I've been partnering with ZS for a few years now and am very happy with their product, their customer service and their communication. They offer unique fabrics and are very responsive and kind (which can be an anomaly in the industry!)
My only feedback is better transparency about the origin of the fabrics. I've asked several times and haven't gotten a clear response. I love their dedication to sustainability but would love to see it taken a step further.

I have just purchased some mesh fabric from ZS. I can only say what a pleasure it was to deal with them . I first purchased swatches, which came ever so quickly. The yardage I subsequently purchased was just what I wanted. I was carefully packaged and sent very quickly. I am used to buying fabric overseas, but had never purchased from India before, and have to say I was a little apprehensive. I need not have the service, the email interaction with the company was all excellent. The postage was fast ... a lot faster than companies I have used here in Australia. Well done, and thank you for such a smooth transaction.
