  Sig Ep Fraternity House Print

  I needed a gift for my brother's graduation and ordered a print of his fraternity's house that Gracie had painted previously. It came so quickly and her attention to detail and packaging kept the piece safe from the rain!! And to top it off the proceeds go to the Sig Ep's philanthropy.   When my grandmother passed away my family and I felt a loss greater than we ever have before. Not only did we lose her kind, adventurous spirit, but we also had to say goodbye to her home. The house that had been in our family for decades, and where some of our best times were spent. I knew the following Christmas I wanted to get something special done in memory of her. Gracie accepted the challenge of capturing the beauty of my grandmothers home. To say she did an amazing job would be an understatement! Not only does she work magic with those two hands of hers, but she has a heart of gold. If you are looking for a special piece of art to last you a lifetime, do yourself a favor and stop here! Every time I see this painting it brings back precious memories!
