Bumper bolted up perfect. Paint matched very close to GM Jetstream Blue (WA512Q). Only small complaint is there were 2 tiny bubbles near the intake scoop, and towards the top of the bumper, along the edge, the paint was spotty. Overall, these are very minor details that you have to see fairly close in order to tell. Still, for the price especially, it came out fantastic. Communication within the company was great, and I would have no problem ordering again from Painted OEM Parts and reccomending them to friends/family.

I ordered a bumper cover for a C7 corvette painted Admiral Blue, bumper arrived by truck in a huge box in almost perfect condition, the bumper was on its nose when it arrived causing a transfer from the bubble wrap to the paint, I'm pretty confident that it will buff out,other than that it was printed perfectly with exact match, looks beautiful, I think the bumper needs to be secured a little better in the box also the box could have been a lot smaller, very pleased with the results (if the transfer buffs out)... If I could rate this even higher, I would. This helped to save me hundreds of dollars. Ordering was super simple; delivery was timely; and the product was a perfect match to replace my cracked mirror cover. Had I taken my vehicle to a body shop or the dealership, I'd have paid a minimum of $400 for something that took less than 3 minutes from start to finish. This part, a quick 3 minute YouTube tutorial, and a $7 plastic tool set, and my car looks brand new.
The parts look great! Needed to purchase so I could replace my factory bumper that was starting to rust. For the price I couldn't be happier. I have yet to install them until I can get a rustproofing installed on the back, so that these will stay in the excellent condition that they're in.

After a little research it seems like buying all the parts and the paint (at least in my case) needed to do this yourself is almost the cost at which these professionals charge and you don't have to do the painting yourself... big plus in my opinion. Painted OEM Parts also has great customer service from my first order. I needed a hitch cover painted to match for my white Dodge Durango. MOPAR wasn't particularly helpful. My dealer was likewise not helpful as it would take several weeks or months for them to get the MOPAR part (ready to be painted) and then paint it to match. This company saved me months of looking at an eye sore and was *significantly* cheaper than what the dealer would have charged me. I could have bought 3 at what they were going to charge me. It was so easy to order! Part came just as described in the exact factory color as the one that was damaged. Would recommend this company to anyone needing quality OEM direct fit parts painted to factory specs.

Bumper came in a short period of time after I ordered. Paint matched perfectly and was of professional quality. Due to number of sensors and lights incorporated into bumper it took about 5 hours to remove the old bumper, swap out, and reinstall on the truck. I’m sure this would have been a $3k job at the body shop. I got it done for 1/3 of that. Very pleased with the result.

This is one of the best online parts companies I have ever done business with. I ordered my part and from the same day I received an email asking how I wanted my paint to be matched since it was a special color. They kept in contact with me throughout the whole process of painting and shipping and it was wonderful. When the part arrived and I finally installed it, the paint color was an absolute perfect match and it looked exactly like my car had come straight out of the factory painting room. Received the hitch cover and the paint was perfect, but when we went to install it we realized it didn’t come with all the hardware to install it. When I ordered the cover, I wasn’t informed that I needed any hardware to install the cover, I figured it came with the cover. Now my husband has to order the hardware, top mount bracket and hardware to be able to install it for the first time. Good kudos for the paint color, bad kudos for not informing customers of hardware needed to install the cover, it should be a package deal or at least inform the customer that hardware is needed to install... I'm sorry for any confusion, but I'm not sure why it would have been assumed it came with the whole installation kit since it states just the painted hitch cover. Most of our customers ordering this part are replacing a damaged one already installed so they do not need the whole installation kit just the cover and the two retainers which we include. Came in and matched perfectly. The only difference between the stock part and this part was two little insert tabs that went into the bumper. The 4 other tabs at the top were present and are sufficient enough. Other than that, paint and part matched identically.

It is not often I take the time to write a review. However, I am incredibly pleased with the customer service from Sean. I ordered a hitch cover for a Dodge Durango in white. When it arrived it was a little off from my bumper trim. I asked Sean if they would color match if I sent it back and sent my original OEM cover. They agreed with no questions asked. They had the part for a couple of weeks because they could not get a good recipe to match my part perfectly. Sean did not want to send it back until it was a good match. I received the cover today and it is perfect. I could not be more pleased. I know that they probably lost money on me and spent a lot of time making the color just right. I don't blame them...this was likely a Dodge variation as they are not known for outstanding paint quality control. You don't find this level of customer service any more. I would not hesitate buying anything from them in the future. Outstanding work and outstanding customer support!!!

I damaged my 2015 Ram 1500 tailgate and, after reading many positive reviews, decided to try OEM Painted Parts. Customer service was great. I phoned them since I didn’t see an OEM tailgate listed on their site. The person I spoke with (and it’s great to have an actual and responsive human on the other end) said they certainly do carry the OEM part and actually added the part to the website while I was on the phone. The price was very competitive. So I ordered the tailgate in my truck’s color of granite crystal metallic. I was concerned that the color would not match or it would be damaged in shipment. However, when I received the tailgate, the color match was perfect. It arrived with no damage and was packaged very well. I installed the tailgate and it looks perfect. The quality of their paint and ability to match the factory paint is absolutely great. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

I needed to return a part because the paint scheme on my truck (Stealth Edition) was different than a standard black Expedition. I called to discuss it and the office wasn’t open yet (different time zone) so I didn’t leave a voice mail. Figured I would just call back later. Sean saw that I had called and not left a message and called me two minutes after the office opened. We discussed the changes needed and he sent me a prepaid return address via email literally while we were on the phone. THIS SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FAR TO RARE IN TODAY’S WORLD! Could not be happier up to this point. I mailed the part back two days ago and obviously haven’t received the replacement. Will leave a follow up review if necessary after receiving the part, but the way things have gone up to this point, I suspect my opinion will be all thumbs up!

This is the second bumper that I have ordered from painted OEM parts. The paint color was blizzard pearl and matched nicely. The packaging was in good shape when it arrived however there are two sharp corners on the bumper where the paint chipped off. The sharp corners need more protection when packaging for shipping. The chipped paint is hardly noticeable after I installed the bumper. If it were not for the small chipped paint areas then this rating would be 5 stars. Overall I am satisfied and will order another bumper from them. Just waiting for my wife to damage it again. LOL... Somehow lost a tow hook cover on the freeway after a month of owning my brand new car. Received the cover not too long ago and it looks great. I was half-way expecting some rattle can job or something lol.
Overall, super happy and will def come back for any other parts i may end up needing.
The fact that they come PAINTED is freaking awesome. Happy to pay a little extra for my own time saved having to go find someone to paint it, provide them with a sample of my current paint so they can match, etc etc.

Part looks great, I was skeptical about ordering parts painted prior to being installed via the internet. But the part arrived color matches perfectly. Took a lil longer than I was lead to believe. But that's ok you can't rush paint and I'm glad they didn't. I will add that it would have been nice when ordering the part perhaps an algorithm that reads what your ordering and suggests the seals and weatherstripping or maybe something like crappy tabs that GM uses to hold the body parts on . If you have ever taken a bumper off you know what I'm talking about.the clips break or bend and the parts don't set right. But as far as my part I ordered it was good. The shipping company not very good my box arrived and all the time someone took to ensure it was safe was blown out by the fork stab in the box . It missed my part luckily but yeah someone stabbed the box with the forks. I checked it before I took delivery to make sure. I will use this site again.and will recommend to anyone who needs OEM body parts painted to match

Honest, real review: I bought this bumper frankly because it was easy to do online. I may have been able to get a better deal elsewhere. But this was easy to plug and play. I received my bumper which was somehow unarmed but it was in a supremely flimsy box with no tape on it and bad bubble wrap. But altogether, it came in one piece and appeared undamaged. The paint matches almost if not perfectly which is cool and there is no orange peel. But the paint coats on this bumper were VERY thin. It seems to want to peel paint off while the OEM bumper seemed like the paint wanted to crack. I have it on there now, but again the paint is fairly thin and does scratch easily. But it looks much better than a dented bumper and you can do it yourself like I did and save some cash there... Good morning David, Thank you for your honest review! To touch on a few things... we ship many bumpers per week that arrive unharmed (as did yours), but you had a problem with the packaging? What do you mean the paint is 'thin' and 'wanting to peel off'? All our parts are painted to meet if not exceed the factory paint job. Sean and the people at Painted OEM Parts have restored my faith some. I ordered through them and the process was smooth and responsive. They got the order right out and they were pleasant and friendly. These days, I am on the alert for fraud and trickery, but it was straight forward. Then, when we received the order there was a mix-up and the part was the wrong part. I called and Sean acknowledged the problem and gave me choices to fix the issue. We received the new part and all was good. I'm sure that overall, they lost money on the part, but Sean was gracious and unconcerned and told me they would make it right. Got my tow hook cover for my 2016 CT200h F Sport from paintedoemparts.com, came painted in the correct color, correct side. The back side of the cover indicated the correct part number…but no Toyota designation. I don’t think it was a genuine cover. So “like” OEM. But when it comes to a tow hook cover, does it really matter? As long as it is painted correctly, fits like it is supposed to, and lasts years of washing and sun torture it should be fine... The rear bumper end cap (true OEM part) for my Tacoma was received before the advertised processing time and the paint matches (cement) excellent. One improvement would be to slightly overlap paint on the backside of the cap similar to the factory paint process. I think this could help protect the integrity of the paint and adds a cleaner look to the “OCD” eye once installed.

My 2011 Volkswagen TDI Sportwagen was purchased rebuilt, and although otherwise perfect, it didn’t have a tow hook cover on the rear bumper. When I couldn’t find one ‘used’ I compromised by buying the tow hook itself, screwing its in, and driving around like that. SO glad I found Painted OEM Parts while continuing to search. Always send them the Paint Code, in case like my VW, there are two similar colors (Tornado Red & Salsa Red) and using the code made sure I got the right shade.
Plug and Play, the part just snapped in and looks original right out of the pkg.

The Tundra front bumper end caps arrived in a timely manner and the finish is flawless. Keep in mind that the parts are painted after they are ordered, so they will need to cure before being shipped. The parts were well packaged to prevent shipping damage and the parts were coated in baby powder or something similar to prevent scratches and the like. The powder washed off easily with lukewarm water.
Color match is good, in my case it is the Toyota cement color. Being OEM parts, the fit is correct as expected.
Perhaps the best aspect of my purchasing experience with this company was the customer service. I contacted them several times before and after I bought the parts and they were very quick and knowledgeable in their responses. I had tried to get these parts through a couple Toyota dealership parts places and they would only ship me unpainted VIN specific parts. And good luck figuring out what parts you need through a Toyota parts website. Even better luck getting them painted correctly on your own.
