We were beyond thrilled with the exceptional food, service, and overall quality of Beau Catering. Not a single detail went unnoticed. Our guests were impressed with the food (all we heard were" Wow!" and "Delicious!") and Marissa's service was spot on Our whole group felt as if they were dining in a fine restaurant in our home. Having Beau's and Mike's able hands in the kitchen, along with Marissa's impeccable service, we were able to enjoy our time with our guests. That's a rare feeling when throwing a special party, as many of us know. We will be sure to hire Beau Catering for our next event and recommend that you do the same. At the wedding itself, there were no surprises, which is always nice during a big event. Beau and his staff were incredibly friendly and professional. On June 25, 2016, you catered my daughter Jessye’s marriage to Dan Cooper.
I wanted to thank you for a superb meal. The presentation, Chef Beau’s warm welcome, and the positively delicious food, could not have been better. Even the buffet line seemed to move along without a glitch!
Honestly, I was a little nervous about how this would all turn out. I know that Jessye enjoyed working with you, and together you succeeded in creating a menu that, on paper, was seasonal, healthy, and tasty sounding. But my past experience has been that buffets rarely live up to the tasting experience. By the time you get to the real deal, the food is overcooked, bland, and a general waste of calories.
So what a great surprise to find a buffet that met my pretty demanding standards. It was simply beautiful, fresh-tasting, and temperature perfect. All of our selections complemented each other well and overall there was a nice southern feel that was unique for our families. (We are California, New York, and Midwest folks. ) It was definitely a classy dining experience and greatly contributed to the success of the wedding.
