Thank you so much for coming out with little notice and waiting for my parents to get back from their trip away to be there for Tia 💗 Dr Charlene was so patient and caring throughout the whole process and I couldn’t be more thankful.
Paws for life were absolutely amazing at their job and made the experience so much easier. They provided comfort throughout it all and were very professional. Thankyou so much for everything.
Dr Charlene was very professional and calming and I would recommend her to anyone wanting a mobile vet to help send their pet over the rainbow bridge. Thankyou Charlene

Highly recommended Paws4life.
Charlene was very caring, compassionate and patient from start to finish. She made a hard time alot easier, even though she was given less than a days notice to come out on a weekend.
Thank you again for caring for Chance.
Thank you to Dr Charlene, we had the most difficult decision to say goodbye to our baby boy in February after a short fight with cancer. She made the most difficult decision for us a beautiful time with our boy. Thank you for your compassion and care in such a hard time. You are an angel. We will never forget how peaceful it was for him, and being able to have him at home with us (and our other fur baby) is something I’ll forever treasure
Dr Charlene is incredible. She made a very difficult process so easy and it was so worth it to be able to have our old dog where she was comfortable. Thank you.

Dr Charlene thank you for providing such a caring and compassionate process for the final stage of our boy who had been part of our family for 20 years giving us joy and love. He deserved to go peacefully and you made that happen in our home, providing reassurance for my wife and I.
Highly recommend Dr Charlene, she was very helpful and compassionate and made a difficult time for our family easier
Charlene was very kind and understanding during the very hard time of putting our gorgeous girl Bailey to sleep. Charlene was patient and sympathetic. During the process Charlene was very gentle with our baby and helped to make the experience as peaceful and painless as possible. Sending our baby girl to heaven was extremely hard but we are grateful we had the opportunity to make it a peaceful and painless send off in the comfort of her home surrounded by family.
Dr Charlene was recommended to me by a work colleague- I’m so thankful for the love and care she gave our sweet boy Shadow and to my family. Our boy went over the doggy rainbow in the comfort of his own home surrounded by his favourite humans.
Dr Charlene explained everything to us and reassured us it was the right decision for our boy.
Thank you so much for your love and care at an extremely hard time - you’re a beautiful human being.
Dr Charlene was so caring, kind, patient and compassionate when we had to make the hardest decision to say goodbye to our boy Jet, she gave us plenty of time and kept us informed through the entire process. Being able to be in the comfort of his home made it a nicer & calmer environment for all of us. Thank you again for your help & organising the next steps for us, the personal card afterwards was beautiful & you summed him up perfectly.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the services of Dr Charlene. Our old dog of 18 years had the most peaceful passing at home. We felt like Dr Charlene really felt our loss and pain and she was so respectful of how we said goodbye to our dear fur family member. She explained everything to us quietly and showed such sensitivity. I have since recommended her to friends. What a special woman to help pets and the family to move through such a difficult time. Our family really appreciated the card we received in the mail the following week too. Thank you Dr Charlene. Our community is so lucky to have you.
