Alyson was a pleasure to work with. She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Alyson was very knowledgeable on the house we purchased, she came prepared to the showing, and was ready with questions for the selling realtor. Our home has solar panels, a well and a radon remediation system, all of which she was well versed on and provided us reading material to help us understand what we were purchasing. Working with Alyson was an amazing experience for my wife and I. She worked hard to prepare us to list our house, spent a considerable amount of time walking us through the best way to show the house, what to remove, what to fix/paint, and in general, prepare us to list and show our house. Our house was listed and we accepted an offer 2 days later, prior to the open house. The photography that was used for our listing was excellent and helped show off the details of our house and generate a lot of interest pre open house. Where do I begin? We recently found Alyson through Ed Collins over at Province Mortgage. We had asked for their best realtor they had to offer and someone they trusted whole heartedly. Alyson was referred to us shortly after and we were not disappointed.
Alyson showed up for our first consultation and was beyond prepared. We signed with her immediately needless to say we were not disappointed. Alyson was responsive, professional and was beyond attentive. She had professional photos taken, staged our house and made a floor plan. All at her expense! She listed the house and we had two offers at full asking within two days.
