  Charlene was so lovely she came out on the weekend and sent our old dog over the rainbow bridge in a peaceful, calm environment at home.

  We deeply felt that a gentle, loving experience passing at home was so important for our 15 1/2 year old Leela. She had in her years, had many unfortunate but necessary medical interventions that had let her with Veterinary associated trauma. When I spoke to Dr Charlene yesterday, after sudden and scary decline of Leela’s health & comfort she was so kind, patient & clear in her communication. Having worked in the Veterinary industry, and also having made the same decision for loved canine friends of the past, I have experienced many euthanasias. Charlene put our Leela at ease immediately, which for Leela, is a huge thing. Charlene was calm, smooth, so professional, and so gentle, talking us through every step.
