Great class for someone who knows very little about coffee! The introduction to coffee class is structered well as it has a professional but also casual vibe. I felt the class was super easy to follow and both sam and ruby were super patient and informative.
Would love to come back sometime in the future for a different class

I attended the barista basics class last week through Coffeeology (with no coffee making experience) and am so pleased with the experience. The barista's (Ruby & Sam) are skilled, easy going and passionate about the industry. The class was interactive and got us comfortable with the coffee process flow- from the beans to the extraction and milk texturing. We got lots of time tasting and practicing our own coffees. Had so much fun, looking forward to be back- thanks guys!
