Awesome experience. Was referred to Jaime by a friend of mine and working with him was a breeze. From the first call to final appraisal was about a week total. As a real estate investor, I was lucky enough to find Jaime 2 years ago for an urgent appraisal needed on one of my properties. Out of 7 different phone calls to different appraisers, Jaime was the only one who answered my call. Not only that, but he was ready and willing to accommodate us in a very short amount of time and had the highest level of service I've seen in my 10 years of real estate over 5 different states.
I'm happy to say, I have called him every time I've needed his services anywhere in N.E. Ohio! I contacted as many appraisers as I could to get a valuation on my house. There are not that many to begin with and due to Cuyahoga County jacking the valuations 30% or more none were available. Neither was Jamie on the first call, but he gave me the name of another appraiser. Unfortunately, they were booked too. I called Jamie again and he said although he didn't have time to do a full appraisal, he would do a drive-by in a couple of days. Sure enough, he did and I beat the deadline by 2 days. His report was very detailed. I would recommend him.
