  Best cake ever!!!

  I cannot say enough great things about Paula’s skills - first, look at the picture - it was truly stunning! Even more importantly, it was so delicious - every single one of my guests raved about how delicious it was (my son chose a lemon cake with blueberry filling - which I would highly recommend - just the right amount of delicate lemon flavor).   We had the pleasure of working with Paula on a cake for our May 2019 wedding. From the start, Paula was very accommodating, providing details via email, and scheduling a last minute tasting (on a Sunday morning!) since we were planning from out of state. Our favorite part was the ability to choose multiple flavors for our various layers & sheet cakes. She offers so many great cake flavors, it was hard to choose! Paula wasn't kidding when she said we would need extra slices, the cake was a hit! People couldn't stop talking about the lemon cake with the raspberry buttercream filling.

  What initially sold me on Paula was how welcoming and personalized my experience was with her. I knew that the cake she created would be one of a kind, just for us.   I'd have Paula do all cakes for all occasions! She gave us various options to make sure that we weren't purchasing more than we needed for our wedding. Her cake is delicious, and my guests came up to me during the wedding and even after to rave about how yummy it was. I've tasted wedding cakes/cupcakes that weren't very good, which led us to believe that wedding cakes generally lose their taste because of it's large scale production. So it was a pleasant surprise when we took a bite during the cake cutting. We took a huge slice that we were just tasting to finish it all! Initially, Paula wasn't available for our wedding, and I was looking for other bakers, but I'm so glad that I decided to go with her when she got back to me that she was available due to change in schedule. You won't regret purchasing her beautiful and delicious cake!
