Request a couponPete was amazing in finding our perfect home in Cleveland Tennessee. His responses to our needs and concerns always exceeded our expectations. The process from beginning to end was very smooth with little to no stress. You will not be disappointed.
This is the second house we have bought with Pete. Buying a house is always stressful, but Pete made it easier by being knowledgeable, attentive and by being a genuinely good guy. No doubt we will be calling him up for the next one.
Where do I begin? Before meeting Pete my wife and I had struggled through trying to buy 18 other properties, with them not working out due to one reason or another during this COVID sellers market. This was with our first realtor.
Pete provided expert guidance on helping us find the perfect property that checked all the boxes. Pete works hard, knows the market very well, and has an exceptional team at his disposal that work with him and Pete knows local lenders that bend over backwards to make it happen.
The FIRST HOUSE with Pete was a slam dunk! I would recommend him to anyone I know!
Pete is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! He helped me and my husband buy our first home and he took all the stress out of it! He is SO nice and so easy to deal with. He’s always a phone call/text message away. If you have to opportunity to work with Pete, do it! You will not regret it!!!
Pete and his team were very professional and helped us every step of the way from our move from FL to TN. Our realtor in FL referred us to him and he didn't disappoint. He was patient with us as we had many questions and saw at least a handful of houses. The home that we absolutely fell in love with, we were able to get and didn't have to go into a crazy bidding war for it. I would recommend Pete to anyone in the East Tennessee area buying or selling a house!
Just closed a transaction with Pete and his team. They were on top of things and great to work with throughout the entire process.
After going through two agents who my lender referred me to (both did nothing) Pete jumped in and worked to get what I was looking for. He pulled out all the stops to find me what I needed. I'm very satisfied with the whole process provided by Pete and his team.
My wife and I moved from California recently. Pete helped us navigate the area and buy our home out in Chattanooga. He was honest, responsive and made the whole process extremely easy.
Thanks for all you did Pete!
Made the process super easy for a first timer. Pete is very helpful and extremely responsive so you aren’t ever waiting on an answer to a question.
Update: I decided to sell the home (2 years later) and of course went back to Pete since the process was so easy the first time. The listing looked nice and the house sold quick. Now I’m buying a new house with Pete and his team. It’s just as easy as it was the first time around even though I’m buying a home a very good distance away from Chattanooga. I never had to wait to view a home, so distance was definitely not an issue for them.
Pete’s team is a good way to avoid the buying/selling a home horror stories. Thankfully, I haven’t had to experience it.
I had referred my clients from Michigan to Pete. Pete and his team were able to get them into a home they loved in the competitive SE TN market in June. I will look to him and his team for any future referrals to the area!
I referred my clients to Pete as they were leaving San Diego to relocate to Tennessee. Pete was instantly on top of it , communicating with me and my clients and found them a home in no time. My clients raved about Pete as well as they were first time home buyers and he walked them through every step of the way. Pleasure to work with you Pete, and I look forward to our next one !!
After multiple failed bids with another realtor, Pete found us our forever home on the first try. Very professional and very knowledgeable about the current market. I would recommend Pete anytime of the day !!
Pete was able to help me find my first home quickly. He worked tirelessly to assist me at every step of the process. Pete was able to book showings quickly and was flexible with his own schedule to fit my needs. His Communication and professionalism was top notch. I would absolutely recommend Pete to anyone looking for a solution to their real estate needs.
Pete is hard-working and knowledgeable about a wide area of Eastern Tennessee. I especially appreciate his fluency in vacation homes and short term rentals. He is willing to go above and beyond for his clients and is devoted to their best interests. I would highly recommend Pete to anyone!
I plan to do business with Mr. Galyon again. Great experience.
