I was on my last attempt. I was TERRIFIED of testing again. I was going through the motions but it wasn’t until I went to the Disney in person boot camp, did the mega review, LSP Latino study group with Tanya (who is an inspiration!) that I gained the confidence to test and finally pass!! Passed on the second attempt!
Like many others, I went through PT school performing well on the practical hands on knowledge but struggling when it came to multiple choice questions. After my first attempt at the NPTE, I was really disheartened because I was very close to passing. To make a long story short, what I needed was strategies on how to improve my test taking ability and once I purchased one on one tutoring from Final Frontier, I started to excel! My PEAT scores were higher than I ever thought possible and my confidence in myself was at an all time high. My tutor, Niraj, was key in helping me prepare by really testing my knowledge of concepts rather than just giving me a quick overview. I enrolled in the FF classes to prepare for the January NPTE. After a failed attempt, I joined Pamela's LSP group and thats when the work really began. All of her classes and tips were very insightful and within weeks I noticed 100-150 point improvement in my practice/PEAT scores. I passed my second attempt in April and am forever grateful to this program!
NPTEFF Saved My Career after Multiple NPTE Attempts
This review is for people who find themselves stuck in my position. NPTEFF has all the tools you need to see a PASSED screen. My path to success was with Rahul's LSP (Licensed Study Partners). I can't say enough good things about my experience. You are in a class with other NPTE candidates. I made good friends, learned about LION mentality, attended and participated in every class, and did all of the assignments Rahul wanted us to do. This was what I needed to supplement the lectures you would get with the SB (Study Bundle). I passed and returned to my job, only to be greeted with a promotion. DO NOT let this exam defeat you, it does not DEFINE you as a therapist. You will pass!

I passed the NPTE on my third attempt! I don't even feel like "Thank you" is enough to express how grateful I am! The phone chat I had with Pamela after failing my second attempt convinced me to sign up for her LSP. All the lectures and resources added that pinpoint focus that I was missing prior. After failing the NPTE my first attempt, I knew I had to change my study habits for the second attempt. I truly believe that without Pamela's help and intensive study sessions, that I would not have passed the second time around. Everything about the program was so well put together and organized. Pamela was always available to answer questions and concerns about anything related to the exam. I cannot say enough good things about Pamela or Final Frontier in general.
HUGE Jump In Score
I would like to express my gratitude to the entire final frontier team. It took me 3 attempts to pass the NPTE and I could not have done it without this group of people. I first took the exam in July 2023 and scored a 553. My next attempt was in October 2023 where I scored a 575. After this second failed attempt, I decided I needed to switch things up and I signed up for the FLC and LSP sessions with Pamela Ramona Thirrukotla. This was the key to my success this time around. I am happy to share that I passes the NPTE on my third attempt with a drastic increase of my score - 730! The structure of this course was what I needed to succeed. NPTE - Almost Passed to Passed
My first NPTE attempt I scored 598 and this was devastating for me since I am a foreign trained PT. I had invested so much in preparation for the exam and so was to take the exam. On my second attempt, I contacted PRIYAM. This woman is a walking Sullivan. On my previous attempt, I scored the lowest in Intervention, then Foundation for evaluation,Differential Diagnosis and Prognosis then Physical Therapy Examination and lastly was the Non-system Domain. If per body system, my lowest were MSK, Neuro and Cardio and the remaining body system. However, on my second attempt, I did not expect to have MSK, Neuro, Cardio and Intervention to score high! This help me score above 598 from my previous attempt! With that being said, Having Priyam as your LSP will make your study program organized. She introduced topics per system so you wont feel anxious on what is to study. She also focused on whats sensitive for the exam. With Priyam, it is not just memorization but more on understanding the concept. She repeats the concept patiently. Priyam gives a lot of practice test/Rapid Fire. She was the best investment and so was FF.
Priyams LSP and Final Frontier class are enough to prepare for the NPTE. I was not able to purchased score builders, TheraEd and other exams materials d/t lack of funds. However, I did take PEAT.
I followed the FF timeline in taking the exam.
I repeatedly reviewed FF class and Priyams lecture.
Pedia, Neuro, Red Flag, Mega review and bootcamps lecture from FF was also a gold!
Lastly, take time to breath in.
Manifest that you will passed the exam and if its an almost passed score just like me for sure on the next attempt YOU WILL PASSED because you’re an FF warrior.

A friend of mine recommended I use ALPS (Ed)to further enhance my study skills after failing the first attempt. It was the best decision I made and really helped not only improve my score but PASS! He was extremely helpful and I 100% recommend for everyone taking the NPTE. If you have failed he is a good source on how to build confidence and testing endurance to get you through exam day. If you don’t want to take this exam again, which I’m sure nobody does I highly recommend working with Ed.

I can not thank Final Frontier enough. I 10/10 recommend the LSP with Priyam. I did the live lecture my first 2 attempts to the test and I learned so much. I was so close to passing with the recorded live lectures alone. I scored 594 the first attempt. After doing the LSP with Priyam, I felt like I learned more in 3 months than I did my entire 3 years of school. I felt way more confident on the exam and way more confident going into a career now.
