I personally recommend Pete Galyon as your realtor. He was always very helpful and professional.
Pete was a rockstar! I had been passively looking for a little while and finally got my pre-approval completed and messaged Pete about a home I was interested in. The home had been removed from MLS and I asked if he could get in touch with the other realtor and get me a tour. Pete got me a tour of the house and he was able to enter an offer that day on the house with a price I was comfortable with. There was no pushy or hard sell on having me make an offer. He talked to me and made sure I was comfortable with everything and even got a home warranty thrown into the deal . Pete is a great realtor and a great person you cannot go wrong using Pete the Realtor!
We’re closing on a house today with Pete at the helm. Pete has been amazing through this whole process. Starting with him over the phone, he was exactly what I wanted. Honest and straight forward. Talked us through the different areas and helped us make an informed decision. Meeting him for the first time at a house walkthrough he was amazing. He lifted the vent covers to see what the floor looked like under the laminate, walked around and thoroughly inspected it. Blew me away. He wasn’t a used car salesman. He was working for us to make sure we knew what we were buying. Thankfully that house didn’t work out because the next house we saw was THE house for us. Had delays on the seller end but Pete fought for us. He rolled up his sleeves and dug in. He saved us a TON of money. I loved his style. On top of this he sets time aside to be with his kid. I loved that. Family first. Real estate doesn’t sleep, but taking time to recharge with your family keeps you going. I really appreciated the effort to be a father first for him. I HIGHLY recommend Pete’s amazing beard to be in your corner for your real estate needs!!
We LOVE Pete the Realtor!! Great man of integrity who got us into our dream home despite complications on the sellers side. He kept us informed and continued to stand up for us and our needs. Very understanding and helped us walk through a cross country relocation. Highly recommend for anyone, including other transplants. Thank you, Pete!
I would love to share the best experience with Pete and his team. I thank Scarlett so very much for introducing us to Pete. We just closed a week ago and it was so quick and easy with no complications. Pete has been the most amazing breat of fresh air. My husband and I have had several realtors in the past until we met Pete. He is truly genuine! Let me tell you no matter what time of the day I text or called with this busy marketing he always answered. We could not had done this without Pete. We didn't just meet a realtor we made a friend. Thank you so Much! The Murphys
Thank you Pete and your team for being so proactive and professional. I have worked with many realtors with my job relocating. However Pete went over the top to find and guide us for the right home and community. I appreciate your hard work and your teams dedication.
Thank you
Patrick
Good guy and a great agent. definitely the best. Still helping me out after I bought my house with contacts of work I want done on the property
My wife and I were relocating across the country and were overwhelmed with the prospects of moving children, pets, and possessions all while maintaining a semblance of our sanity. With the prospects of landing a decent home in the red hot market, needless to say, we were nervous. Fortunately, our anxieties over a new home were quickly removed by Pete.
Pete's professional, responsive, and thorough nature were well on display on day one of our housing search. Maintaining this level of excellence throughout the housing search, Pete identified and secured a beautiful house within our budget. He was able to speak to our wishlist and captured it perfectly. Yes, we love our new home, thanks to Pete.
Not only was Pete excellent in his work, he was also remarkably kind. When our moving van was delayed, he worked to secure simple things - like a bed to sleep on. Dare I suggest, Pete would give the shirt off his back to help ensure his clients are comfortable and happy with their choice. I know we were and are happy with choosing Pete as our realtor.
Found my family and I am amazing house
We are making a move back to Georgia from Texas and in todays market you can imagine how crazy, hectic, and sometimes frustrating it can be. Our main objective was to be near our newest addition to the family..our grandson
I referred some dear friends to Pete. He totally stepped up!!! He helped them buy and close on a house completely over the phone and emails and text, as they were relocating from out of state!! In this crazy market the fact that he could do this was absolutely amazing. My friends absolutely adored him and he took such good care of them I will forever refer my clients relocating to Georgia and Tennessee to Pete. If you want someone who will treat you the way you should be treated, call Pete. You will not regret it.
You don’t need a realtor, you need Pete!! He is hands down the best! We met at an open house and have been working with him for about 6-8 months on searching for our perfect home. He is very attentive to what you are looking for and needing. He’s not pushy, he kept in contact through our whole search but never in a pushy way. Anytime I had questions, he was quick to get an answer. You will not be sorry you chose this guy!!
Pete helped my wife and sell our house fast and got us what exactly what we wanted. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and confident in what he does.
Pete Galyon is a great realtor. Very professional and also very honest. Now days it's hard to find someone you can trust but Pete makes you feel like family. Thanks man and welcome to the family...

Pete was an awesome realtor!! He was easy to work with and made selling my house as simple as it could be. I’d definitely recommend using Pete as your realtor!
An excellent realtor to work with and beyond personable. Nothing but good words for all the extra help and knowledge learned as a first time home buyer and always open to lending a hand in helping find the perfect home. Very professional and quick to respond from start to finish.
My husband and I came out to Tennessee and Pete found us a home in one day. He was very knowledgeable about the area and always kept us informed. We will be buying another home and will definitely be using Pete again.
