Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service

Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service. Nothing is too much trouble. Had a few teething problems (user error) with my new foil machine. Jeff was an absolute star helping through Instagram. That was then followed up by Paige via email. This company seriously have customer service down to a T..and put us first.. I for one for wholeheartedly recommended to anyone thinking of a purchase, go for it...you won't be disappointed.

The after care has been great too ..

After doing a lot of research, I finally took the plunge and ordered the Foilcraft Junior to take my business to the next level and be able to personalise pencils. Creative Printers of London made the process so much easier by creating a bundle where everything I needed was included in one package, instead of having to piece it all together (which was quite overwhelming when I was starting out my search). The delivery was quick, and from opening the package to watching the training video I felt totally supported in my new purchase. The after care has been great too and I will be ordering again as my business grows - really great service all round!

I cannot properly describe how satisfied we are with CPL. For us it was a leap of faith to buy a machine from abroad. Once we have the machine it is all positivity. Every day we get better at printing pencils thanks to the wonderful and kind team of CPL. Especially Eddie and Paige! All credits from us go to them. (sorry for your colleagues) Despite the fact that we're based in the Netherlands, they do everything they can to help us as good as possible. It gives us a very nice and trustful feeling and you feel taken seriously. As for the Hot Foil machine. We are very satisfied with that! It's a high-quality machine. Helpful and Supportive

Jeff and Eddie were really helpful and supportive during the buying process answering all my questions in great detail. They also followed up promptly afterwards when I was in need of some support. Shipping was fast and efficient and I was very pleased with my purchase today of the FoilCraft 4x3. The machine heats up quickly and is very easy to use. I also ordered two sets of Type and was very happy with the quality of these.
