customer experience and exceptional value their training consistently delivers. The transpersonal coaching course not only delivered these in full. It also took me on a journey away from my comfort zone and into a brand new world of exciting and enticing potential. Not only for my professional development but also for my personal development. The course was delivered so skilfully that it not only maintained it also enhanced my current ability. It also ignited my desire to learn more about this style of coaching and its delivery. It’s very easy to become blasé and complacent about CPD, this course provides a safe friendly and nurturing environment in which you will learn something of value.
This was, for me, another eye opening course presented by Susan McCormack of the Tr-Coaching Partnership. I have, I believe, attended all the Tr-Coaching courses over the last tenish years or so, and every one has given more knowledge and confidence in who I am and what I do. The last few courses have made me look at ‘me’, and this latest course on Transpersonal Coaching, will have me thinking and scrutinising things for a long time to come. It is another course that makes me realise that over the years I have learnt and developed a lot, but also there is so much more to learn. To anyone thinking about this course, and wanting to develop their awareness and hone their coaching skills, then please don’t hesitate.
I would like to leave a review for another excellent course i attended from tri-coaching . The latest course was the transpersonal coaching advanced coaching skills . Which i found very precise and clear , easy to understand . Well delivered as usual from a great trainer Susan McCormack . After some reflection after the course I now know why I am me . With the information and the workbook it allows you to understand more about the beliefs of excellence and the goals for life and living . I would recommend this course to everyone . All that’s left to say is its another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ course . Looking to improve then don’t delay book it today .
An excellent course that was expertly presented by Susan and jam packed with plenty to take away and develop, resulting in a very challenged brain! #personaldevelopment❤️ Thank you once again to Tri-Coaching Partnership.
It’s really difficult to describe how awesome this course was because I don’t think there are enough words in the dictionary to do it justice! It was engaging, all encompassing, brilliant, flowed at a perfect pace and tied together to give me a real structure to develop my own transpersonal coaching skills. It was empowering and enlightening, delivered with passion and meaning, received with gratitude and thankfulness. It provided me with an expansive view of coaching to take forward in my business - how we can help clients to identify a sense of meaning and purpose. To help them look at the bigger picture within their work, life, relationships etc to give a much better interconnection and sense of self. Thank you so much Susan McCormack for producing this phenomenal course! Truly an exceptional and magnificent piece of work indeed. Extremely highly recommended!
Just completed Tri-Coachings newest course 'Transpersonal Coaching'. Wow what day! Just like every course or training day that Tri-Coaching provide this was exceptional. Brilliantly delivered by Susan Mccormack this course delves deep into the area of coaching. At the end of the course I was a better coach than at the beginning of the day. Much had been uncovered with plenty to take away to digest and put into practise. Absolutely a worthwhile course and great value. 10/10. Thanks again Tri-Coaching
The Transpersonal Coaching course was an amazing day. I’m literally buzzing with excitement and enthusiasm. Brilliantly presented as always by the amazing genius that is Susan McCormack. Life changing. It was a pleasure to attend. Thank you.
Having guided and mentored staff and clients in a variety of areas previously, when I saw the B-TEC Coaching for Driver Education it looked like ideal development. I have just completed the first of 4 assisignments. Albeit there was familiarity in some if the curriculum, I felt I have learned far more than I anticipated. It is a well put together course with good, knowledgeable trainers. Feedback is never far away either to support you through the assisignments. Dont let the fact that it is online at present stop you considering it, engagement is still there and helps keep the cost down too. I'm looking forward to the remainder of the course.
Hi everyone. For my fellow TRI-coaching trainers who know me, you would know that I have attended every possible course that TRI-coaching has offered. For those of you that do not I can on only say that having done numerous training courses with Tri-Coaching is the best investment in myself and the future of my career that I could ever have made. I feel that I have learned so much and grown so much because of my partnership with them. I feel compelled to write this review because it is good to be coached. And ironically, we as coaches ourselves don’t often get the opportunity to experience the advantages of being coached. This course has been nothing short of profound! An easy-going safe environment to explore myself, facilitated by a very competent and skill full coach, Graham Hooper, encouraged and allowed me to grow and reflect at an amazing rate. I feel confident in saying that the course is going to have very positive effects on my career and development! As has become the norm with the exceptional courses offered by Tri-coaching. Thank you very much Graham.
I have just completed a 4 week Coaching course with Graham Hooper. As with all Tri-Coaching courses, there is always something new to learn and this didn't disappoint. It gave me the time and space to dedicate to myself, something which I have done little of over the last year. The course was structured very well with tasks and questions that allowed me to look more deeply into who I am and how I can move forwards. The fact that it is spread over 4 weeks is perfect because it gives you time for deep reflection, something which has brought many great things into my awareness. I feel that I can take this experience forwards for sure and continue to think about the transformations taking place right now. Thanks again :)
I have had an amazing experience doing this course. It has changed my mindset as I had come in to the course feeling extremely anxious and not motivated in life. I now have goals to look forward to and I have more structure due to the way this course was put together. I feel I know what I’m doing and how am I going to do it. Thank you to Graham and all the other group members for this valuable experience.
Did the Train the Trainer course this month with Graham and I have to say it was brilliant! I did the old style part 3 and was hoping this would clear up question I had about training PDI’s and this course nailed it! The TCIT package itself makes so much sense and I can’t wait to deliver it! Just started on the follow up sessions this week and they are a massive help to really get to grips with everything. All in all, a fantastic course that looses absolutely NOTHING from being delivered via zoom and the help and support that’s offered really is second to none. Thanks to all the team at TCP for all the hard work that clearly goes into all of your courses!
I have just attended the 2day Train the Trainer course on zoom, fantastic course. It is so reassuring to see the very high standards set to become an ADI Trainer but also the quality of the course the PDI receives throughout their training. The support you receive after the course is second to none, the resources you receive are really useful all the way with journey to become an ADI Trainer. This course will be very useful to present ADI Trainers. Really looking forward to our follow up training sessions which you can attend as often as you like. Thanks Susan!!
James just left a new 5-star review of Tri-Coaching Driving Instructor Training: Today I qualified as an adi, I was blessed to have passed all 3 parts first time thanks to the tri coaching course, amazing product delivered by an amazing trainer, can’t thank them enough for everything, my trainer and friend Ian Lavell really did go above and beyond. I fully recommend this to anybody thinking about coming into this industry
I signed up for group coaching with TriCoaching partnership as it was something new. I had no idea what to expect but I wasn’t disappointed! Graham Hooper presented the course and made it clear from the outset that there were no right or wrong answers - always a bonus! Meeting and talking to people who wanted to discover more about their goals, their motivations and the barriers that we all put out there, was insightful. Over the 4 week course we explored methods, techniques and strategies that we can use going forward to help achieve our goals. With plenty of support from Graham and the rest of the group, I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would therefore recommend participating in group coaching.
I recently attended a group coaching course hosted by Graham Hooper. I found the course has given me a real boost when it comes to how I feel about myself as someone who often struggles with low self esteem and since completing this course I am learning to not only be kinder to myself but also to organise my thoughts better and set myself realistic goals. A very uplifting course which also gave me a chance to get to know other like minded instructors who all seem to have very similar worries and challenges, so it gave a very welcome and very real sense of community. And of course Graham’s injections of humour and honesty helped to make the course very enjoyable and worthwhile. A big thank you ????
Through the second lockdown, I attended group coaching meetings via Zoom with Graham Hooper and a lovely group of fellow ADI's. I wasn't sure what to expect going into the meetings but I'm so glad I joined. I found the sessions really inspiring, and nice to talk with other ADI's about our own goals, whether they were personal or professional. Graham was on hand with helpful advice, encouraging words and models to help us prioritise what's important in order to achieve our goals. I would like to thank Graham and the others who attended with me for giving me the confidence to take what I've learned from all of the team at Tri-Coaching and put it into action!! Highly recommend!!
I recently attended the Group Coaching Course and it was brilliant. Graham ensured it was a non judgemental environment where we were allowed to share and develop our coaching skills. I have used all the skills I took from the course today with a new learner and broke the learning down into bite size chunks and the difference to normal instructor led training was phenomenal. Really recommend this course and any tri-coaching course.
Absolutely amazing company. Loads of help and advice. I would highly recommend the BTEC 4. Before the BTEC I did the accelerate course and it made me want to do more. They are so helpful you can't go wrong. Graham did some free coaching classes during lockdown, unfortunately I could only attend one but it was great! Thank you to all involved.
Thank you for putting together a very informative course in these difficult times. It was the first time I had been involved in a Zoom meeting so that was good and being to do group exercises was really good and I’m sure companies will be looking at this type of meeting where they don’t have to hire venues and other costs for the day I liked the fact that it felt we were all together in the meeting room Neil was great with his information and his organisation of the day It was great when Sue gave the thoughts she was really passionate about the subject.
An interesting, informative and engaging workshop delivered by a knowledgeable trainer, and with good oportunties given to ask questions in order to make clear any aspects of the Standards CHECK/PT3 that you were unsure about. A good workshop for anyone that needs gain understanding of what is required on the day of your Standards Check/PT3 or for anyone who wishes to refresh their knowledge in preparation for either of the above.
A well planned and presnted course. The zoom app worked fine except for one participant. Able to communicate effectively with host and others. The content of the course was given in a logical order and will be able to apply for my lessons. Overall I would recommend this course with the zoom especially in the present situation.
Amazing Training Trained with the TCIT course in 2017. Graham was absolutely amazing the whole time. Sessions were fun and enjoyable while ensuring that learning was taking place. Graham’s technique of delivering the course as a whole package works so well. We didn’t focus on the different ADI tests, he focused on helping me become a driving instructor. Which meant learning all aspects from the beginning. Would highly recommend to anyone looking into becoming an ADI.
5-star review of Tri-Coaching Driving Instructor Training: I started my CPD journey with Tri-Coaching 2 years ago with their BTEC level 4 and was blown away with how good it was. It totally changed the way I looked at things in a coaching and client centred way and I’ve never looked back since. It helped me to score 49 out of 51 on my Standard Check and ORDIT inspection and with out it I would not have achieved that. Since that I’ve attended the train the trainer which I’ve been using their TCIT course in my instructor training business to great success, Presentation skills course and ORDIT trainers course. Also I have had the privilege of being an accredited trainer for Tri-Coaching and delivered their Standards Check workshop via zoom. Graham, Sue, DI, Sara and the Tri-Coaching trainer family are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and not just professionally but true friends that will be there for you when you need help and advice. They are a credit to our industry and I’m proud to be associated with them. Thanks Tri-Coaching I’m looking forward to continuing my CPD journey and would highly recommend them to any looking to better themselves.
Ever since I found out about tri coaching partnership through the m.s.a. and started on one of there course's which was route 51 I found this to be very informative and helpful and new I had great support there if I needed any help with that in mind I then went on to completing the train the trainer and the betec4 with the tri coaching partnership there all fantastic trainer's and can't thank them all enough for all there help and support I'm now looking to plan on doing training with them to become an ordit trainer as that's my next goal ????
Much more than just 5 stars I highly recommend using the TCIT course because by integrating all of the 3 qualifying tests it 'accelerates' the development of the potential driving instructor. The integrated approach helps to keep the potential driving instructor engaged and motivated throughout the course, because THEY can clearly see the benefits of linking all 3 tests together. This in turn increases the chances of being successful throughout the whole process of becoming a qualified driving instructor.
TCIT absolutely delivers TCIT and the team that run it simply know their stuff! I invested through them to build an entirely new career and business. All aspects of 'the journey' with Tri Coaching met or exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.
Neil wightman just left a new 5-star review of Tri-Coaching Driving Instructor Training: TCIT is excellent product to use when you are becoming a driving instructor , as a trainer its easy to deliver with great benefits for the student . Using this product has helped me grow my business with quality ADIs/PDI’s. Great thanks TRI-coaching .
Sammie Taylor just left a new 5-star review of Tri-Coaching Driving Instructor Training: I will be using the TCIT programme in my business going forwards as it is the only sensible way to provide the very best training package to my future PDIs. The product is superb and covers everything you need to qualify as an ADI with the video content and support from the Tri-Coaching team unrivalled in the profession. The team can't do enough for you and always on hand for any questions no matter how silly they might seem. I look forward to being one of your best customers as I grow my driving school. Thank you to the lovely people at Tri-Coaching xxx
Mr T Lefteri just left a new 5-star review of Tri-Coaching Driving Instructor Training: Brilliant course. Everything that's delivered by Tri Coaching Partnership is industry leading & innovative. Nobody does it better. I wish the TCIT course had been around when I was training to be a driving instructor - it would have made things a lot easier and made a lot more sense! Keep up the great work Tri Coaching!
Ian Lavell just left a new 5-star review of Tri-Coaching Driving Instructor Training: When you're looking to train to become an ADI, it's easy to feel isolated and alone during the initial stages of training. Tri-Coaching have developed a course which supports you through every part of the qualification process. The unique way this course is structured and delivered ensures you have access to a highly qualified trainer from day 1 to completion. There is no other course like this on the market! - It's "Simply the best!"
Ray Seagrave just left a new 5-star review of Tri-Coaching Driving Instructor Training: TCIT is an excellent, groundbreaking training course aligned with the DVSA's National Driver Standards. The online resources and videos are like having an extra virtual trainer helping every step of the way to passing all 3 instructor tests.
I've been using the TCIT product for two years having spent a considerable time looking at other options. I find this product the best there is. Fully intergrated, meaning that the PDI can see the link between all three parts of the training process and therefore not treating it as three seperate parts. The workbook and Trainer book are second to none, giving a detailed syllabus to work to, which matches the National Standards, something I have found others are lacking! The videos which the PDI's get are informative and well presented. The aftersales and backup support from the TCP team is superb as well.
Lee Jowett just left a new 5-star review of Tri-Coaching Driving Instructor Training: Just the best training company for Adi’s and also a family. Being part of the family in an isolated industry is golden. In addition Graham, Sue, Sara and Di are wonderful full of knowledge and the best trainers in the country. It’s a privilege to be part of the team.
Graeme Orr just left a new 5-star review of Tri-Coaching Driving Instructor Training: Five Stars doesn’t do the course justice , just like every Tri Coaching Course the content and the way the course is presented is absolutely excellent . The Train the Trainer course is just fantastic and it’s a must for all ADiS looking to get into instructor training .
Phil Ruberry just left a new 5-star review of Tri-Coaching Driving Instructor Training: Tri-Coaching Partnership Instructor Training is an excellent, well designed course for anyone who is planning to be a driving instructor. From the very outset, the client is working on all three parts of the qualifying process, thereby tying everything in and gives it relevance.
a new 5-star review of Tri-Coaching Driving Instructor Training: Tri-coaching Driving Instructor training, is second to none when it comes to 1st class support and knowledge. It is a leading company in the industry for Instructor Training. My passion for such a highly recommended organization comes from my own personal journey as an Instructor of 16 years! If it wasn't for the great team of trainers I would not be a grade A instructor, ORDIT and Fleet trainer.
Suzanne Cokayne just left a new 5-star review of Tri-Coaching Driving Instructor Training: Tri-coaching driving instructor training (TCIT) is in my opinion the best way to learn to become a driving instructor. Every course is tailored to suit the individual including their lifestyle, learning style, previous knowledge & experiences and own personal goals. You learn how to communicate with people, how people learn best and how to help people to learn. You also learn about yourself. The course then gives you the tools to keep learning & developing after you’ve qualified. There is support all the way through and you progress at a pace that suits you. It actually makes learning enjoyable & achievable. The best of the best ????
Feedback with a twist, I have recently been through some tough times, through these tough times I have been supported by the Tri -Coaching team in any way I needed. I completed my btec4 attendance dates in 2019, just haven't got round to completing module 3/4 assignments due to personal reasons, no pressure from any of the team from trainers to management just support. From top to bottom Tri-Coaching are immense. The Delivery of courses (so far Btec4, TCIT completed) has been impeccably and professionally delivered making your learning journey so much easier. So now to present day, knowing within me to complete my btec4 I needed to revisit module 4, No problem, just a zoom session away, all sorted. (THANKS Graham & Sue) Thats customer service! The extra mile! Makes all the difference. Well done team for excellent products to help with my CPD. I mean this sincerely Thank you to all the Tri-Coaching team, you really don't know how much you have helped me. Looking forward to the day we can all be in a room together again. Extra special thanks to Fiona Taylor x
I've never posted here before so thought this would be the perfect time!! Having attended Train the Trainer in Feb 2019, at that time I didn't feel 100% confident to deliver the course for various reasons, but I was amazed by how much I took away from it and signed up for the BTEC 4 as I wanted more!! During lockdown, I saw that I could revisit the Train the Trainer course with the option of 12 follow up sessions via zoom, which would cover all 12 modules of the TCIT course. These sessions have far exceeded my expectations!! They have been informative, enjoyable and run by the best trainers you will find. Di and Sara have taken us step by step through each module, offering guidance and support and allowing us the opportunity to break into smaller groups to discuss different aspects of the modules. I was a little intimidated at the thought of the zoom aspect of the sessions but had absolutely no need to be. It actually worked better for me as there was no need to travel (only to the kitchen ????). I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone on the course, such a lovely group of people! I can't thank Di, Sara and the whole Tri-Coaching team enough for giving me the confidence to deliver TCIT and for all of their support along my Tri-Coaching journey!! I highly recommend this course and am looking forward to delivering TCIT ????
I too, am just reaching the end of the 12, train-the-trainer support sessions. I originally attended and completed TtT last summer with the view to consolidating my knowledge, building on my existing skills and networking. It was also my first official experience of Tri-Coaching. The course was great and well run, however, I was not in the position to utilise it in a training setting at the time and would not have felt 100% confident I could deliver it well. I've been working towards my BTEC 4 since February, but saw the TtT revisit advertised and the hook for me was the extra support in place. Not only the course, but marketing advice and the 12 sessions taking us through each of the modules. My approach to it this time was more with a 'potential trainer' head on, having been developing myself as a coach, I felt I was in a better place. I have to admit to being slightly overwhelmed by the course book and guidance notes, although could definitely see how it could be effective. This was reassured during each of the support sessions where Di and Sara took us through, step by step, encouraging us to explore the course and adapt it to our clients' needs. They were able to inspire confidence in ourselves as trainers and the TCiT product. My faith in the trainers and Tri-Coaching increases all the time 'Not a cult ????'. I have completed the course this time sure that I can deliver the TCIT course and know that if I need any further support, that the Tri-Coaching team are a call or message away (I've already tried it out!) I highly recommend TCIT and can't wait to take on my 1st PDI to prove it's worth. Thankyou Diane and Sara and all the other Tri-Coaching team for sharing your wisdom, experience and being so supportive.
Just had the penultimate Zoom TCIT follow up session on module 11. These sessions have been informative, helpful, fun and a real boost to my confidence to deliver TCIT for my trainees. Thank you Di and Sara (and Tri-Coaching) these sessions. Highly recommended sessions for everyone.
I have just completed the TCIT course and 12 modules which followed to support the course. I still have some modules to complete but will jump on those next time around. These sessions are brilliant. They explain the sessions in great detail and have given me the confidence to realise that I can deliver this course competently and am looking forward to doing so. I have not yet started with understanding the marketing and selling the course, so this is my next step. I definitely feel like I had an advantage in understanding the course from having completed the BTEC L4 in Driver Education with Tri Coaching (some time ago). It's the perfect background to this course and I would recommend it to anyone who has not yet completed it. Thanks to the team for being so approachable. I'm sure I will be contacting you lots in the near future!
I like to say to anyone who is thinking twice about doing zoom training please have ago.I put off the first zoom training day. Because I am dinosaur as far as using technology, but links sent you are very easy to use. It was great training day,for me that fact that you are in your home and much for relaxed than in a class.Question were being asked constantly this help me such a lot because I could see that other instructors were struggling like me getting their heads around new standard check changes. It was a light bulb moment for me doing the zoom training. The very next day I started bring the training with my pupils new and old. Ian and Sue were excellent. Highly recommend zoom training
24/8/2020 I have just completed the Train the Trainer course with Graham and Sara via ZOOM! I thoroughly enjoyed both days. The non- judgemental environment was extremely refreshing. The information was inspiring and the support was very reassuring. I now feel much more confident about becoming an ADI Trainer and knowing that I will have ongoing support is just amazing! I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to become a trainer or anyone that wants to enhance their own understanding and confidence as an ADI. I have been an ADI for over 23 years and involved with various training and courses and this is the best training experience i have ever had, I have just signed up for the BTEC4 and cannot wait to begin. I feel truly inspired by Graham and Sara, they are very approachable and they are a pleasure to train with. Thank you both so much!
I've just completed a refresher of Tri-Coaching's Train the Trainer course with Graham and Sara. It's an excellent course and gives a great insight into ADI training plus how the 'jigsaw' of DVSA's assessment really fits into the whole training process for ADIs. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it's really great value for money. Thanks to Graham and Sara for an excellent couple of days.
I have just completed the 2 day Train the Trainer course delivered by Graham and Sara I’m unable to put into words just how good this course is , this is now the third course I have been on with TCP and every single time they deliver above and beyond . My only advice to others who might be thinking of going on a course is stop thinking and do it . Thank you Graham and Sara for a wonderful Train the Trainer Course
Hi Graham Just to say thank you for your fantastic TtT session today. I didn’t only get what I expected from it - based on previewing the Course materials - I got a whole lot more!! Lots of key points to absorb and develop. Lots of eureka moments! ... and another nice bunch of people to train with. ???? I love the Tri-Coaching Partnership Zoom training sessions. Mainly because you help me access the best professional Training and Development organisation in the UK, in an “intimate” setting, that would otherwise be a challenge for me to access geographically. So with Tri-Coaching, 2020 has accelerated my CPD in: - BTEC Module 1; in which I achieved 97% in my Assignment - BTEC Module 2 in a couple of weeks) - Standards Check Route 51, -Train the Trainer. All of this provides both the keystone and the spring board to my becoming the best Driving Coach and Trainer I aspire to be. I access a plethora of resources (ADI Masterclass, your Coaching blogs, books by McCormack, Rogers, Erickson et al) but I do accept I lack the wheels on the road experience compared to many of my peers with 10, 15 plus years under their belt. I completed my training to be an ADI in under a year simply because I had an epiphany that Driver Coaching and Training would be my future path. My biggest regret was not being aware of Tri-Coaching Partnership until just after I qualified last May, when I became more aware of who was leading the market activity in the profession. I know I will turn to Tri-Coaching Partnership for further one-to-one training for added reassurance in preparation for my Standards Check as the training I have done this summer has provided me with plenty time for self evaluation and reflection. So, for now once again thank you Graham for your time and invaluable support. Looking forward to next week. Very best wishes, Audrey
I first completed the Tri Coaching ‘Train the Trainer’ course last year as a way of networking, checking on my knowledge and understanding and as a look into how Tri-Coaching delivered instructor training. The course had excellent content with a good balance of theoretical principles and practical activities and role play. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it has acted as a steppingstone for me towards possible instructor training opportunities and developing my own instructing through the BTEC Level 4 which I started in February. I prefer face to face courses every time but have been very impressed by the way Tri-Coaching have delivered the Zoom BTEC sessions. I recently revisited the Train the Trainer course, this time with the view to using it as a platform to expand my skills and broaden my services. I am particularly impressed with the extensive support package in place and feel confident that I will be able to utilise the TCiT product with that support! Finally, I cannot thank the team enough for their expertise, their encouragement and professionalism plus being pretty nice people! I look forward to working with Tri-Coaching on further courses in the future and who knows where it may take me ????
I have just taken part in the 2 day Train the Trainer course delivered via zoom. For me it was a refresher but everything I've been doing over the last 2 years, starting with Train the Trainer back in 2018, then the BTEC4 and Presentation Skills which truly helped me become more self aware and reflect on myself. I wanted to repeat this course and see how far I'd come with this fantastic company and I am absolutely delighted in how I feel today in that everything clicks perfectly into place! I am so excited now to go out and grab as many PDIs as I can so that I can deliver the TCIT course, which is a product I truly believe in and trust completely! Thank you to the wonderful and amazing Susan McCormack for her absolute excellence as always x
Enjoyed the zoom and found it helpful and informative and will give me a better understanding of what is required when I take my Part 3. The reason 4stars not 5 was difficulty in the beginning not been able to join in until a break as initially had the wrong link. Had to take on phone instead of laptop.
After attending the Route 51 Standards Check course, I now feel more confident should the ‘dreaded’ invitation drop through the letterbox. I am much clearer regarding the marking sheet and what’s required. I picked up some useful ideas that I can incorporate into my everyday lessons. Thank you Terry and Tri Coaching.
WOW !! another brilliant course by TRI COACHING This has been without a doubt one of the best training courses I have been on. I completed the BTEC 4 last year and thoroughly enjoyed it . And is one of the reason why I decided to go on Train the Trainer course .it was excellent. Graham and Neil Delivered the course in clear manageable way which made it easier to understand. I learned alot from the in-car session day too. I would highly recommend Tri-coaching for any ADI looking for training
I’ve just completed the Coaching Excellence in Business Presentation Skills course with Sue & Sara.... and what a course it has been!!
I’ve always been particularly fearful about public speaking and shied away from it but this course has been a game changer!
It’s helped me understand not only how to present myself but also how to prepare my content and manage my nerves!
I really cannot recommend enough for anyone (you don’t need to be a driving instructor) who has or may have to present as part of their current or future job role!
Thanks you for a brilliant two days!!!
Next Course Dates
I did the two day Train the Trainer course in Birmingham in December. The classroom day was very helpful and informative, and it was good to be able to share ideas with other instructors and potential trainers, as well as with Graham and James. They really made us think! Graham went absolutely above and beyond, and certainly knows a lot about client-centred learning. The second day in the car was a lot of fun, and gave a real insight into the challenges of being an instructor trainer. Overall, the course was extremely useful and worth every penny - I passed my ORDIT test the next day! Thank you so much to Graham and James, and all of the Tri-Coaching team. I couldn't have done it without you!

I'M so thankful to have found out about tri coaching partnership through M. S. A. This was when I started my journey towards getting first class quality training which started of with route 51 standards check , then going on to doing train the trainer which I found very helpful and can't thank my trainer enough for all his help a big thanks to Ian Lavell I then went on to starting the Betec 4 course which I found even more helpful in what I was doing and made think more differently about my business and about myself, I've recommend tri coaching to people that I know as there training is fantastic and I will certainly do more training myself with tri coaching thanks to everyone of yous especially Ian Lovell as he's fantastic in what he does and all the help that he has given me and it was great to meet Graham Hooper the director of tri coaching partnership.

I completed the BTEC level 4 in Coaching for Driver Development with Tri Coaching Partnership in 2019. It was worth every penny because it has given me the opportunity to train Ambulance drivers.
Tri Coaching Partnership provided excellent training and support throughout and I would recommend this company to anyone interested in developing their skills.

I did the tri-coaching Accelerate course in Leeds on Thursday and Friday and just want to say i thought it was absolutely brilliant! Its helped me massively with questioning, coaching, active listening and lots more! I was a bit worried i wouldnt like it before i left and i was really happy i had attended by the end of the 2 days! I would also like to thank Lee Jowett who ran the course as well as i thought he was absolutely brilliant! Very informative and kept us glued for the full 2 days! If anybody is thinking about doing it i would fully recommend!!

I have just completed the btec 4 coaching course and have found the course to be fantastic throughout. The course gives a fuller understanding of how to coach properly and I have learned some great techniques that I will now use daily on my driver trainer sessions. The assignments are challenging but really help you develop your understanding and knowledge of coaching and support was always there when needed. All in all I'm extremely glad I did the course as I now feel i have improved as a trainer.
Before attending the ‘Presentation Skills’ course I was quite nervous and apprehensive, as I didn’t feel comfortable standing up in front of a room full of strangers. However, this is the very reason why I decided to attend the course in the first place. As always, and in true Tri-Coaching style, I was soon being challenged and pushed out of my comfort zone and therefore, began to discover my strengths and weaknesses. They set about developing my presentation skills by working in a relaxed manner but still pushing me to achieve my own personal goals. They gave me the strength and self-belief to keep working on my weaknesses. As a result, I left the course with a new found confidence, to continue to develop my presentation skills further. I would highly recommend any course run by Tri-coaching. Thank you again, to Sue and Sara for an excellent two days.
Since completing the BTEC 4 with Tri Coaching Partniship in 2016, I have tried to hone the skills and knowledge gained to become a more complete and customer focused professional. The exceptional course provided and run by Sue and Graham have today enabled me to become a Grade A instructor. I would thoroughly recommend the course, not just to "chase" the grade, but to improve your own knowledge and skill base.
I just wanted to say thank you for something you might be completely unaware of. Today I passed my standards check with my second grade A since I took the BTEC 3 with Di and Sara in 2014 and the BTEC 4 with Sue and Graham in 2015. In fact, I did even better than last time(46) and got 49/51. I'm really chuffed. The BTEC 3 was a real revelation and I remember Di saying, in the coffee queue, that coaching was a very natural way of learning compared to instruction. Now at that point I was still trying to come to terms with the old fault finding approach to instruction and if I'm honest, I'd never got totally to grips with it. Never got higher than a 5 in any check test I'd done. I always felt that there was only one way to do the job. So, when Di said that, I suddenly felt vindicated and that it was ok to do things more naturally. Also, here was someone saying that this approach could possibly be better. The day we spent in the car confirmed this as Di proved that it is pointless throwing a load of open questions at the pupil all the time (something I'd never understood the point of.) She got me really thinking about the value of a question and its' purpose. I can't tell you how life changing that moment was. I suddenly "understood" how to ask questions. When I took the plunge to go and do the BTEC 4 I knew that I was committing time and money ( loss of earnings, b&b costs) to something I thought would be demanding and difficult. And it was. Kind of. It took up time to travel and complete the assignments etc but Sue and Graham also made me really think. They also made me feel good about what I did out on the road with learners because I felt clear about what I was doing and confident that what I was doing was going to benefit my clients. At last, I felt clear about what and how to do the job I'd been doing for 14 years. Sue and Graham built on what Di had begun. As some of you will know, I've become an Assessor for TTC and an NDORS Instructor since then. I also enjoy my sessions on the road with Driver Metrics clients. I'm not convinced that I would have had the confidence to apply for either of the first two jobs had I not done the BTEC qualifications. The BTEC also helped me get accepted for some fleet work for TTC when I have no fleet licence. Today, the SE commented that it was a real pity that I didn't teach learners anymore and thanked me for a "very client centred lesson that was enjoyable to witness." ( I've attached my SC1.) Perhaps if I'd found you all 10 years ago I'd have felt a whole lot better about "teaching" learners and I might have had more satisfying lessons. I certainly would have been much more confident in my job as an ADI. With best wishes to you all. Philippa Philippa Joyce
Another fantastic course by Tri-coaching! Just completed a two day Presentation Business Skills workshop, not only does it focus on business it is also personal to my own development. I have realised my apparence is important to me, my voice is better than I thought and people who put me down or try to piss on my bonfire are really just afraid of my skills. Learning comes from within, I learnt it's ok to be myself and I don't need to work too hard to make a good impression as I am good enough as me! Power-posing and power Ballard's are all I need to be who I truly am the rest is my natural personality.
I've just completed the Coaching Excellence in Business Two Day Presentation Skills Course. A brilliant two days. For anyone interested in developing their business skills and venturing into other areas. We had a lot of fun on this course whilst learning, developing and knocking down barriers. I've learned the importance of the show up and now understand how to overcome feelings that have always inhibited me in the past. Thanks Susan McCormack and Sara Everett-Skinner
I have just been on the Tri Coaching Presentation Skills course which went way beyond all my expectations. I didn’t quite know what to expect but the course content was excellent and a personal game changer for me! From the first day, I started to change the way I thought about myself and how I presented to others in ways that I could not have done before, a super powered, ultra bright lightbulb moment!! I learned so much about myself and started off with my usual anxiety about getting up in front of people to actually wanting to get up and do something more! I’m really excited about my future now with my new found confidence and would definitely recommend anyone who would like to become more confident in talking to others 1-1, in a group or delivering courses. It’s not just about confidence though, it’s also about being aware of yourself and you have to do that before you can move on and change how you interact with and help empower others. Thank you to the amazing Susan McCormack and Sara Everett-Skinner for a wonderful 2 days of CPD!
A great course . The passion and enthusiasm rubs off on you and allows you to relax and enjoy the course . If you are thinking of doing this course stop thinking and just book it. You wont regret it. Thanks guys for a great course I learned lots and gained new friends!
I am glad I have done Train the Trainer course which was held on Tuesday & Wednesday this week. I personally found it very useful and worthwhile as it made realise that how a short training course boosts your career. The trainers were friendly but professionals and very helpful. I will recommend to any ADI’s who specifically want to take their careers to the next level. I planning to do a BTEC 4 course in order to make my self even more equipped in the future. Thank you
I am very much enjoyed the 2 days Train the Trainer course which was held on 15 & 16 October in Guildford. Even though I have been working as an ADI over 10 years, it made me realise that there is always room for improvement. It was worth while as I have learned and managed to get the best advice as well. The trainers were very friendly, helpful and professional. I am glad that I have done the course and I am planning to do the BTEC 4 course as well. Thank you.
I've just completed all 4 modules for the BTEC4. A thoroughly enjoyable course, that really delves into some thought provoking techniques. I signed up for the course to become better at the job I already do, but I've gained so much more. This course has opened up other avenues for me, not just within the industry but in other places too. Kev and Fiona could not have been better trainers, we've not only been delivered a brilliant course through their experiences but we've gained friends who we can turn too in an industry that can sometimes be lonely! Excellent job guys ????????
When I registered for this course I really didn't know what to expect, I'm not sure anybody did. I was probably expecting to be told about how to set a room up, how to stand, how to deliver and how to prepare. I was not disappointed, it was all those things. HOWEVER, there was so much more. In typical Tri-Coaching style, we were ambushed and pushed out of our comfort zones (but in an absolutely non-judgemental way). For me, Susan and Graham, supported by Sarah (Di was in the fire-pit with us this time) encouraged and supported me to try things I wanted to do but did not feel at all confident doing. Also, encouragement from the other trainers present, many of whom have a lot more experience presenting than I do, helped to ease the nerves. As always with TCP courses, I came away feeling enlightened, excited and more prepared to face the different challenge of presentation. On reflection, I know there is still a long way for me to go on a personal basis, but I also know that the help, support and advice is there from my peers and from the Tri-Coaching team. I think if I had to describe my experience and what I got from this course in presentation skills (and all other TCP courses) I would say 'always moving forward'.
If you have a ORDIT assessment coming up or in the future, you will find the ORDIT Workshop offered by Tri Coaching a invaluable insight into how the changes are different to what you were assessed on before. It's relaxed but extremely informative and gives you the confidence to deliver a great assessment but also how you can adapt your current training. I left feeling that I had all the information I needed to prepare for my assessment and also the confidence to deliver even better training to my PDIs. Thank you, Susan McCormack and Graham Hooper, for the day and continued support after the event. Fantastic training as always. Kev Field
Last week I attended the Accelerate Course at Dorchester held by Julie Mansley. It was great! As always Julie made it fun and made everyone feel relaxed. Role play is not my favourite thing but Julie is great with you. More tools now to help as an ADI that will make our job just a bit better. Many thanks Julie and Tri Coaching.
Since being a part of the Trip-Coaching Partnership, both in my personal and my professional life, things have changed significantly for the better. Whilst increasing my scope of earnings potential I have also been able to develop as a person and become able to help those close to me within my family. Tri-Coaching help when you need it but also allow you the freedom to develop for yourself. They're a truly great team of professionals that understand that by putting their customers needs first, they learn more and therefore develop better as an organisation.
On both a personal and business level, my life has been transformed by the Tri-Coaching Partnership. Not just by those that run the company, although are a major force within it, but also my great colleagues that have been going through this great positive cycle of change that both me and my colleagues have experienced. Thank you Tri-Coaching for all the help and support.
I have just completed the Train the trainer course in Middlesbrough. I would just like to thank Graham and Lee for delivering a very well structured and informative 2 day course in a very relaxed environment in classroom and in the car. It was also great to be in the company of likeminded enthusiastic Adi,s. I would highly recommend this course to anyone thinking of taking a step into Instructor training.
I have just spent the last two days on the aCCeLerate course with Julie Mansley. If you are new to coaching, this is an eye opener to a new way of life as a driving instructor! Julie is simply the most amazing trainer and I cannot recommend her enough. She is SO motivational and clearly loves and believes in what she is doing/teaching. Our small group was ideal. Filled with lovely, like minded and willing to learn professionals. Our journey together and the help that we shared during these two days, I hope will mean that we keep in touch. The course has left me wanting to lean more. I feel that this is just the start of the possibility ahead with further training. Thank you to Tri-coaching for an excellent product and a huge thank you to Julie for making it entertaining and so enjoyable.
Mind is awash with possibilities that these 2 days have opened up. Another fantastic course from TCP....seems to be a common theme :)
Thanks Susan, Graham, Sara & Diane for a fab couple of days and all attendees for making it such a blast!
Love you guys
Thank you to Sara, Sue, Di and Graham for a great presentation skills course.
As you would expect from the Tri-Coaching team, it was fun, educational, useful but furthermore also helped each of us present to develop, not only skills but personal insights about ourselves and what we are able to achieve.
A really great and worthwhile experience.

I’ve just completed a two day coaching course with Terry. Quite simply it was brilliant. I loved every minute. Training was delivered in a relaxed & fun way, and Terry really knows his stuff. I can’t recommend the course or Terry highly enough. Brilliant!
The aCCeLerate training course with Terry was fantastic.
The two days covered lots of new areas which I can now implement into my driving lessons, and give them much more focus for my pupils. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun and conducive to a great learning environment. Cant recommended this course enough.
Thanks again Terry.
I cannot recommend both the Tri- Coaching Instructor Training (TCIT) and the Route 51 courses highly enough. First off, the course materials are clear, well laid out and really well structured. These really helped me to develop and achieve my new career goal as an ADI. They are on my desk from time to time ongoing as a reference that I have found immensely helpful in keeping my pupil lessons focussed. I want to further add that Graham Hooper has been a major factor in supporting me to achieve my goal. With his encouragement, candour and humour, he has been instrumental in successfully giving me great career. CPD is key in this industry I believe, so I will be further utilising Tri Coaching Partnership's services in future.
What can I say? Having arranged for a Tri-Coaching Trainer (Terry Lefteri) to deliver a Standards Check workshop to my team of instructors and other local ADIs,I,and my wife Maria immediately signed up for the BTEC4 Course and can't wait to get started. Thanks guys!
I would like to say a huge thank you to Graham and Susan for delivering the BTEC Level 4 course. It has been a huge help to my business and the way in which I deliver my training. I would highly recommend the course to any instructor who wishes to move with the times and wanting to improve their coaching skills.
I have just completed the 2 day aCCeLerate course with Terry Lefter. Terry has excellent knowledge of his subject and his delivery is wonderfully clear. I look forward to putting into practice all I’ve learnt and highly recommend this course.
Train the Trainer course I attended this course in Dumfries recently . It was run by Ian Lavell and Mark Allan they were excellent at delivering the course . The two day course was enjoyable and well worth the money as now I feel more confident in myself as an Adi teaching learners will also help me for my standards check to achieve a better grade than last time and seeing how the tcit course works I’m sure I will be able to deliver good value for money Pdi training ,knowing that I have the support from everyone at tri coaching .
Thanks to Ian and Mark for your insight and also to Dave Cox who was on the course with me and braver than me to step up and do role play while I watched in the back his acting skills amazed me . I received what I wanted out of the course and a lot more . Thanks guys
WoW. That was the most informative course I’ve been on, Ian Lavell broke it down into simple terms and developed a sense of achievement by the end of the two days. His sidekick Mark Allan gave me an understanding and hunger for the role of trainer. After this course I now understand how you can become a better instructor and train folks to become ADIs .. Thanks Guys. I will book the BTEC course next year.
I started my journey with Tri-Coaching’s SC day which really inspired me to think about how people learn best...& how I was ‘teaching’ them - the clouds parted and that was just the beginning. Then came the Btec 4, Train the Trainer, Driver Metrics amongst others. Tri-Coaching are current, professional all the things they should be - but they’re so much more and the support doesn’t end with the course/qualification. I can now finally say I’m the ADI I always wanted to be, but there’s no way I could’ve done it without them. They’re literally the best.
I attended Train the Trainer course recently and the course was incredible. Graham Hooper, Susan McCormack & Diane Everett-Skinner have opened my mind to a new world and both myself and my pupils are reaping the rewards. I have also signed up for the BTec4 later this year and can't wait to start.
I have been associated with Tri-Coaching Partnership. I have attended several different courses, starting with the BTEC level 4. I was so impressed with the course, and the trainers, that I, subsequently, attended other courses including the Train the Trainer course. I am also one of the trainers for Tri-Coaching which creates opportunities for furthering my business. There is always loads of support from the TCP team and you never feel alone. I cannot thank Susan and Graham enough do the opportunities they create, and also to Sara and Di for their support also. I cannot recommend the Tri-Coaching courses enough to inspire a fresh approach to training. Also, TCP keeps up to date with the latest ‘goings on’ in the industry.
I’ve been helping a lady since last October with her driver training. She had failed 4 tests about 20 years ago, and suffered from anxiety, and bad experiences. On Monday (25/03/2019) she passed her driving test with me first time, and that same day, wrote a review for my google page. When I read the review, and reflected on the whole experience, I asked myself honestly, would I have been able to help this lady, and give her the best experience I could without developing my instructor skills first. The answer to that is, probably NO, and it is for that reason, and many more reasons (too long too list!) that I highly recommend Tri Coaching Partnership (Graham & Susan), and their BTEC level 4 professional award in coaching for driver development. This course has given me the client-centred tools to help raise my clients awareness, and help them build responsibility so they learn how their personality impacts on their driving behaviour, and develop skills to manage their behaviour safely. The coaching approach I learnt empowers them to develop self-evaluation skills, and take ownership of their driving once qualified. I’ll leave the review below so you can read (with the help of Tri Coaching) how I changed this ladies life... “After a break of over 20 years and four failed tests I decided, age 47 to give it one last go. Steve is an amazing instructor. He made me believe in myself. Taught me the skills to be a safe driver. Encouraged me every step of the way. Completely different experience from previous three instructors. Steve understood I wanted to learn to be a good driver, not just pass a test. I decided what I wanted to do each lesson which helped me focus on what I needed to feel confident. This morning I woke in sheer terror and panic. Half hour of Steve calming me down I passed my driving test. Steve is brilliant. Respectful of anxieties and previous bad experiences. He is very patient and offers a stress free relaxed experience. Never thought I would do it. Thank you Steve”
I have been attending Tri-Coaching courses since 2012, I have always found the content thought provoking and all have certainly helped in my personal development. I first attended the BTEC, course initially hosted by Graham and Sue, this was my first introduction to not only coaching but to both Graham and Sue, to say this course was inspirational and indeed life changing for me personally would be an understatement. I have since attended further courses hosted not only by Graham and Sue but by Dianne and Sara. These were as equally as thought provoking with fantastic content. The team are extremely helpful, dedicated and passionate. I can not praise Tri-Coaching enough, they are industry leading and recommend their training to everyone.
I've completed Btec 4, Train the Trainer, ACCeLerate and Driver Metrics courses now through Tri Coaching. Over the past three years I've diversified from learner drivers to PDI training, instructor training and Driver Metrics training. I have a plan, and always have had to continue my development throughout my career and advance as far as I can......that's my plan, however without Tri-Coaching would all of this have been possible ? I certainly wouldn't be where I am now and I'm not sure how else I'd have gotten here. A brilliant company, brilliant trainers and brilliant people
Took my training to a other level. Gave me the confidence to become the best trainer I could. Offered ongoing support and guidance. The BTEC 4 was the best thing I ever did. Would highly recommend any instructor to go on a Tri-Coaching journey of personal development.
I came away with a good working knowledge of the relationship between the National Standards for Driving (and riding) and the ADI Standards Check.
I also learned a great deal about other methods of training students in preparation for all types of driving associated tests.
The trainers (Susan and Graham) were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They listened to the candidates, and worked to fufil their individual goals over the two days.
I am very glad I attended.
I have recently completed the BTEC Level 4 and wanted to share my experience. I was unsure where in the industry I could turn to further develop my coaching skills. This course has provided me with the tools I needed to ensure my personal development continues with a clear focus on client centred learning. The support provided by Susan and Graham during the course and their enthusiastic approach to coaching ensured learning took place effectively. I now intend to continue to develop the skills I have learnt and then next year decide on my next challenge to continue with my professional development. I would recommend Tri Coaching Partnership to anyone considering further professional development.
I have been an ADI for some. When I met Graham at a conference, due to good results and an abundance of clients I had convinced myself that I was a great instructor. Which I was – An instructor. That been said, through all the training I had done up to that point not one of my trainers had used the word coaching! A very disappointing standards check test shortly after that resulted in a huge crisis in confidence and a confusion about what I thought my job was and what the reality and modern expectations were. I booked some training with Tri-coaching and decided to re-educate myself. After much self-reflection and numerous action plans facilitated by that training session the next Standards Check result was a perfect 51. All this did though was make me realise that I was very far from the instructor I needed and wanted to be. Thereafter, I decided to try and improve myself and so did the train the trainer course with Susan and Graham. It was a great course in terms of my professional development – but the added bonus was that I started realising the potential for my business and the increased income I could generate by being able to assist others in the industry. Now very motivated I decided to undertake the Btec4 – coaching for driving instruction. What an awesome course delivered by the most gifted trainers I’ve ever been taught by. I can honestly say that I have never learned more on a single course. And I have done and delivered numerous in my previous career in the food industry. My understanding of coaching is now so entrenched that I don’t really know how to train drivers of any level without the coaching skills I have developed. I have recently completed my Btec4 course, but the beauty of it is that by the time you are done, the development that started at the beginning of the course has really started to show results, and once that happens it motivates one to do more. By the end of the course I was changed as a trainer forever. Where am I now? My business is going really well, and I am starting to focus more and more on delivering CPD training for other ADI’s and PDI’s. Not only has my earning potential increased dramatically, but I am having the most rewarding time at any point in my adult working career. My association with Tri-coaching is invaluable to me. They are the best placed company in the UK to help make you the best product you can possibly be, and their experience of the business side of the industry then helps you to sell that great product. You could have a job, or you could have a career with infinite personal and financial rewards. The only thing you need to achieve this is to use the services that are so readily available with this amazing company – Tri-Coaching Partnership.
Last week I attended the Train The Trainer course in Maidstone and it was fantastic. The entire Tri-Coaching team are amazing and they have opened my mind to a new way of coaching. The knowledge and support they offer is wonderful and I cannot thank them enough. Very highly recommend Tri-Coaching Partnership.
I completed the Tri-Coaching, Train the Trainer back in Sept 2018. A fantastic course, with invaluable knowledge from 2 lovely ladies, Susan and Di! It really gave me new found enthusiasm, not only for training with PDIs but working with fellow ADIs in my team and my learners alike. It inspired me so much I signed up for the BTEC4 too and I'm enjoying that just as much! The support you get after the course is second to none! Fab Team! well worth the investment....if you can't invest in yourself...who can you invest in?
I did a TtT course just over a year ago. Although I have been Ordit registered for over ten years and training ADIs for nearer 20, the course gave me a new enthusiasm and much improved level of knowledge than before. Give the Tr-Coaching Partnership courses a try - you won’t be disappointed!
