I recommend this company. My septic system reached the end of it’s life abruptly. They quickly diagnosed the problem, pumped the tank, found the failure with the drain field, and advised me not to spend any more on repairs. During the days they were working on my issues, I felt well informed as to what the costs were going to be and why. Communication from the office / dispatch was timely. I never had to guess when or if someone was coming. I worked with about 5 different guys over the course of this incident and every one of them was competent and professional.

Do NOT use A+. I chose them to pump my septic tank in April because their price was so low. There is a reason for that. After pumping, they told me that a part on my tank had failed. They also "treated" my drain field by dumping in a container of Bio Clean. They charged $150 bucks for this. Bio Clean is $50 on Amazon. They charged me over $500 to install an effluent filter. When my tank started backing up, I discovered that when they backfilled, they crushed the main outflow line.
When I had a heat pump installed last summer, I contacted A+ for a bid. A guy came out and talked to me for a while. Weeks went by. I called three times before they gave me a two-line bid. They never followed up. Skip A+. The free roses are not worth it.

I called A+ Services after I called another company to come out at look at my furnace. I called them on New Year’s Eve, and they were able to schedule my call that day. I had no heat and it was cold. I could not get the furnace to turn on, it would not light and was blowing cold air. I had bought another thermostat thinking that was the problem and it was not. Nick and Joe showed up around 9am and looked at our furnace. They informed us that the thermostat was working properly but that the circuit board on the furnace needed replaced. They called in TRANE to get the part, but it was going to take 2 weeks to get the part here from the factory. Joe and Nick from A+ gave us an estimate to replace the furnace, thermostat, filter box, base can and some duct work for $3600.00 or they highly recommended a new furnace heat pump and air conditioning hybrid system designed for Western Washington. They gave us a few different options with different brands. Amana and Goodman are the 2 that I remember. We decided to do the Goodman 16 SEER heat pump system paired with a new furnace, new interior coil, new thermostat and new filter box. The warranty was 10 years. The cost was $7500.00, and they gave us some space heaters to use until they could start the project the day after New Year’s Day. We had received multiple estimates for a heat pump and central air conditioning from other contractors for similar equipment. Those prices were thousands of dollars more expensive, most of them in the $10,000 to $14,000 range. The other brands I had quoted were Carrier, Lennox, Trane and American Standard. They also gave me a free system servicing just for writing this review. They also sent me a copy of my equipment’s warranty in the mail. I look forward to having A+ back in the summer to inspect my equipment in the summer for free.

Just as Snowmagedon 2019 hit, my furnace broke. I called A+ Services first thing in the morning and Nick came out the same day. After a throughout, and friendly, consultation, we realized the furnace had gone out and we had no heat and the heat pump was broken as well. It was great to have someone come out right away given how busy they were with the record snowfall!!

We ended up purchasing a new furnace and heat pump. I did not feel as if I was "uphold" by Nick or that he made up my equipment being broken. We knew it was failing, and it chose to go out during the coldest days of the winter. Joe and Shane came out the following week and installed them. Everyone at A+ Services were friendly and beyond professional.

We have used A+ in the past for our air conditioning and heat pump and received great service then as well. They are definitely our "go to" company now!! Thank you guys so much!!

We had Jason come by for a consultation and camera inspection of our septic piping, and when we discovered major breaks and poor drainage, Jason took care of the problem quickly and carefully. He and his son replaced the old piping with new, superior materials, secured them to the tank thoroughly, and even installed risers to facilitate future maintenance and cleaning. It's a great relief to know that our system is in much better shape now, and we really appreciate the speedy, professional job they did.

The guys came on time, found our electrical problem quickly, and the repair was also quick and clean with no damage from bumped walls or furniture. They were both very friendly with all of us, including a special-needs child who was grumpy about having lost power in the middle of a video game, and an initially nervous dog who ultimately came to love them as much as we did. They were great, and we would certainly use their services again.

A Plus came out a few years ago and replaced my pump, electrical, floats, pipes, pretty much the entire pump/float system. So I was a little surprised when our septic alarm started going off a few days ago. I called and explained what was going on and scheduled for them to come out. Justin and Lae (Frank) came out and got everything taken care of relatively quickly. The pump was fried and was a bad pump so they replaced it free of charge (covered under warranty). Justin did a great job explaining the system to me, what was wrong and what they did to fix it. These guys are honest, friendly and all around good to work with.

Chris and Gage were prompt, and polite. They encouraged me to buy drain field treatment and risers for the tank entrance. I bought the treatment but not the riser. This may have been an error on my part because immediately afterwards the system stopped working properly. Upon closer inspection I found that the tank entrance was badly blocked. They told me it was flowing freely before they left but, I wish I had checked it myself before I covered it. I will be wiser next time and hopefully this will help you avoid a similar issue.

Amazing experience from start to finish! I had a plumbing emergency, over a holiday no less, and they not only answered when no one else would but they came out quickly to diagnose the issue. The gentlemen that came to my house were professional, courtious, and honest. They worked quickly and got the water up and running in no time. It was almost half the cost I would have expected and they even cleaned up the floor were they had walked in. I was thrilled with the repair and I will be keeping their number saved in my phone for future service!

Amazing, fast service - highly recommended!

I had one plumbing service come out for my Home Warranty, take a look at my leaking toilet pipe (into a bucket, mind you!) and tell me they couldn't determine where the leak was coming from and needed more money to find out. I sent them away and called A+ and they came out the same day and within 15 minutes, Daniel and Gaige had fixed my leaking toilet and reassembled the float. All with a cheerful attitude, even after working a full day, too! I am SO impressed with them. Excellent knowledge and efficiency.

This is a horrible service, yes they are available 24/7 but they are overpriced and if there is a problem that they overlooked they will charge you again to come out. I had my septic tank pumped on 10/28/18 and 9 days later my septic tank pump alarm was going off. A + said that they would charge me $288 to come and look just for the first 30 minutes. I asked if it was possible that when they came out and did the inspection that maybe they did something to the floats, they said no and would still charge me. I called another company with good reviews and within 5 minutes found what the problem was. The float was sitting at the bottom of my tank and not secured to the pole. Never again A + you get an F -

A+ services is a rare company that stands behind it’s work. We had them replace our well pump a few years ago, and when we had some issues with the pump a year later, they immediately came out and addressed it. Yesterday we arrived home to a leaking water heater (on a Sunday). I called in the afternoon and thought the best we could expect would be an estimate for repair later in the week. To my pleasant surprise, they sent Josh to replace the water heater on Sunday afternoon! The price was fair, and Josh took great care to respect our property—even going so far as to put shoe covers on the wheels of the dolly to protect our wood floors as he rolled out our spent water heater. He was quick, efficient and left our home spotless. This was A++ service like I’ve never seen before!—truly a service oriented company!

Yesterday our septic system started backing up. We called A+ because they had resolved a similar issue for us a few years ago and had also done a repair on my tank (it was cracked). Was able to get an appointment today between 12 and 6. We were thrilled when Chris and Daniel called to see if the could come earlier. They were done in less than hour. Also happy to report that the tank repair they did a few years ago is holding up nicely.

I live in Olympia and had a water leak so I called A+ Services. Even though it wasn’t an emergency they sent a crew out the same day who were able to dig up the leaking spot and repair the water leak really quickly! These guys were there when they said they would be, super polite and I was really impressed with how well they cleaned things up when they were finished! On June 12, 2018, my wife requested this company to pump our auxiliary septic tank. We had used the company’s service previously in the Spring of 2017 to pump our main septic tank. The results was one of mixed feelings because the actions of company’s representatives created in our mind doubt about the integrity of the company.

The company’s representative attempted to tack on hundreds of dollars for dubious services, such as flashing our septic pipes ostensibly to make our septic system function better. I politely declined the offer.

For the June 12, 2018, service call, all we wanted was for the company to pump an auxiliary septic tank that had sounded an alarm. We had not pumped the septic system for several years. The cost of pumping the auxiliary septic tank was only $84.00. Unfortunately, we were inform that our pump was malfunctioning and needed to be repaired, and this ended up costing an additional $288.50, which we grudgingly agreed to.

But that’s not all, my wife was pushed into believing that the company’s bacteria-cleansing/eating agent will prevent grease from forming on the surface layer of the tank. Because I was out of town in Philadelphia on business, my wife called to get my agreement. I asked to speak with the company’s representatives and I told the representative I spoke to that I was not interested.

They company’s representatives went ahead anyway, and pumped its bacteria-eating nonsense into my septic tank and charged an additional $309.00. This additional cost was disclosed to us upon my return from Philadelphia in the $681.39 bill we received from the company.

I called to complain on three separate occasions about the dubious and unfair charge of $309, but the company didn’t return my three calls.

How can a company with integrity answer a service call to pump a septic tank at a cost of only $84.00, end up taking advantage of my wife and saddling us with a bill for $681.39? The disheartening part is I had told the company’s representatives to hold off pumping its bacteria-eating/cleansing agent, but for some reason the company’s representative went ahead anyway.

We are very unhappy about the bait and switch, and hard-selling tactics used by this company, starting with a charge of $84.00, then claiming repairs of $288.50, and ending up adding a bogus bacteria-eating/cleansing service of $309 that I did not approve.

Beware in your dealings with this company as the representatives are very slippery.

I had a hose bid that was stripped and wouldn't shut off. I called about 20 plumbers in the area and all of them said "sorry, we are booked out for three weeks." A+ Services said they could have someone make it out that day. And before noon they were there and had my hose bid swapped out in less than 30 minutes. Its nice to know that this company will always try to get someone to you that day. Like I could let my hose run for three weeks.

The employees at A+ were all outstanding and professional. I had some major septic tank work done recently and their staff were very helpful, courteous, and explained the entire process to me. I especially want to commend Justin and James. They discovered a problem with the piping running from the house to the septic tank and if they would not have discovered it, more serious problems would have come later. These two employees need to be commended for their great work and customer service. The entire company epitomizes they way all businesses should be.

Today Richard & Q came out to pump out our tanks. They were very informative and did only what was needed, ........no surprises! They helped with instructions on how to keep it running smoother and avoid back ups. Also gave me a heads up on future service needs so I can plan for them. I've used A+ many times but made a mistake last time by having a different septic service come out. It cost more than quoted and they were not helpful at all. I definitely recommend A+ and will only use them from now on!

The lady on the phone was great. This was Sunday on a three day weekend and everyone we called before 10am was saying they didn’t know if they could make it. The lady said they had two appointments before us and would definitely get to us. Our sewer was backing up into our basement tub and roto rooter just snaked a little outside and said it was the septic then charged us $220 for nothing. Chris and the other guy came and dislodged the clog, didn’t sell us on pumping, access sleeve to a baffle, but explained to my husband how to do it himself correctly. They only charged $200 and also did a drain field treatment too.

Whenever I need any plumbing or electrical work done on my house, A+ is who I call. Today I had Elmo out to open up my sink drain and give me advice on what I needed to do to change out all the hardware in my bathroom. He found several types online for me to choose from, and took the time to tell me all that I needed to do. He cleaned out my kitchen drain in a snap. I was quite comfortable with Elmo in the house, which is very important to me. He is a nice guy, just doing his job. A+ is full with men and women who are good at their jobs, and the clients are lucky to have them.

My septic system failed after hours. I called my normal plumber who warned me about A+. My plumber said if no one else could come out, only let A+ pump the tank. I give 2 stars because they did get here in about 2 hours. Once the technician was here he told me I needed to agree to an addition $287 to diagnose the problem. I declined and asked him to just pump the tank. He went to the control box and pushed some a button which did engage the pump. This was not the switch that goes from auto to manual, but just a part the bypasses the timer. He said that holding the button to pump to the drain field was a bad idea. He told me that he was the septic repair expert. While he was pumping the tank he kept trying to get me to agree to the $287 fee as he mentioned there was several problems with the system. He said I was likely looking at a $3000 repair. I declined. He said that since I wouldn't agree to the extra charge he would have to report to the county the system was not working. He finished pumping and gave me the bill....almost $700. $199.50 of after hours fees which was acceptable, which left about $400 in pumping fees. The next morning I called the company my normal plumber recommend. He came right out inspected the whole system. Cleaned all the floats, wires, control box. The problem was a fuse in the control box. I had a spare fuse already in the box. There was absolutely nothing else wrong with the system. Total repair cost from the other company....$145, which was just the service call. So glad I didn't agree to pay A+ all the extra money like they wanted.

These guys were the only ones that answered the phone on the Saturday night before the Superbowl. I had trepidation about hiring them, after reading some of these reviews. But they did a great job, and did not charge a penny more than the quote over the phone ($345 for the pump, plus $100 to dig out the two lids). They did try to sell me a cleaning additive for an additional $160, but did not press the issue when I politely declined.

These folks lied to me about needed repairs to fix my problem. I paid them to have the repairs done and 3 days later I had the same problem. I took them to small claims court and won; the judge found in my favor and ordered them to pay me some of my money back. They didn't pay that judgement ordered and I had to find another way to get them to pay. I called the contracts division at WA ST Dept. of Labor and Industries; they contacted A+ and I shortly thereafter I received a call from A+ stating it was an oversight on their behalf not to pay me. They are such corrupt people, I hope no one else gets abused by these folks. They don't deserve the one star I gave them, but the system won't post unless I rate them a one. They are not even worth one star.

A+ is now my new choice for all my future septic needs and issues. A+ came to my rescue and pleased me at every turn. I had an after-hours emergency with my septic tank/system and called three other companies to come out for my emergency at 10:30 on a Sunday night. All three companies said they ‘could get to me the next day’ – that’s not 24x7 service! That was completely unacceptable to me, since I have children in the house and my septic was backing up into the shower and bathtub on my main floor. The third company that didn’t help me, when I asked if they could refer someone else, gave me the phone number for A+. From my first phone conversation with A+, they put my call in top priority status. From that moment on, I was completely 100% satisfied (and thrilled!) with the way they treated me. I received coordination phone calls from their dispatchers and the actual technicians en route, always keeping me posted with arrival times and status. When the first crew came out Sunday night, they were awesome (Chris). When Chris and Fidel returned the next morning (Monday), they were awesome again. And the follow-up assessment and service visits on Monday & Tuesday (Jason T. and Derek) were excellent. All A+ technicians that came to my home were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. My system failure is resolved, my system is running in top notch condition now, Jason had the needed small parts to fix my control panel, and spent time on the phone troubleshooting with the panel manufacturer while on site. I've been having issues with my septic system for years, where Flohawk serviced the issues, but without fixing them. I had A+ out yesterday when my system backed up into the house again. They initially sent Jared out, and this guy was a superstar! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took great pride in his work.
Due to the issues I was having Jared recomended we install two new risers to access and fix the intake and output. Joe responded with an excavator and again he was an expert of his craft. More importantly, shared his knowledge with me and how best to maintain my system.
Unfortunately, my issues were so severe, it required them to come back today. They did get it going so that we could use water, which was a big deal in that we did not have the ability to shower, etc.
They fixed my problem today and while it sucked that I had to pay some money at this time of year, I am very pleased with their work and the value for the effort they put in. I joined their honor roll, solely because of the professionalism these guys put into my system. More imortantly, I finally feel at ease with my system now that I can access and maintain it.
I usually don't give reviews, positive or negative, but these guys were great and I will be a customer for all the services they provide if I need them.
Jared was every where, and worked his tail off in the rain and mess. Kept a great attitude and I admire their dedication to service. I am a supervisor in an industry that provides service, and I would be proud if they worked for me.

A+ in a scam .. My foreman dug up his covers for them to pump his tank the guy got there pumped his tank then left. A couple days later he gets a call from the health department saying his tank was red flagged for raw sewage coming out of his tank ... So he had to pay you cons 300 $ for your guy to come back out lift the lid and say Oh that looks beautiful ! You guys should be ashamed of how you run this company ! You will never see business from him or any of my family ever again !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ! FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME !

We have used this companies services a couple of times and every time we have had to repair their work. The last time they did work at our house they charged $500, didn’t complete the job and had to return and charged us over $1100. And we still called another company to fix. They also offered to replace our sump pump for about a $1000 when you can buy the pumps for about $150. Too much cost for what you get.

In March 2017, I had A Plus install two heat pumps (services approx 1500 sq ft house). Their estimate was on the lower end of 5 bids: each company recommended a different configuration (each with different inefficiencies, manufacturers, warranties & cost). A Plus' recommendation clearly made the most sense.

They did have to come back after the installation to address a couple of the county's concerns, but the bottom line is they did what they said they'd do. After about 6 months, I'm very happy with the system and I'd recommend Shane & his crew (Dustin, Kyle and Tyler) to anyone that's looking to install a heat pump.

I've used this company on 3 occasions and every time they give me the pipe. I must just like the pipe but this is the last time. Scheduled an appointment which they are courteous and will get you in. I was quoted one price and then got hit with a different price which was a lot more when they were done which they claimed was due to additional pumping which is mandatory. If you know the additional pumping is necessary why not include that in the quote? So they're done an mention a cracked septic cover they could replace for over $200, mind you the septic cover cracked because of the screws that were used and they reported the cover to the city who came out and made me replace it as part of the closing inspection. I went on vacation and came back and the septic alarm would go off but when I called they said it would be $200+ for someone to come out since it was close to a month since they were there. (Piping # 1 was $500 for snaking a drain which took about 15 mins, Piping # 2 $300 to replace a shower arm and honorary piping was their honor roll program which is completely worthless). I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have been a customer since 2005ish roughly. I made the awful mistake once and sought out a different company and quickly realized my error and called them to fix what the other company did and have never turned back.
From the beginning this company has been nothing but professional, honest and upfront. I had a septic issue they resolved and now they have hvac and I could not be happier. They just left my house and inspected my furnace for the sale of my house and again topnotch service. I will miss their service as I am moving across the country. However my family that remains behind will only be referred to them for hvac/plumbing and septic! Thank you A+ for everything!!!!!!

I HIGHLY recommend A+ Services to anyone! Our furnace stopped working on a weekday evening and their servicemen were out to our house the very next morning for repairs. Their employees were prompt, thorough, very polite. They also did a great job of explaining all of the work that was done and showing me tips for maintenance. When you have a plumbing emergency on the weekend, it’s a given that plumbers will charge a premium. In this case, it was almost 2-times market rates of $135/hr: a $700+ “flat-rate” for less than 3-hrs.

Unlike my regular plumber, there was no respect for our home. The plumber carried no “booties” to protect our floors from his filthy work boots and the bathroom was left with sewage spray all over the walls (where the router was being used). Apparently, the “flat-rate” includes no clean-up

Additionally, the plumber left damaged to our front door sill and a hole in the sewage pipe in our back yard. In the end A+ satisfactorily eventually addressed all these issues and I give them credit for that (even though it took multiple phone calls to get A+ to deliver on their promise).
If you absolutely need plumbing on the weekend you may need to call A+ but beware of the “up-sell”. The plumber offered 2 other services ranging from $1,800-3,000.

We declined and later discovered that these service were absolutely unnecessary. Further, my plumber estimated that (at his standard hourly rate) the $1,800 job could be done for a little over $600.

Called this morning to have them out. They said it wouldn't be until 6pm. Called them at 6:30pm after no call from them. They said they had notes that they called and left messages around 4pm. I didn't have any voicemails (I checked before calling them). When I asked why they supposedly called at 4 when they told me 6, they said it was a window from 12-6! That would've been nice to know from the beginning when I made the appt!!!! And 12-6?! A 6 hour window?! Rediculous!

This is the first review I have ever submitted. But today I got taken to the cleaners by this company and think I should share my experience.

My motion lights were not working for a couple of days. I had an A+ magnet on the frig. I thought I used them before (NO WAY). I called and they showed up. After telling them the problem. They discovered my motion light SWITCH WAS TURNED OF. It took them less than 30 min. to figure this out. They still charged 3x more than the job required. I think they trouble shot _ _ _ backward. They should of checked to see if there was power to the detector/light outside the house. . Instead they climbed into the crawl space and figured out, yep there are wires up there.

I tried to reason with them about their charge. They refused to change it.
I went online and saw their rating @ 2.5, after paying them. I called. and spoke to Stephanie about reimbursing some of my money @ least 1/3 of my money. She said she will have someone call me. NO ONE HAS CALLED YET. I think this company is unethical and I would never call them again, ever.

The only reason they get the amount of business they do is because they actually answer the phone and show up unlike most businesses around here. So, I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because they show up, which is at least something.
With that said you will pay 10X more for their services than most any where else. Their prices come out of a book and they are set in stone. They are the most price gouging business I have seen in this area, and maybe ever.
If you use them you WILL pay through the nose for it.

I recently had to have the homeowner of a rental property I occupy contact this business; they would not deal with me because I was not the homeowner, understandable...right. I was trying to find a solution to a problem I was having, I had bought a 1500 W Infrared heater due to the fact that I would not use the furnace without the heat pump.
First, my wife was told they would call when a tech was in route and instead we were greeted late by a "electrician" complaining it was hard to find because the light was not on. We explained the problem and how when we moved the heater, it tripped left side or right side of house. The tech said I was causing my own problem.(I thought I had already explained that to him.) He asked if I had tried the bathroom outlet. (I thought that was on one of the sides of the house.) He again repeated to me when I told him again I lose one side or the other, that I was causing my own problem. (I was unaware I was giving any impression of being hearing impaired.) I even asked if it could be older breakers or if there was a circuit I wouldn't trip. ( I can't be quite sure if he heard me because he was looking around my house, complimenting me on my fish.)
He then asked me to show him where the Panel was and I began leading him through my garage. He again restated how I was causing my own problem; I turned to him and as politely as possible told him he could leave my home. As I was walking him to the door I asked, "So exactly who is going to get charged for you coming here telling me I cause my own problems." He said that he would not be charging anyone.
Well, he was speaking truth, he did not, A+ did. When we called and explained to A+ what had happened, after the homeowner was called and charged $40.00. This business is uncooperative, has a complete lack of customer service (only based on the three people I have dealt with there, in all fairness they may have competent people working there) and in my opinion has no idea what it takes to be in the service industries.
I was looking to pay to solve a problem I already knew I had, not be told I was the problem. Well I will just take my problems to people willing to handle my crap.

Oct 2010 A+ Services was called to repair water leak between my water meter and home. It was a fountain in the middle of my yard so I was desperate and called A+ Services since they were close by my home. I was looking for quick service and wasn't as concerned about cost at the time. When repair was complete I was charged $1100. Wasn't at all happy about that price tag, but leak was fixed so I moved on, thankful crisis was over. Fast forward to present, Oct 2014. I have another water leak between my water meter and home. Called A+ Services about warranty and they said that only lasts for 1 year. They scheduled me for 12-6pm appointment slot the following day. After waiting at home all day for technician to arrive, they finally arrived at 5:30pm and wanted to do the work the next day. When I asked to them to quote the work, he asked me how much they charged last time...I said $1100. The technician said that sounded about right. He also mentioned things like "Lacey city water is so corrosive these days with all the additives" as possible reason for repeat leak. After hearing outrageous price and BS about corrosive city water (that I drink every day), and fact he wasn't even ready to provide a repair, I told him no thanks. He then proceeded to tell me no one could do it for less and he could waive the call response for me this one time. Still no thanks. Called a local Olympia plumber to perform the repairs. 2 hours later, water leak was repaired for roughly $300 parts and labor. Not only that, but there was serious concerns about A+ Service workmanship on Oct 2010 repair. The cause of my current leak was brass fitting failure from previous repair. The entire fitting had cracked down the side. When Olympia plumber took it apart he pointed out that there was way too much teflon tape applied (6-7x wraps around the pipe), which was too tight on a brass fitting and why it eventually cracked under constant strain. So not only was previous service nearly 4x more costly, but repair was shoddy. I don't know if they did it on purpose (create repeat business) or just didn't know what they were doing (I didn't check each persons' license...I assumed all were licensed from A+ Services). I hope others can learn from my experience and stay the heck away from A+ Services.

They wanted $1600 to replace a 5 foot long sewer pipe that had collapsed on my rental house...a foot underground.
Called another guy that did it for $300 in 2 hours.
Pretty amazing. Not sure how they stay in business that way? Guess you can fool some of the people in Thurston County some of the time.
After reading the other reviews, anyone can see they are way overpricing their services.

What a joke of a company. If you look up the definition of "shyster" in the dictionary, I bet you will find their phone number.

First of all...they are one of the only companies in Olympia that will charge you just to come give an estimate. It's probably the only way they can make money because no one is going to hire them at their preposterous rates. Not to mention they give themselves a cushy 6-hour window to show up. I don't know how, but they seemed to have found a way to screw you through every step of the process and still stay in business.

We weren't sure exactly where the outside clean-out access was, so the plumber decided that rather than help us locate it, he would have to remove the toilet and perform the job from inside the house. He seemed nice enough but he was either incompetent/lazy or just wanted to find a way to gouge us for as many labor hours as possible. $833 for a couple hours work!!! We told him to get lost, but still had to fork over $42 for wasting the precious time he took to come over and give us a ridiculous estimate... Unbelievable.

We ended up calling Top Notch Plumbing instead andit was the best decision we ever made. Mike found our outside clean-out access within 20 minutes and had the job completed within an hour. And for only $350 (less than half the price!!!).

Do Olympia a favor and put these guys out of business by calling someone else.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! I will never use them again!! They lie to get your business, then back door sale to get your money. We called almost 15 times to see if the work was even done. We are out of state, with an Olympia rental. It took almost a month to get confirmation the work was done, but only hours to run our credit card. That comparison of 3 prices, they draw up on the chart, is complete BS! They charge us $2000 to do $350 dollars of work, but they had already started before telling us how much it would cost, then showed us outrageous prices to think we were getting a good deal. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!! They are crooks! !

My inquiry with A Plus was that my toilet was completely overflown and no matter how hard I tried it would not go down the pipes... So after hours of trying I finally picked up a phone book and A Plus came over and took care of my troublesome toilet. They were straight up about the price and I used a coupon from their website.

2/6/2013 I called these guys back again and they still have the same amazing service! Thanks once again!
