I was so lucky and blessed to have this amazing team helping me buy my first house. As you know buying a house can be very stressful. They made sure I got the right house for the right price. They were a huge advocate for me. They assisted me in any way. Day or night. They helped me from start to finish. Especially getting what I wanted from the inspection. This team is so amazing. I am really happy with my house. Fyi not only I used this team but my family also used this team. A for sure 5 out of 5 star service.

I highly recommend Margo and her team to anyone purchasing a home. I have already referred her to my friends. She is the sweetest woman you will ever meet but when it comes to making sure you get your dream home, there is no one that will fight harder for you. She made the purchase of our first home a breeze and communicated with us constantly. Do your self a favor and give them a call.

Margo sold my house for a record price, exceeding the sale price of similar homes by a large margin. She works super hard and has an incredible
attention to detail. She is a great agent that produces exceptional results. More importantly, she is a wonderful person with a huge heart, who truly seeks to help people in any way she can. She is fun to be around and has a real way with people. Working with
her was a real blessing - she exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to working with her again.

My husband and I met Margo through a recommendation. We interviewed two other highly recommended agents who were recommended by friends. Margo happened to be recommended by our lender. When meeting Margo and Stasi (colleague of hers who was very helpful to us and who we also spent a lot or time with) they came with energy, knowledge and a passion for real estate and for their clients that was refreshing and very evident from the start. Right away they were warm, knew the market and were also wonderful with our 2 and half year old (always a plus!) Margo's energy is rare. She doesn't stop when it comes to working for her clients. She will do what it takes not only with her extensive knowledge but with care and thought. One thing we really enjoyed while working with her was knowing that she had our best interest in mind - ALWAYS. We trust Margo. This is essential when working together as a team to buy a home. The market was rough but not our time with Margo. She is also very patient. She wants her clients to feel comfortable and she truly wants to find the right home. We think the world of her as a stellar agent but also as a human being. We are now in our dream home (which is nothing like we thought we'd be in - especially for our second time around in house hunting). We know that this home is ours because of Margo's negotiation skills, her ability to be easily liked when working with the selling agent and the sense of urgency Margo brought to the table. We are so thankful to Margo and her team and it feels so good to write this review from our dream home. Margo and The Christophilis Team - You're the best! Thank you!

Margot and her team did a great job selling my house. The house was a real fixer, but she was still able to find just the right buyer who saw the potential in the house. I would definitely use her again.

I moved across the country last year, and the Christophilis Team did an excellent job at having properties ready for me to look at at upon my arrival. Within three weeks of relocating I was able to move out of my hotel into a lovely condo.

Margo and Stasi were quick to respond to questions and act on my behalf to make my move relatively seamless. Both know this area as if they've written the map. I highly recommend this team for your real estate needs.
