I love Grey Owl Yoga Studio! I’d practiced at some very nice local athletic centers and this is enormously different and better.
The instructors really know their stuff and strive to enhance your individual practice without invading. The assortment of classes and variety of styles keep it fresh and alluring.
Ari has created a beautiful safe space for every level of practice with personal attention to so many details. My time at Grey Owl is “my time of self care”. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in the door and looking forward to the next visit. It’s such a pleasant and positive place; visit a few times and you’ll see what I feel.
As one of the original members of Grey Owl, I’ve been coming here since June 2017. Last summer I was in transition from many years in the corporate world, approaching a major milestone birthday, and just trying to figure out what to do next. As a long time practitioner of yoga, Grey Owl yoga and meditation classes, book clubs, other activities, and all around positive atmosphere helped ground me when I needed it most, and continue with me on my journey. And I absolutely adore Luna in her little Grey Owl doggy t-shirts!
I am also enjoying aerial yoga, which although started as a stretch for me, is now quite relaxing and enjoyable.
