Isaias just left after replacing both springs on my garage door. It was a same day repair (my cars were trapped in the garage). Isaias was a super professional; I was in excellent hands! One spring broke and he recommended replacing both to avoid the other one breaking. He did some preventative maintenance work on the door, door track, and my garage door opener. Everything was done at a great price. Note: Family Prestige installed my garage door opener in 2018. They are great outfit to work with. I highly recommend them.

Family Prestige not only offered me affordable pricing for the installation of my garage doors and garage door openers, they also provided excellent service. Isaias, the installer was prompt, courteous and professional. Isaias indicated how long the job would take and he finished it within that timeframe. The quality of his work was outstanding and he left my garage in pristine condition. Isaias also did an excellent job walking me through and setting up how to use the garage doors and its accessories. I highly recommend Family Prestige for any garage door installation services or repairs.

Jose installed a 2-car Clopay door with Liftmaster door opener in 2005. I called him in October 2021 to replace one of the broken door springs. He came in 2 days and replaced 2 door springs, lubricated all of the rollers, and hinges and tightened every bolt of the garage door and greased the Liftmaster track ... ALL in 40 minutes! Outstanding, Professional work!! I recommend Family Prestige Doors to install and service all garage door installations.

I have had a problem with my garage door which made it impossible to open or close and was causing other damage to the door segments. I contacted Luis via Facebook and he responded within an hour, he was also able to come to me same day which is rare in itself. He did not try to upsell me or sell me a new door when I didn't need it. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and once we discussed what was involved went right to work and had the door fixed better than when I first moved in, all in just over an hour. Very fair pricing, respectful and a nice person to talk to as well. If you need garage door repair or installation, don't bother chasing the hit and miss guys, this family run business is all you need. I'm glad I found them when I did.

Found Family Prestige Doors Nov. 2013 via Angie's list when Jose removed/replaced original garage door (house built in 1940) Over the years, he has consistently provided excellent tune up servicing (replace rollers, springs, backup battery) responding quickly to appts and on the day of servicing, he has always updated me of any delays. I highly recommend this company for its line of high quality products but most of, Jose has a pleasant personality, is respectful of my property, reliable and honest.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - HIGHLY RECOMMEND - I asked Jose to install a brand new Chamberlain® Next-Gen Wi-Fi® Garage Door Opener. He is a very honest businessman and a real pleasure to deal with. He turned up on time. Installed in the time he said it would take. He offered to service the existing door and its rollers etc which it turns out was badly needed, and in the end left me with a door that is whisper quiet. I had no idea how much quieter it would be. Jose had all the parts he needed and even ran an extension chord and completely cleaned up - leaving what felt like a brand new garage. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jose.

I am very pleased withthe entire process for the installation of a new garage door and system in my home. My odd-sized garage door was quickly assessed by the tech and the installed door is a perfect fit. The installation techs were on time and efficient. They installed the new door and system, educated me on the operation, and cleaned up all traces of my old door and the work they'd accomplished in a matter of hours.

AMAZING JOB !!! was referred by my longtime friend, Thomas Alderman called Jose he came over was on-time explained repair vs new I immediately was impressed with his knowledge and his up front honest approach. I ordered a new door he texted me at 10:00 PM said his installer could be here 12:00 - 1:00 tomorrow I was shocked !!!
