I cannot begin to thank the FF team enough. Not only are they so knowledgeable but they are also so so encouraging throughout the entire process. I also signed up for SLP with Pamela and she was so great. Pamela was always so positive and was always available to assist us. She was constantly checking in on us and making sure we were on track. 5th Attempt Pass
Going into my 5th attempt I was feeling utterly defeated. I had failed my 4th attempt with my lowest score yet after using study bundle. I decided to take a few months away from PT before returning to studying. I decided to sign up for Pamela’s LSP to go along with FLC. Pamela’s classes were incredibly detailed with so much helpful information. I feel like it truly helped me raise my score, especially in the MSK section. I think this was the biggest aide in my score increase (at least 100 points). I would highly recommend her LSP, especially if MSK is an area you struggle with.

I can't express my gratitude and happiness in words today, there are no words enough to describe how I am feeling. I passed my NPTE in 1st attempt!!!
I have a huge Gap of 18 years, since I decided to stay home and raise kids. Finally August 2023 when my kids and husband convinced me to resume my career, I had no clue how to even begin. That's when my friends told me about the Final frontier, I wasn't sure if I was able to do anything, I emailed Dr. Singh, he promptly responded and even spoke to me and gave me the confidence I needed. He told me to keep following live classes, and I'll catch up soon. It literally took me 4 cohorts to get a hold of things. Meanwhile I was struggling with my state board's requirements as a foreign trained PT. Finally after all the obstacles, I got clearance for the exam.
But still massively lacking the confidence to book the exam, I joined Priyam's LSP, she is literally godsend . She cleared my concepts so well, her systematic approach to questions and how to study for it is unparalleled. I was able to solve MCQs, practice exams and get good scores and also joined Priyam and Vrunda's in person boot camp, that was an absolutely life changing experience for me, it gave me a boost to keep working harder, and confidence that I am working on the right track.
I started seeing 75-90% scores in my exams, and kept sending scores to Priyam for her feedback, she kept guiding me every step and gave me more confidence. January 29th 2025 finally after close to 1 and 1/2 years later after joining FF, I gave the exam and yesterday saw the PASSED screen. I still can't believe it. Final frontier are saviours and Dr. Singh, Ms..Priyam, Ms. Vrunda.are an amazing team, I couldn't have done anything without them. Heartfelt Thank you!! I'll always be grateful for this support 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Amazing LSP!
After not passing my 1st attempt at the NPTE, I signed up for Final Frontier FLC and an LSP with Tanya (with the initial intention of boosting my MSK scores). She was absolutely amazing at answering questions, providing with content, and recommendations on how/when to study/prepare for the NPTE! And when I didn’t pass that attempt either (to both of our surprise) by 1-2 questions, she stayed in touch with me and we talked regularly to ensure I was on track to take the next exam - truly going above and beyond what I ever expected when signing up for an LSP! This was my third attempt at the NPTE and after the first two attempts I was feeling discouraged especially since I had just missed it by one question the first attempt. After taking my first peat a month before my NPTE I was strongly discouraged with my grade. I felt like I had no other options.

The Live NPTEFF-FLC Program Was the Best Choice for Me
I am excited to announce that I successfully cleared my license exam on the first attempt, and it’s all thanks to Final Frontier (FF). I want to share my experience with the NPTE Final Frontier team.
Initially, I was confused while preparing for the NPTE exam. I purchased both the Therapy Ed and Score Builders books to study, but I was frustrated because I didn’t understand the exam pattern or the best strategy for preparation. While these books were helpful, I was unfamiliar with the NPTE exam format.
Then, one of my colleagues suggested NPTE Final Frontier, and I joined the live FLC program. After just the first class, I gained enough confidence to believe I could pass the exam. I want to especially thank Dr. Bhupinder, as this achievement was only possible because of you and your team. I attended every lecture in the FLC program and watched each lecture three times, making detailed notes on the rationale behind each concept. This approach helped me pass the exam.
I’d also like to thank Meagan Duncan, who motivated me when I was feeling discouraged after taking the Therapy Ed practice exam. She helped me identify my weaker areas and reassured me that I would pass. A big thank you to Vrunda for your excellent diagrammatic explanations of the neuro section; they were incredibly helpful. I’d also like to thank Priyam—thanks to your explanations of Mrs. Addison/Mr. Cushing and the stories behind hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism, I was able to retain all the non-system concepts. I would also like to thank David, as whenever you were on the screen, I would close my eyes and manifest that I would pass. Your energy and support meant a lot to me.
Finally, I want to express my deepest gratitude to my husband and my family. Without their unwavering support, I would not have been able to reach this achievement. Their encouragement and belief in me were invaluable throughout this journey.
I am also grateful to Dr. Bhupinder for creating such an accessible platform, which was affordable. The process of switching from the FLC PTA to the PFLC PT program was smooth, and I only had to pay the remaining amount instead of the full fee, even though I had already completed one cycle of the FLC PTA program.

I am deeply grateful to Almighty Allah that after two years of hard work, countless hours of studying and rollercoaster of emotions I PASSED the NPTE License Exam. After 10 years break of studying this journey was not easy for me.This was my 3rd Attempt and jumped of 100 points from 578 , 576 and now I got 678. I am extremely thankful to Dr.Bhupinder Singh and Queen of LSP Priyam Sanghvi to make this curved road smooth for me and creating the amazing platform for everyone aspiring to pass the NPTE. I took my first attempt in July 2024 while finishing my clinical rotation followed by studying 8-10 hours a day with only the independent SB and recorded lectures. I used scorebuilers since my school also required it, thinking I would forsure pass. I scored 577 on my first attempt and was devastated. I have severe testing anxiety which has made it difficult to do well on academic exams all throughout my schooling. I looked into getting an LSP for my next attempt and I really enjoyed Priyam during the live lecture. It was the best decision I could have ever made. She goes at a much faster pace than the live lecture and go into depth to make sure you understand the why for each concept. She also boosted my confidence and told me I was going to pass and I believed it. After taking her LSP for my October attempt, I understood why I did not pass the first round, I did not know nearly enough and I was not confident If you are considering getting an LSP, GET ONE! They are all trained the same but I had to give thanks to priyam. My July attempt I scored 658.

NPTE is a very challenging exam, especially for foreign trained therapists, but with Final Frontier-all is possible!!! This really is the best program and worth the price.

Thanks so much Siddhi and Final Frontier family !!! You are a gifted star who makes others shine . I finally made the journey a worthy ending Choosing Siddhi as my LSP mentor. Made it to 663 in my final attempt. I started with 520,540, 597 and it took so much strength for me to reach this leap as I was shattered after 597. I was an international student in US working full time to maintain my OPT period. After my 3 rd attempt I decided to give up the beautiful dream once I had and returned to my home country with a heavy heart .. After Joining Siddhi’s LSP group all my confidence got rebooted and she made sure we all were thorough with concepts in major testing areas. Her dedication for teaching made me ready for the challenge. I spent 20 hrs in a flight before landing in NY for the exam . While sitting in the flight I thought when the prometric center was 20 min away from my home why I couldn’t make it during my previous attempts . To get out of the travel anxiety I patted my back revising Siddhi’s notes and her Mega Review while I was sitting in the dark plane. I just trusted my guts that I’m going to make it. I can’t express my gratitude to Dr. Singh and entire FF team and especially the GOAT Siddhi! First of all I wanted to let all of you know that I am a foreign student with a non science background. PT school has been really stressful, and I have always been an anxious student and not great in test taking. I always had an issue of interpreting the language, and also didn’t know how to study well. In my first NPTE attempt I got a really low score and the prospects of me passing on the second time were low to begin with—less than 10% historically apparently. That’s when Dr. Singh suggested I take LSP. I joined the LSP of Siddhi and that was complete game changer. Her classes are gold and I followed exactly what she said. The key to NPTE is to have a study timetable and thorough revision, and of course, taking practice exams. Siddhi’s guidance always helped me to focus, and I would recommend doing live lectures for active learning. What really helped me was focusing more and more on my weaknesses, especially after each practice exam. I want to thank Dr. Singh and Siddhi, and I highly recommend prospective students take her class! Thank you once again FF family! I wouldn’t have been able to see the PASSED screen without LSP!
PT success
After two years of hard effort and stress, I passed the NPTE on my seventh attempt. I extend my gratitude to the entire Final Frontier crew for their efforts. After numerous efforts, I learnt to focus on my aim. Keep faith. Every day, do the basics and answer a variety of questions. The final frontier has everything that somebody needs to get through it. I believed that NPTE was not for me and considered abandoning my dream, but I worked hard and am now a PT. Thank you, Pamela Mam and Dr. Bhupinder Singh. Have faith, and together, we will pass.

I watched all the FLC videos, studied the PowerPoints, and followed the reading folders, as well as attended LSP lectures with Pamela (shout out to Pamela she was an amazing tutor and not only helped me feel better prepared for the NPTE but also as a clinician!!). I also took the three NPTEFF practice exams along with other companies practice exams which all made me feel prepared for the NPTE. I’m so happy I had final frontier to help me organize all the vast information in a digestible manner where I didn’t feel completely overwhelmed. Just be prepared to put in the work and you will get out what you put in!!
