Zack Turnage was our inspector, and he and the company provided a thorough inspection and resources like a detailed report with photos and an explanation of each issue as well as recommended dates for repairs. They can also run the serial numbers on and provide warranties for certain appliances in the home. Even after the inspection is completed and the report is sent, they help maintain your investment with the Homebinder feature that tracks and reminds you of needed repairs.

I am a realtor and highly recommend 360 Home Inspections. They do an excellent job inspecting properties for my buyers, are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! I work with a lot of first time home buyers who typically have a number of questions and James is always happy to chat through that! The home inspector did a fantastic job. He was extremely through from finding missing flashing and soft sheathing to subsidence around the slab. All electric, mechanical, and plumbing system in the townhouse were inspected identifying leaks, multiple electrical and plumbing issues along with organic specimens growing in several areas. His identification of sever rain damage on the wood siding would cost several thousand dollars to replace plus several more to fix and repair the AC/Heating systems. His analysis helped us decide not to purchase the home.

It’s now been 4 months since I’ve last heard from the owner. Does not honor any type of warranty promoted. Will not return calls or texts.

My response to owner:

You specifically told me you’d rather not go through the “claims” trouble of submitting a claim for my repair. “It’s easier for me to just handle it on my own” was your exact response to me. Instructed me to get with the business you lined up for repairs, which I did so. Said business has not heard from you since they sent you an invoice for payment. They have yet to start repairs because we have not received confirmation on payment from your business. It has been since April 6th, 2019 that you had said you “will take care of it”.

As an agent that serves clients both on the Southshore and the Northshore, I am very picky about the inspection companies I use. One time , a year ago, I was in a pinch because the inspection company I used all of the time was solidly booked! An agent told me about 360 Home Inspection. I highly recommend this company. The thoroughness of James inspection saved me from making a costly mistake. He was knowledgeable, professional, and willing to answer questions and explain his findings as he uncovered them. He found several minor issues such as insufficient shielding around the dishwasher and a number of major issues including significant amounts of mold, electrical problems, and drainage issues, and a roof leak. All defects were “hidden” in a house that was cosmetically perfect. If not for his attention to detail, I would have been saddled with a money pit. In addition to the verbal report I was given on site, within a few days, I received an extensive written report that detailed his findings.
My daughter also used him to inspect her home and was able to go through with her purchase with the knowledge that it was a safe investment. A home warranty was given along with the inspection, which gives the confidence that James stands by his work.
