Trust your instincts during the exam. Please don't change your answers . Stay calm and manage your time effectively. Ensure adequate rest and self-care during the final weeks. Practice positive self-talk—writing “I will pass” during live classes reinforces confidence. Follow the FF timetable diligently. Actively note down topics you struggle to remember or questions you find challenging. Always understand the question first—sometimes it’s not the content but the framing that determines the correct answer. Use the process of elimination to narrow down choices effectively.

Passed on the 4th attempt
Hello! 4th time test taker here, hoping my words reach the intended audience.
After countless hours with my head in the books, I FINALLY passed my NPTE. for those of you who have taken it more than once and have yet to pass, I want to encourage you all to keep going. I know what you guys are going through. You have treated studying as a full time job, have spent thousands of dollars on test prep material, reduced your involvement in activites that used to bring you joy, avoided conversations or maybe even spending time with family, friends, and peers out of pure embarrassment. You have become a shell of your former self and have fallen into a pit which you may feel is getting deeper and deeper. Im here to tell you, dont give up.
I have tried just about every test prep course/material thats currently on the market. While all of them are great and offer so much valuable information, Priyam's LSP content has been very instrumental to my success. She has taken that material and broken it down in a way that has made it comprehensible. She uses a whiteboard method that allows us all to workshop the material together, rather than show us a wordy PowerPoint screen. Her use of anaolgies and mnemonics have helped me recall the information. Priror to her program, I felt like I was memorizing the information without truly understanding. I didnt know there was even a disconnect until listening to her lectures. Priyam also offers a wide selection of practice exams that helped prepare me for my NPTE. Despite her having a busy schedule, she was never too busy to reply to my PT related questions. She was always one text message/email away. I wish I started with her course from the get go. I highly recommend her course to anyone who is serious about passing their upcoming exam.
Logging into my NPTE portal, only to see the fail screen staring back at my 3 times was disheartening. I never faced this kind of adversity in my DPT program. I graduated with a 3.7 GPA and expected this exam to be a breeze, but it humbled me more than once. At one point, I started contemplating new career options in the event I failed a 6th time. Be smart with your remaining attempts. After each failed attempt, I signed up for the following exam, giving myself 3 months to prepare. Those 3 months seemed like forever but in hindsight, they flew by so fast. I attribute my success to taking 6 months between exams and giving my mind a mental break. I spent the first month without looking at any study material, followed by 5 quality months of hard work and determination. I always felt guilty when im wasn't studying, but that one month without was a reset that was much needed and I highly recommend.
I need you all to believe in yourself. Even though it may seem like its impossible, im here to tell you its possible. Manifest success and you shall be successful. Make those vision boards, live by your inspirational quotes, change your phone screen to the passed logo, take breaks from studying and do the things you enjoy. You dont want to burn yourselves out. You all have made it this far. We're not about to stop now.
I PASSED MY PT EXAM - ON MY 6TH AND FINAL ATTEMPT!
I am beyond excited and emotional to finally share that I PASSED the NPTE - on my 6th and final attempt. This journey has tested me in every possible way, but thanks to NPTE Final Frontier, I now get to move forward with my dream of becoming a physical therapist in California!
Final Frontier wasn't just a prep course - it was a turning point. Although I have utilized FF resources since the beginning, on my 6th attempt, I did a few things differently: I joined Priyam's LSP classes (HIGHLY recommend her - she's awesome!) Her videos, notes, and practice questions helped me truly understand the material in a way that finally clicked. The structure, clarity, and constant support were exactly what I needed.
And a massive shoutout to Pamela who was my ALPS tutor. Her personalized sessions gave me confidence, strategies, and support that I hadn't found anywhere else.

It was always easy to open your doubts with the team and as someone who lacks confidence in herself, that was such a big help. I used the NPTEFF Study Bundle along with a few tutoring sessions with Ed, and I’m thrilled to say I passed the NPTE on my first try! The recorded lectures, daily readings, and personalized tutoring sessions were incredibly helpful. Thank you so much final frontier and my LSP Priyam! You guys were tremendous. You worked tiredlessly to help us pass this exam! Out of all the exams (2 Peats, 2 big FF exams, and 2 FF mini exams) I only passed 2 of them! But I never gave up. I continued to push through and believe in myself to accomplish the goal of passing this exam. The mega study week was HUGE! And helped me get over that hump. When taking the exam I felt FULLY prepared and walked out feeling good because how much FF helped me prepare my studying. And to anyone who did not get the result they wanted, it’s okay dont be discouraged because you WILL get it next time. Hard work will ALWAYS pay off.

I cannot recommend my tutor, Pamela, highly enough. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond—not just with teaching the content, but with providing consistent support, encouragement, and structure throughout the entire process. She had a unique ability to simplify complex topics like neuro, cardio, and outcome measures in a way that made everything finally make sense. I couldn’t have done it without Pamela as an LPS!! She was so organized and encouraging! I was a FLC student during my two first attempts and had met with David (who is amazing!!!!) who got me connected with Pamela. We called and chatted on how to improve and she gave me the confidence I needed! I was able to connect with others in the telegram group just for the LPS class and didn’t feel as alone after failing.
