Dear Veronika, we are writing you , Francois and your team for your fantastic efford on our special day. We love food so naturally the meal had to be integral on our Wedding! Ever since meeting you all on taster day we had total confidence in what you could provide and on the day you definitely delivered. I have never seen food so photogenic but of course it tasted great too. We have had so many of our guests comment on how the food was one of the highlights of the day and they particullary liked the social aspect of sharing platter. We have had so much positive feedback from the lamb to the banana salad and the amazing Grazing table. Thank you to you and your team for taking the stress out of our day. Just wanted to thank you both for an absolutely brilliant hog roast on Saturday night. All of the guests were extremely complimentary and said it was the best they’d ever had, all the way down to the crackling and stuffing – so thank you so much. As for the S’mores – a stroke of genius – really went down well with everybody, not just the children! In fact, everything from the pre-party communication to the final event was brilliant, and I couldn’t have asked for more. Hopefully I will come across you again at a future event, but will definitely recommend you if ever I’m asked for suggestions on where to go for an expert, top notch party caterer. Many thanks again.
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and all the staff for the most amazing food and service Saturday! We were blown away and had so many people comment on how good the food was, it completely exceeded our expectations! The presentation was faultless and it didn't go unnoticed how hard you all worked, collecting bottles, clearing up and making it all run smoothly. The wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing, again we had so many compliments, we couldn't be happier with it all, it was just perfect and made our day! Just wanted to say thank you so much for doing the catering for our wedding this year. We had so many lovely comments about the food, that it was delicious, and so much choice! We loved having the platters in the middle of each table, and people really enjoyed dishing everything out - it was great to see everyone getting involved. The Flame BBQ team catered our wedding this June and I can honestly say they were everything we hoped for. We had the Hog Wedding menu which was absolutely fantastic (the prawn tempura canapé is amazing) and then also the breakfast service the next morning, as many of our guests camped overnight, and that was a godsend. The staff were super friendly and professional the whole time, led by the brilliant Matthew. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was a success and I can't thank them enough (Matthew even went on a booze run for us during the evening without being asked when he worried we might run out of the supplies we'd brought ourselves, what a hero). I'd definitely recommend!
I just had to drop you a review, to tell you how amazing you and the team were on Saturday. From the very start since receiving your quotes, through to the tasting, final planning and the wedding day, it has been utterly fantastic. The food was incredible, amazing quality and so much of it. All of the guests said they had never had such a choice of food at an event and it was something different. The grazing table was just insane too! I have attached some photos just in case you didn’t take any. In addition to the above, Veronika you are a star! My type of woman, gets a job done and done well and took all of the stress away. I honestly could not have asked for more from you and the team. Every little detail was thought of and catered for. Please share this on social media and your website as you guys are the BOMB! What a treat to have a winter hog roast for our wedding. Not one person could find fault with the food. Totally professional from start to finish. The two guys doing the cooking explained everything to everyone, even the vegetarians. The food was stunning. we would definitely use these guys again. A huge thank you too the Flame BBQ team! They catered for over 50 family and friends at my Parents surprise 30th wedding anniversary. The BBQ was fantastic, with a Lamb spit roast, selection of BBQ meats and salads. They also provides a vegetarian option of stuffed butternut squash and vegetarian sausage, which I’m told was delicious! The team were very professional, arriving on time and leaving us with no cleaning to do! We would not hesitate to have them cater for our next event, and would recommend their services to family and friends.
We hired Flame BBQ for a BBQ at our home on the 01/07 and we really didn't know what to expect. Matthew and the team were efficient, quick in setting up and getting down to cooking. All the guests were served promptly and on time. Every single one was raving about food and how tasty everything was. Hog was just delicious and salmon pasta salad was just amazing and my absolute favourite. I would highly recommend the company. Yammy food and loads of it, great service, lovely people, prompt service. I would highly recommend these guys for your Saturday BBQ or a Wedding/Event.

Thank you so much Matt, the hog roast was amazing and ALL of my guests made positive comments on how lovely it was. The fact that you catered for the celiac and vegetarians too made it so stress free. I would recommend Flame BBQ to anyone. Thank you Matt nothing was too much trouble.
I contacted Flame BBQ and had an almost immediate reply from a lovely guy called Matthew. I explained I only wanted a small BBQ and was unsure if they would cater for a such a small wedding party of 50 in my back garden. His reply was of course, no problem... and also encouraged us to attend a tasting day - which we did..and really enjoyed not only the fantastic food but also how welcome everyone made us feel.
The tasting day was amazing and gave us plenty to sample and to choose from...so much so I wish we could have had it all it was soooo good.
Our Wedding day went perfectly - and complimented beautifully by the courteous service and extremely delicious food that Flame supplied - We couldn't have wished for better!!!
Every single guest commented on the best wedding day and the perfect food on offer..and such nice people too! Best BBQ food they had ever had!! (and the amazing desserts!)
