My hair is extremely thick and heavy and she takes her time to not only be creative (I'm the kind of customer who says work your magic to make me feel gorgeous) and she doesn't miss a beat! Her warm personality and kindness made me keep coming back! My favorite part is the hair washing and mini facial! No matter how stressed, Allison reminds me of my momma when she washed my hair as a little girl! She melts the stress and craziness away! I highly recommend Allison at the Wooster location!

They are both excellent and creative when I ask them to be. The staff at Valenti is top knotch. They are all kind and helpful from the minute you walk in the door. I moved further from the Wooster pike location, but I will remain a customer there for years to come.

Olivia continues to be wonderful. I tell her I'm ready for a change and I completely trust her to do her magic the way she knows best. I'm still a very happy customer.

However, I don't recommend Valenti-Anderson. I switched to the Mariemont location after going to the Anderson location due to the staff never running on time and not having the courtesy of informing the customer after being brought back by an assistant, donning a gown/cape and sitting for exactly 30 minutes and not a single person coming and touching base with me on the status of my appointment. All while multiple staff members where in clusters chatting and clearly not working. I was too upset to speak to a manager after waiting for 30 minutes and left. I question the management team that works there.
You will not experience this at the Mariemont location. I love it there.

I originally scheduled a haircut, but on a whim arrived early to see if I could get a color in addition to the cut. The girl there said sure no problem. She got the dye on my hair and then said they would probably have to do a toner, I said fine. Then she came back saying that she wouldn't have time to do my cut. The service I originally came in for. Come to find out, they started closing at 8, not at 830 like they advertise on their website and their storefront. "We changed hours and by the end of the month it will be changed on the door and website" Newsflash, doesn't take a month to change a website, or put a sign on the door stating the new hours. It's also very unprofessional to say they can do an additional service and then not get the service originally needed. I have hair dye on the side of my face and on my forehead. Their chalkboard quoted $60-70 for the color service, yet I was charged $82. When talking to the manager on my way out, she basically wanted me out so they could close up. All she was focusing on was that they were offering me a complimentary deep condition treatment tonight and then do the haircut tomorrow. I had to rush out so I could possibly get my haircut at great Clips tonight, when I needed the haircut. Jen who dyed my hair was nervous and other than the dye that's over my face, I think she did a good job. The manager however needs to learn some better listening skills and better business practices.

I took my best friend Memorial Day weekend for a pedicure, and tonight I am going back for another haircut! Everyone there is so friendly, and no one pressures you to buy all of their products if you are already happy with what you've got. They offer great service, a nice referral program (you and each person you refer receive $10 off!), and delicious tea! From my experience and the fact that they have been voted a top workplace in Cincinnati, I highly recommend them!
