  Dr Charlene provided a very professional and caring service when it came time to say goodbye to our beloved Pippa. At no time did we feel rushed , It was a very peaceful farewell for pippa at home with us all around her. We could not have asked for a better service.   Dr Charlene was so compassionate, kind, gentle, patient and caring. From the moment she took my phone call to the time she walked out my front door after the passing of my beautiful staffy boy Arlo. I originally had another mobile vet in mind but they weren't available. I am actually very glad to have found Dr Charlene at short notice.   Our 18 year old dog Chiko sadly deteriorated very quickly and we had to make the quick decision. I was able to get in contact with Dr Charlene straight away and she was gracious enough to book us in slightly later than she had available to ensure all of the family could be there. She was kind, caring, very respectful and amazing at her job. We felt so comfortable and supported through this very challenging moment.   At the worst most possible time, it was time to let my golden lab, scooby doo cross the rainbow bridge, he wasn't well enough to go to the vets so Dr Charlene came to us, she is the most compassionate and sensitive vet I've ever met, scooby went to sleep peacefully while my daughter and I hugged him, she then arranged for him to be taken to evermore where he was treated with such respect for our furbaby, thank you Dr Charlene we will be forever grateful to you for making such a sad time bearable

  Dr Charlene came and did a home euthanasia for our cat today. I didn't want to take him to a vet because it would stress him out and I wanted him to be in his own home where he felt comfortable and safe with him by his side.
  
  Even though I was really upset Dr Charlene was very supportive and patient. I got to give him a beautiful send off. I also asked if she could be with me while I buried him in a nice spot I had picked for him in our garden with his favourite toys. I didn't have anyone else there for me and it was nice to have the support because it was very hard for me as I have never had to do this with a pet. Just want to say thanks and I would recommend the service to other people. It's the most comfortable and gentle way for you pets final moments.

  Dr Charlene was amazing when we had to say good bye to our 16 year old fur baby. It was the hardest decision that we had to make but Dr Charlene made it a smooth process and was so understanding and caring. I would highly recommend her when it is time to day good bye to your fur baby.
