Dr Charlene was kind and caring, answered all our questions and helped make a heartbreaking decision easier. Our beautiful cat Gremlin left us peacefully, in familiar surroundings, with those he loved and who loved him. Dr Charlene gave us time too, to allow our other cats to say goodbye to their friend, so they would know what happened to him. Highly recommend Dr Charlene.
Dr Charlene was fantastic and we would highly recommended her, she showed such compassion at a very difficult time for our family! Thank you Dr Charlene

Dr. Charlene was compassionate, prompt and professional. She didn’t rush us and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. Her kindness will forever be remembered by our family. No one wants to send their beloved pet over the rainbow bridge but Dr. Charlene ensured the process was as calm and gentle as it could possibly be. Thank you, Dr. Charlene, we got to farewell Daisy in the comfort of her home, surrounded by love and tranquility.
Thank you Dr Charlene for your care and empathy on one of the hardest days of my life when I said goodbye to my darling little Lily. Dr Charlene sent her over the Rainbow Bridge in the kindest way possible allowing plenty of time for goodbye as she went to sleep in my arms ❤
Dr. Charlene was prompt, caring and compassionate. No one ever wants to make the decision to send their beloved pet over the rainbow bridge, but Dr. Charlene ensured the procedure was done with love and comfort in the calming environment of our home. She didn’t rush us. She treated our pet with kindness and the utmost respect. It’s a hard day for us, and I’m so grateful that I chose Dr. Charlene to guide us all through it.
Dr Charlene was caring, kind, informative and I couldn't have asked for a better send off for my boy, in his comfy bed at home, surrounded by the people who loved him 🥹😥
Thank you for your services 💜🌻
Dr Charlene recently helped us say goodbye to our 19 year old kitty. She was lovely and made a horrible situation just a little more bearable. It was a beautiful ending for a very special member of our family. Thank you

Dr Charlene was caring and compassionate when we had to let our Roxy pass over the rainbow bridge due to old age and health issues.
We will always be grateful to Dr Charlene for the gentleness she showed to Roxy and us in our time of need.
If you are needing to euthanise your pet, which we had to do for our dog Roxy you will not find a more gentle and compassionate vet than Dr Charlene.
I honestly cannot recommend Dr Charlene enough. I will never forget the empathy, understanding and compassion Dr Charlene showed me and my beautiful Leia pup in her final moments of life. From the very first phonecall to the aftercare given in the days to weeks following, the service was first class. I am eternally thankful to have had Dr Charlene by my side during the saddest final moments and will be forever grateful for the dignity and peace she enabled Leia to have in her final sleep. Forever grateful ❤️
