Hello Warriors!
I have completed the journey of conquering this exam! Unfortunately, it took me three times to be able to accomplish this goal, but fortunately I never have to do it again! I couldn’t have done it without all the resources that were made available to me through the Full Live Course as well my LSP Tutor. I chose @Pamela Ramona Thirrukotla as my LSP Tutor, and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision. She was incredibly helpful within the live lectures as well as being available when questions arose outside of dedicated lecture time! I am forever grateful that Pamela was a part of my journey! After multiple attempts and setbacks, I enrolled in Final Frontier FLC. Because I needed an extra boost and more guidance, I decided to enroll with Priyam after reading so many great reviews about her classes. That turned out to be the best decision ever because I finally passed the NPTE on my 5th attempt!!

In addition to the Final Frontier FLC program, Priyam teaches and provides all the materials you need to pass the NPTE — from mastering the basics to understanding advanced concepts. I listened to Priyam’s lectures while driving, cooking, and even doing house chores.

Priyam is always available to answer questions, and anytime you ask for materials or documents related to your studies, either Priyam or Hiral sends them almost instantly. Their support and dedication truly make a difference.

One thing I will never forget is how Priyam constantly motivated us not to postpone our exams. She always reminded us during class to keep working hard and believe that we could do it — and she was right.

To anyone who has not passed yet, please do not give up on yourself. I know how painful and discouraging failing can feel, especially after multiple attempts, but your journey is not over. Keep working hard, stay consistent, believe in yourself, and keep pushing forward. If I could pass on my 5th attempt while working full-time, you can do it too. Your time will come, and all your hard work will eventually pay off.

PASSED APRIL NPTE 2026 FIRST ATTEMPT

I did the FLC and LSP with Matt Horton. BEST COMBINATION ever. The FLC kept me held accountable especially because I was in full time clinicals so I needed something with structure to make sure I was on top of the material. As the test was nearing, I needed more help with neuro and I signed up for 3 sessions with Siddhi Pawaskar and she was AMAZING. She made sure I knew the material. Along with the two I mentioned, Dr Singh, Brianna, Hiral, and Priyam reviewed my practice test and made sure I stayed on the right path. I also used the support call and it kept me motivated and they made sure to let me know I WILL PASS! AND I DID!

Loved my experience here at FF. This is actually my 2nd attempt to taking the NPTE and wow I passed with flying colors. Passed it so well with Pamela that the FSBPT thought I was cheating LOL. But nope just pure hard work and true dedication to the craft that Pamela helped setup!

So grateful for Pamela for just being such an amazing tutor! She explained concepts very clearly, walked through examples and questions well, did her own mega review herself! And truly just tested and strengthened our abilities as clinicians and test takers when it came to the NPTE. Walking in I really did not know much about study structure or even where to even start. Pamela helped give me structure and allowed me to trust in my abilities for allowing my to success and now move on to my next career as an officially licensed PT!

Priyam helped simplify difficult topics in ways you can remember, gave COUNTLESS of MOTIVATION throughout the journey and her advice of KNOWING the BASICS, CONSTANT ACTIVE RECALL, reviewing rationales and doing a MINIMUM of 30 practice questions a day helped me tremendously!!!! Priyam’s LSP: Game Changer for me

My NPTE journey wasn’t easy — it took me three attempts to finally get through. Being foreign trained and almost 10 years out of practice, I had significant gaps to bridge. Joining Priyam’s LSP during my second cycle helped me rebuild my foundation in the core areas of NPTE content and got me back on track.

The Live LSP classes and weekly Rapid Fire sessions helped me understand those layered, onion-style questions that the NPTE is known for. Whenever I had doubts, Priyam and Hiral were always available on the WhatsApp group, responding within 24 hours — the support was consistent and reliable.
Third attempt — I passed. Priyam’s LSP was truly a game changer for me.

ALPS and Final Frontier experience

I have been apart of the study bundle with final frontier and this was my 3rd attempt at the NPTE. This was my first time using the ALPS and I couldn’t be more greatful with the help that Matt was able to provide. Having an individual tutor experience really helped me focus on areas that I needed to improve to see a passing score. Matt is very knowledgeable in all the topics and let’s you dictate how the sessions will go, forcing you to be active in your own study experience. The whole team at final frontier is very supportive and truly wants to help everyone achieve their goals of passing the NPTE. I couldn’t have done it without the help of Matt and the rest of the team.

NPTEFF makes the difference!

After not passing the exam on my first or my second try, I knew I needed to change things up with my studying. I had a friend that had registered for LSP tutoring the cohort before me and recommended Pamela highly. I followed in her footsteps and registered with Pamela and really locked into my studying and following the Study Bundle plan to a T. Through the structure Pamela provided and the more in-depth her tutoring went in addition to the information and practice I gained from the study bundle quizzes and assignments, I was able to bridge the gap and see the pass sign this April! It was definitely a stressful journey, but I made it to the end with the help from FF faculty! Thank you x1000!!

Thank you x100, NPTEFF! Since day one, the support has been endless. From mentors to resources and classes, there was never a dull moment. I also joined Priyam’s LSP classes, and they were a game changer. Her unique way of teaching was exactly what I needed—it gave me the push I needed at the right time, and I truly appreciate her.

Of course, it wasn’t easy—you still have to manage your time, study smart, fight off distractions, and handle everything else life throws your way. But in the end, it really paid off. There were times when I doubted myself, but the team was always there to support me, remind me of my abilities, and encourage me to bounce back.

I cleared my license on my third attempt, and I honestly can’t put my happiness into words. This journey wasn’t easy, but the support I received made all the difference.

Priyam’s LSP played a huge role in my success. Hiral and Priyam guided me throughout and supported me immensely. I consistently followed the FLC live classes without skipping, and the support from Final Frontier was truly exceptional—they were always there to clear my doubts.

Dr. Sing’s mnemonics were incredibly helpful during the exam, and David’s motivation kept me going. I would even listen to their sessions while sleeping—they became a part of my routine and even my dreams. Vrunda’s voice would stay with me during quiet moments, keeping me focused and calm.

All of these amazing people contributed to my success. I’m deeply grateful—thank you so, so much, Priyam!

Conquer NPTE in 2 attempt

I don’t know where to start but this journey was not easy especially if you are in your 40s . I thought I can never do this but I really want a try once . Then I join Final frontier , after attending few sessions, to be honest I start liking studies , I never thought mobilization is so easy to remember but after doctor sign explanation I never forget opp , same concept . Furthermore I have never liked neuro in past the way Vrunda teach omg I started liking it so badly . Even I have to say big Thanku to Derek he is really so helpful and very prompt in replying to my emails. Finally my special thanks to Priyam , she is an Angle , game changer and a very kind person, I don’t have enough words to praise her . Thank so much FF team you are doing such a great thing by running this class. Keep it up .

I passed on my 3 attempt because of FF

I utilized FF and the study bundle to study for all of my attempts of the NPTE! They really helped narrow down my areas to study. On my third attempt I decided I needed an extra boost so I reached out to David (who gave great motivation) and he suggested a LSP. I found Pamela and joined her group! It was the best decision I made in this journey! She gave great motivation and built up my confidence for the third attempt!! I appreciate the whole team at FF!

Matt Horton Tutor

Passed on 2nd Attempt

For my first attempt to pass the NPTE I gave myself a month to study using FF study bundle, which was not enough time for me, i scored a 540. For my second attempt I asked some of my friends for advice and they recommended to sign up for LSP with Pamela. I am so glad I listened as I was able to improve my score by 90 points, allowing me to pass the NPTE with a 630. I highly recommend Pamela and FF, as both were extremely instrumental in my passing the NPTE.

I passed on my second attempt and am beyond grateful for the FF team. I attended Priyam’s LSP for my second attempt and could not have done it without her support and the structured course!! She is truly so knowledgeable and gave us everything we needed to pass. After seeing a “did not pass” screen on my first attempt, i felt so much disappointment. During Priyam’s LSP course I felt like i found the pieces that I was missing the first time around and gained so much more confidence. No matter what attempt it is, I couldn’t recommend LSP enough!!

I still can’t believe it’s true. I honestly never thought I could pass the January exam, my original goal was the April exam. But I wanted to join the LSP group before the actual cohort started, so I joined the January cohort. Once I met Priyam and joined her first LSP class, I truly started to believe that I could do this in January. Her classes were amazing. She gave us everything we needed to pass.

When I couldn’t even believe in myself, with Priyam’s classes and the confidence she gave me, I started to believe in myself. I am truly grateful to Priyam and the entire FF team for all their hard work and support.

This was my third attempt, and after scoring 586 last time, I honestly thought I was done. But this time… I passed with a 666 and I still can’t believe it.

My PT journey started in undergrad where I had counsellors tell me that I would never be a PT with the grades that I have and I should pursue a different career. I ended up giving up on being a PT and decided to go pursue strength and conditioning. The more I worked in S&C I felt like something was missing and decided to go back to school to try and get into PT school. I applied multiple years and finally got in. I then graduated from PT school and started studying for the NPTE. I studied everyday and used Final Frontier live classes to help me guide my studying. The NPTE came along and I failed my first attempt. Immediately, the FF team reached out and they made sure that I knew that this test did not define me. I was introduced to the LSP courses and that was where I met Pamela. She pushed me and my classmates every class with challenging questions and information that was not covered in the live classes. She made a difference in my test scores and I am thankful to say that I have passed. Thank you to all the haters, but most importantly thank you FF Team and Pamela.
