Our beloved cat BJ was 16, to us he was a four legged person,with a laid back, charismatic personality..He loved his life in his surroundings and we know he loved us..But his last couple of weeks he spent isolated from us and we knew he was going to leave us soon,he had his own special chair in the patio and my wish was for him to go peacefully while sleeping...On the day, he went downhill very fast and we knew he was in pain,but couldn't bring ourselves to bundle him up in a carry cage and go to our local vet..we came across Dr Charlene on Google and decided to call her,she came within the hour and very peacefully helped him to pass on to cats heaven in the arms of his dad,with members of our family stood by for support...Her service to us was excellent,she was caring, compassionate to how we were feeling,and helped our loved cat go to rainbow land,with all other furballs..We cannot speak highly enough of her service,which I'm sure isn't easy..But to say goodbye to your beloved pet in the comfort of it's own surroundings,is certainly much better than a cold clinical vets room..Thankyou Dr Charlene you made a hard day a little easier by your kindness and compassion...🐱
We had to let our best friend go. He was our protector and confidant. Dr Charlene helped us to help Buddy , her gentle manner and professionalism made his passing bearable. We can not thank Charlene at paws 4 Life moving her schedule around on a Saturday morning to come out to the house as our big boy Rottweiler Tornado who was 8 and had bone cancer he was sent off in a compassionate caring peaceful dignified And pain free way as Tornado passing over the rainbow bridge

Paws4Life made things so much easier. Dr. Charlene came to the house to help Dave on his way. It was so peaceful and less distressing than having to take him to the vet’s surgery. Dr. Charlene was so kind and gentle and so very thoughtful. A very sad time made a lot easier.

Dr Charlene from Paws4life was extremely caring and heartfelt and made the process of saying goodbye to our beloved Ringo calm and smooth as she could. She came to us with short notice on a Saturday night and made sure Ringo was relaxed and comfortable in his last hour with us.
