Margo and team are like family! This wasn’t the most ideal time to sell and purchase a new house 2020 COVID but she took the time no matter what to help and make sure everything was done safe and correctly. We have worked with her for many years and she has helped our families as well! We love our new home, thank you for all you have done Christophilis Team!!

I am very happy with my experience working with Margo to find my first home. As a new buyer, she helped me understand what things I had to consider and watch out for. She cared about finding the right place for me, not closing what was best business. I was also able to save a lot in closing costs. I would definitely recommend working with her!

My husband and I are first time home buyers. Margo made the process as seamless as possible for us, even during this unprecedented time. Margo is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and has strong negotiation skills. What we really appreciated about her was how she patiently answered all of our questions and always made herself available, as if she was family. And just after about 2 months working with Margo, we now have a home that perfectly fits our needs and budget, and that we love! Thank you Margo for making the home buying process as smooth as possible for us. We will definitely be referring Margo and her team to our family and friends hoping to purchase a home in the Seattle, WA area!

Margo and her team Are amazing to work with. We were a first time home buyer’s end it can be intimidating in such a aggressive market. Margo met with us at over 20 houses and answered our phone calls late at night and met with us on weekends as well to fit our schedule. Her and her team are very knowledgeable, and user-friendly to first time homebuyers like My wife and I. We will use their service for any future real estate needs and recommend the Christophilis team to all my family and friends as well. Thanks Margo and team!!!!!!!!!!

Margo was great to work with. This was our first home purchase and she walked us through the entire process. She had our best interest in mind and was able to negotiate a great price with all the extras we asked for. We’re looking forward to using Margo in the future and would highly recommend her to our family friends! Thanks again Margo for all your hard work - we appreciate everything you did for us!

I asked Margo to lower the listing fee on the house I would sell if I used her as buying agent on the house she was selling. Instead she split the % to the buying agent making my listing not desirable. She then called to confront, and bully me about this review. I shared these concerns at closing and was ignored then called a liar when she called me about this review. Beware.

'When you put people first, everything else comes together.' These precious words were spoken by Margo Christophilis at the conclusion of our very first meeting. My husband Sidney and I were referred to Margo by a friend from work, and I can assure you, dear readers, that Margo "walks her talk." Our household consists of 3 middle aged adults, one of whom worked graveyard shift, 1 elderly dog, 1 elderly rabbit, and 4 fire bellied toads. We are more than a bit cluttered and unkempt inside and out. Margo truly made us feel loved and accepted, just the way we are. We had an offer 2 days after our home went on the market and we got the price we wanted. Margo, Stasi, Justin and their team made our first real estate experience painless. We never felt afraid to ask a question. When we asked to have a extra month to stay and wrap up the moving process, Margo made the arrangements in less than a day. To paraphrase the hilarious hotel commercial, The Christophilis Team is, 'Bada-sell Bada-sold!' Whenever I struggle to make a decision, I remember Margo's words and the confusion falls away, and the world comes into view in all its crazy and colorful splendor. What better legacy could one human give to another?

My husband and I have worked with Margo since 2012! We bought our first townhouse with her and since then, have entrusted the sale of two homes and also bought two homes with Margo and her team. Honestly there is NO other realtor that I would work with. Margo treats her clients as family and values family! Margo gets to know who you are first and foremost and values her interactions and relationships with her clients. Her son Stasi works alongside her and is amazing...always flexible, available, and researches to find the most out about a property. Most of all, Margo listens and is a huge advocate for getting the best deal. In this market, you want a realtor who takes the time to treat you as a valued client, not just a number...that is what Margo and her team do! When we sold our home in Everett, Margo and her team launched an above and beyond marketing campaign, including beautiful online photos, advertising on many social media sites, a personal video walk through, informing the immediate neighbors of the upcoming sale, hosting a "twilight open house", and hosting open houses throughout a few weekends. We sold our home fast and at a record breaking price!
When it came time to buy our latest home, she expertly negotiated a lower than listed offer, which is almost unheard of in the Puget sound.
Whatever your situation, Margo's experience, hard work , ethics, and expertise are what sets her far above the rest. We are forever grateful! Thank you to the Christophilis Team!!

Since 2011, I've bought and sold a condo, as well as a house through Margo and her team. I cannot recommend her highly enough! She is as friendly as they come, treating me like family, very professional, and hard working. She has always been very helpful, give good advice and not putting undue pressure to rush into decisions. If you're looking for a real estate agent, give Margo a chance. You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I worked with Margo and her team to buy our first house. When the time came to sell it, Margo was the first that came to our mind. Her expertise and advice was invaluable. Everybody maintained a great communication with us throughout the whole process and made the whole process so smooth. She is a strong negotiator as she always fights for the best interest of her customers! Highly recommended and will definitely work with Margo in the future too, thanks again

Margo Christophilis is truly my real estate hero! I was actually referred to her by a real estate broker, who was concerned that there were dishonest brokers who were trying to take advantage of me, which was true. Margo definitely put my best interests, first. She was honest with me, but fought to get me the best deal, possible. Until I worked with her, I didn't realize that "your realtor" is really supposed to be working FOR you. I have never had a realtor look out FOR me. Margo was involved with very step of marketing, and selling, my house, as well as helping me find an excellent fit with my next house. She also went to bat for me to get the best price, and made sure people were not taking advantage of me, due to my lack of knowledge of this market. Not only did she get me the best prices for quality contractors, due to her extensive network of people in the business, but she held her ground with other realtors, when needed. Margo is highly respected in her field, due to her honesty and fairness, as well as toughness, which goes far when dealing with other realtors, contractors, and builders.

Margo and her team were incredible! This was not our first time buying but it was by far the best experience we've had to date. We're now in our new home, love it but already miss the 'hunt'; a stressful process in this challenging market but one that Margo and her team made both fun and educational. They took time to understand our needs, were patient with our explorations of new neighborhoods and honest in their assessments of potential homes we looked at. They ended up recommending a path for us that directed us down exactly the right road. Excellent team!
