  Charlene was so patient with our indecision when it came to locking in the date for our beautiful boy, Willow, to cross the rainbow. She was very kind to all of us when it came to the moment and understood the depth of our grief at letting him go. She explained each step and gave us time to adjust with the phase. Charlene made something so hard go smoothly and peacefully and we are very grateful for her care. Thank you Charlene!

  From the moment Dr Charlene arrived, it was as peaceful as a moment like this could be. She was kind, patient and so supportive.
  
  I was able to hold my fur baby Bobby while she did the whole process and he was calm and relaxed throughout.
  It didn't feel rushed or pushy. It was gentle and and she gave us as much time as we needed.
  
  I am so thankful to have had Dr Charlene there as Bobby took his last breathes. I will forever look back on that moment as the most devastating but the most beautiful moments I ever had with him.

  Dr Charlene supported me through one of the toughest decisions and days I've experienced. I was grateful for her compassionate care for both me and my suffering kitty.   Dr. Charlene is an angel in the truest sense. On a difficult Sunday, with little notice, she arrived promptly and handled our beloved pet's passing with immense respect and tenderness. Our beautiful girl was struggling, and Dr. Charlene not only responded within 30 minutes from contact but also took the time to compassionately guide my children through the process, comforting them and ensuring they understood that our pet would no longer suffer.
