Since starting Yoga with Srina I have gone from one session to two sessions a week and feel a completely different person. I feel more relaxed and refreshed and had many comments that my posture has improved. I have arthritis in both knees and one hip which does restrict my movements but with Srina's help and advice I seem to be improving lesson by lesson.
As an osteopath I am aware of the importance of keeping the body flexible and supple. The choice of exercise is important and should be appropriate for all ages.
